“Its a good hotel, but the staff absolutely goes above and beyond which made our stay excellent. I am a platinum elite tier, so overall was greeted well, upgraded to a beautiful suite (I had individual rooms for family) and was very well treated by the hotel staff. Special thanks to Lotfy - he made us feel welcome and was very attentive to my family. Overall location is great, hotel amenities are good (I do wish they had a better rooftop - now that I compare it to other good properties in the neighborhood) and the staff is amazing.”

“One of the best hotels to stay at in Dubai. Easy check in process by Mable. Service was amazing by everyone. Breakfast buffet at the Feast restaurant was really good.
