“What a wonderful experience as a family. The service was excellent and attentive. Value for money and friendly. Pleasant environment and clean. Will definitely go back again. This place is more than 5 stars hotel. All facilities are upper class, restaurant, pool, beach, as well as World Award Winning SPA.”

“Hermoso hotel, muy limpio, excelente ubicación, la mayoría del personal es muy agradable y servicial. A algunos de ellos les vendría bien un poco más de formación. Aquí y allá espacio de mejora. TASCA y NETSU en general excelentes. El desayuno es bueno con jugos recién exprimidos, excepto la naranja, falta y el café a veces tarda en llegar. La calidad de la comida en The Bay para el almuerzo y la cena debe elevarse a un nivel de reputación de Mandarin Oriental. Gran Spa con personal competente, pt y terapeutas.”
