“Staff was really polite and accommodating. The hotel has been completely booked the whole time we've been here and it's still been very quiet. Rooms are nice and super clean. Beds are comfortable, AC works well, carpet is pretty clean, it didn't seem to dirty our socks or feet at all. There was only one problem and it's kinda big but everything else was so great so I still think this place deserves 4 stars. So the only problem was that it took forever for the tank on the toilet to fill up so when we had to flush more than once, it was a problem. My husband and I just ended up filling up the tank ourselves with water from the bathtub using our son's bath cup each time we had to use the restroom. Just kind of hassle but besides that, everything else was great. Restaurant was closed due to covid but that's not their fault, pool was open but you have to make a reservation to use it at the front desk and it's only for one hour but luckily we were able to go everyday we stayed there and everybody followed the 1hr rule so that was helpful. They did make sure my family got a free cookie each day so that was nice of them. We've only seen 4 staff members this whole time we've been here and although this whole place is booked, they seem to be on top of everything and always super friendly. This is our second time here this year. We'll be coming back.”
