+ We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. The room was modern and clean, there were lots of amenities and toiletries, and it was very quiet in our room. We didn’t hear anything from the rooms around us. The check in and checkout was very easy. Note: you can pay at the meter for cheaper parking ($33/day if you pay through the hotel but $25 if you pay at the meter) - We were disappointed that there was no room service. The fan in our bathroom didn’t work. The room was too hot. Overall, we were very satisfied! This is definitely a 4-5 star hotel. Loved the European style.

Travelled here for my birthday and really didn’t know what to expect. Hotel turned out to be really great with modern amenities and great lighting. Staff was very friendly. Conveniently located down with ton of things within walking distance.

I stayed at this hotel over the holidays and really liked the hotel itself. However, I recently booked a room again and needed to reschedule. When I booked, I made sure that I wouldn’t get charged a cancellation fee or have to pay extra for the room in case I needed to reschedule it and was told I would not. When I called, I got transferred 2 times with no explanation as to why. I got hung up on twice and got accused of hanging up. The woman on the phone told me I would have to pay more due to the fact that on that day the price is higher. This hotel has a lot of potential but staff and their policies are horrible. Too bad because I would have been a returning customer. Don’t recommend.

Went for a course for two days at the hotel. Nice large clean and quiet place inside and out. Food was great (served as part of the course) including drinks and dessert. Venue itself was great, quiet meeting room and good setup for the course.

Excellent hotel, the rooms are very nicely laid out with excellent beds. They are well stocked with anything you could need or want. The staff are amazing and the location could not be better. Breakfast is also rather good.
