Manager Matthew is amazing! He went above and beyond!! We had our twin girls birthday party here and sleepover and it went off without a hitch! Excellent customer service (Matthew), clean rooms, great full breakfast! Definitely will be back. Thanks for a great experience. Meeker Family❤️❤️❤️

Very convenient to the wedding venue we attended, but would probably not stay again The rooms are spacious, but definitely could use a deep clean. The kitchen appliances were dirty, the bathroom had hair all over the side of the tub, and there were used towels hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Didn't make me comfortable feeling like anything had been cleaned at all.

The bathroom needed updates. The shower head was broken upon arrival but fixed the next afternoon. We were there for travel baseball games so we needed showers. Also the free breakfast didn't start until 7am so we didn't get breakfast because our games were earlier. The one good thing that I can say is the beds were comfortable.

For a Hilton branded hotel, not what I am used to! This hotel is in need of serious updates. There were no USB ports anywhere in the room, the decor is dated, cleaning was substandard at best as evidenced by photos. The shower was missing a trim piece so it poured water onto the floor between the glass panes. Upon entering my room, it reeked of wet dog, thank God for Scentsy room spray! The "blanket" on my bed was a flipping mattress pad. The hallways and elevator were dark and dingy- the elevator floor was a sticky God awful mess for the 5 days I was there. Seemed to be a lot of "activity" that took place in the evening, so coupled with the dark hallways and dark stairwell exits; I stayed in my room. I do believe there are folks living long term in this hotel and strongly believe there are deals taking place at all hours of the night... so just be aware of your surroundings.

I stayed at this hotel while in town for a doctor's appointment at IU Health North. This hotel was BEAUTIFUL! We had such a wonderful night here. The rooms were SO clean, very spacious and set up well. Extremely comfortable beds and pillows. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and clean. The breakfast was great. The snack bar for late night snacks had a great variety. But also, the staff was wonderful! I believe Josephine was the name of the young lady working the front desk for our whole stay and she was SUCH a joy to chat with. She checked us in, was there when we went down for snacks, and she was just SO very polite, and sweet and had a wonderful sense of humor as well that just made our stay even more enjoyable. She is a wonderful employee! Me and my family HIGHLY recommended this hotel!!
