Property was very dated. Pulled into the property, after a 3 hour flight delay at midnight, to a bunch of fire trucks at the property. Woke up the next morning to my toilet leaking all over the floor. Had to turn it off at the wall to stop it. Was staying 2 nights for a wedding and was suppose to get special rate. Was not given that rate and was too exhausted at check out to argue. Was relieved I didn’t have to spend another night here.

Clean, good breakfast, friendly staff! I left a pillow and a sweatshirt there after departing, and the front desk staff were so responsive in helping to find it and save it for it after we had hit the road. They were able to keep it for a whole week until we were back in the area and when I came to retrieve it they even wrapped it in plastic to keep it clean. Above and beyond service for guests who only stayed one night. Will return again if I’m ever in the area!

Wish we were there more than one night- the room was very clean and comfortable, and all the staff were so pleasant and nice- the front desk staff, the cleaning staff and especially the gentleman over the breakfast. They even had Turkey sausage which was an A+ in our book because my husband doesn’t eat beef or pork. The breakfast choices were PLENTIFUL, not skimpy like some other hotels we’ve been to during Covid. The price was also great compared to other hotels in the area. Thank you so much for allowing us to be comfortable away from home. Love from Ohio!!!

Great location near many restaurants and an easy drive to downtown Chicago. Clean rooms, but beds were a little hard. Breakfast was awesome. Front desk was responsive and cheerful. Great stay, would definitely stay again.

I had the best experience!! Was here for a bowling tournament and the staff was beyond exceptional. We drove 10hrs overnight and arrived way sooner than we expected. The staff was gracious enough to hurry and get a room ready so we could check in early. The breakfast was pretty good, they have all the staples so even the picky eaters should find something they like. I will definitely come back if I visit IL again.
