Achei o hotel muito bom, apartamento com muito conforto, cama, travesseiros,lençóis, toalhas, muito bons e de qualidade, funcionários do atendimento da recepção, do café e da limpeza são competentes e legais. Pontos negativos que pode arranhar a imagem do hotel. Primeiro, falta de micro-ondas no apartamento, hotéis de menor porte oferece esse equipamento. Segundo, torradeira para paos no café da manhã tem um tempo muito longo mais ou menos 5 minutos para assar o pão no café da manhã, acho que essa torradeira é para residência e não para um hotel deste porte.

-Quarto não é muito limpo. -O banheiro é tão pequeno -A área do chuveiro walk-in é tão estreita e não é longa o suficiente para apenas 1 painel da tampa de vidro do banho, o que deixou todo o banho molhado durante o banho. -Não há água quente/café no lobby -Elevador está tão sujo. -O corredor para os quartos é tão escuro. -O estacionamento do hotel é limitado a cerca de 15 carros, mas o hotel providenciaria mais vagas de estacionamento no outro estacionamento em frente ao hotel. -Sem tapetes e o hotel está ficando sem tapetes para fornecimento. -Não vale como “COLLECTION” do Hilton.

-Room is NOT very clean. -Bathroom is so SMALL -Walk-in Shower area is so narrow and not long enough for only 1 panel of the bath glass cover, which made the whole bath wet during the shower. -No hot water/coffee at the lobby -Elevator is so dirty. -Hallway to the rooms is so dark. -Hotel parking is limited to about 15 cars but the hotel would arrange more parking spaces at the other parking lot opposite the hotel. -No floor mats and the hotel is running out of floor mats for supply. -Not worth as a “ COLLECTION” of Hilton.

Rooms were fine, staff was friendly enough. We had two rooms and one of the two rooms had a roach in it and the bed had foreign hair in it along with some items broken in the room. We let the manager know.It's Florida, so I'm trying to not hold the bug against the hotel.

Really Nice hotel. Was very disappointed though that there was no continental breakfast. And the breakfast that you had to pay for really want that good. Service at the breakfast area was also not very friendly. But the rooms are nice and the shuttle driver from the airport was very nice and informative.

Hotel compacto, convenientemente cerca del aeropuerto internacional de Ft. Laudardale y del Dania Beach city hall. Habitaciones en buen estado mas areas comunes bien mantenidas. El personal es correcto y amable. Ofrece eficiente servicio de free shuttle a FLL y buses publicos tienen parada en la puerta. Cuenta tambien con free parking.

Our first time at a Hilton 'Tapestry Collection's hotel, so not sure what that class of hotel is.Sort of a less is better, I guess.They have a small food/bar area that serves breakfast and bar food dinner and that's it.Room was large and uniquely had wood laminate floors instead of carpet, which was very nice.They also have larger than usual flat screens with about 60 channels of cable.No streaming r movies on demand.Our 2 night stay 2ad comfortable and no real complaints, other than the check-in issue.We arrived off our cruise at 10 AM and although they had rooms, they insisted on a $50 early check-in fee.So we stored our bags and went to a mall to eat and kill time.I just thought as a Hilton Gold member, some latitude could be afforded and frankly, even if we were not Gold, a $50 penalty is excessive for something that costs the property nothing!Hence the 4 star rating

Stayed at hotel over Thanksgiving for a short family visit. Hotel is easily located from train station (10 min from Holiday Station). Two bedroom was very clean and spacious . I like the wood floors which seem more sanitary to me. Close to shopping and restaurants. Check in was easy with very friendly staff. Keshia (front desk staff) was especially helpful. Great hotel and I will definitely stay there again because it’s affordable and clean.

Hotel shuttle pickup was a struggle took over 30 minutes at 11PM. (return in the morning was fine- it leaves once per hour). Room was comfortable- located near airport. I was not informed about my Hilton Honors benefits. I had to ask. There a fee for breakfast and coffee. It was tasty but made individually and not a speedy process

Very Clean lobby, checking in was easy and fast. Garage parking was safe and secure although there is extra $10 per day charge while traveling that's not listed on the website. The room was spacious with comfortable mattress and pillows. There is an outdoor pool on the second floor which looked very nice (we didn't go on it). Checking out was friendly and easy. They have breakfast that you can order from but it's not free.The Shuttle bus to the airport runs every hour and is fast. Overall a great stay with friendly and courteous staff.

We stayed in this hotel as a transition between flights and in general it was good. It was clean, the room had a good size with all the needed amenities. We had an electronic key, so we just went in and out fast. They have the shuttle service to the airport and the staff members are polite. The only problem was the marijuana smell in the halls and at the entrance of the hotel was a little overwhelming.Nos quedamos en este hotel una noche entre vuelos. En general el hotel esta bien, limpio, el cuarto tiene buen tamaño on todas los servicios necesarios. El registro de entrada y salida fueron rápidos ya que teníamos una llave electrónica. Tiene servicio de transporte al aeropuerto y los empleados son amables. El único problema es el olor a marihuana en la entrada y los pasillos es un poco abrumador.

Loved the hotel. Everyone so nice and respectful. Rooms clean and comfy & most important we really loved the fact they serve a hot buffet breakfast. The kids loved it. Had a blast at the pool. Great stay, will be back soon.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Morrison. The staff was helpful, friendly and the hotel had everything we needed for our three nights stay. The guy that works at night and Rose were particularly friendly and really made her stay comfortable. I highly recommend the Morrison.

Nice Hotel, pics are a little different (especially the bathroom). Very quiet, especially during COVID. The pool was still open and their wasn’t too many people in the hotel especially during Fourth of July weekend. Also, they don’t change your sheets unless you specifically ask for it. Honestly I would have gave it a five star review but because we extended our stay it was a complete mess. We were called by a woman named Judy and asked where we were (we had not slept in our rooms the night before) and that we are supposed to be checked out in a very rude and condescending tone. She also said she was going to fire the person who did our reservation as a joke and she wanted to apologize in person. She never showed her face when we came. She just had poor customer service skills. Junior however, was amazing he was sooo accommodating and sweet especially to some people checking in super late and during a scary time. Thanks Junior from your jersey girls!

It’s clean and located conveniently. I expected the hotel to be a bit higher end, however it was very acceptable. The night I checked in I came very late... I recommend coming earlier as the night man had to remake my room key 3x

Exceptional property and great hospitality. I had the opportunity to talk with Jorge the manager and he is absolutely delightful. I appreciate his efforts to keep the property well maintained while keeping the guests safe. I would HIGHLY recommend this property due to its 5 minute proximity to the airport and very accommodating staff. The room was 5 star in my opinion. Cold AC and SUPER comfortable beds (especially after sleeping on very hard beds in Colombia for 2 months 😂😂😂😂😂)
