I was invited to attend a meeting and lunch with some delegates. I felt like this is the best hotel I have ever visited. Hotel was gorgeous, beautiful and luxurious interior and spacious, everything has a luxury and stunning touch. breathtaking view, awesome restaurant and food, world class service. swimming pool area is awesome you can get lost in it which I cannot describe in words. Located at the best in Dubai. Enjoyed the time.

Hotel espectacular orientado al turismo en familia. Al estar alojado en el hotel puedes entrar gratis en el Lost Chambers Aquarium y en el parque acuático Atlantis lo cual es una gran ventaja. El servicio es fantástico, tienebuenos restaurantes y se come genial. Las vistas de Dubái son incréibles / Amaizing hotel oriented to family tourism. By staying at the hotel you can enter the Lost Chambers Aquarium and the Atlantis water park for free, which is a great advantage. The service is fantastic, there are good restaurants and the food is great. The views of Dubai are amazing.

Solo la ví por fuera y de lejos en el monoriel que te lleva a toda la construcción ganada al mar llamada La Palmera, Atlantis está hasta la punta, muy bello el recorrido, muestra las casas con playa particular cada una que conforman los brazos de la palmera. Excelente construcción.

A spectacle cleaning cloth was left under a pair of spectacles. an organza bag was left under some watches and rings. it was absolutely thoughtful. This place has that perfect resort feeling that u get from watching movies. I watched from my room, an entire palm tree being removed with the utmost care and precision and transported away without causing any obstruction to vehicles on the way. The service was 10 star. Everyone who helped us was so friendly.I am recommending this place to everyone I know. the only place worth being at in Dubai - according to me 😊

I stayed here earlier this year and my experience was beyond amazing!!! The hotel is full of grandeur and bustling with people all the time. Rooms are fantastic with a private balcony. The gymnasium is well planned with state of the art equipment. The hotel practically has activities for every age group with immense dining options to choose from, Kaleidoscope being my top favourite! One of the good parts is that you never have to wait for a taxi, there’s always plenty readily available. The water park is definitely a must visit. We went there twice and had a gala time on all the rides.

Fabulous resort and loved the water park too. The room overlooked the aquarium and was a great morning activity for me to see the scuba divers diving in to feed the fish and to see the shark floating around. Personal touch for our celebration occasion was highly appreciated. Breakfast was awesome and loved the warehouse restaurant vibe as well as the three course dinner we had there. Went for half board option and was well worth it.

What an incredible hotel and water park. We had a 1 bed imperial suite, which was huge, plenty of space for 2 adults and 3 kids. A huge bathroom and double balcony. The lounge access is brilliant, really good food and drinks served. The aquarium is brilliant, and the free entry to the water park is just such a bonus. No queues in August and we got to go on rides all day long.

Es un hotel gigante, dentro hay tiendas de ropa, de juguetes, joyas, farmacias, más de 12 restaurantes diferentes, hay uno con 2 cocineros de estrella michelin y otro restaurante del famoso chef Gordon Ramsey de UK. Cuenta con una piscina, un acuario que se llama Lost chambers, es muy conocido en Dubái, tienes que pagar entrada para acceder. Todo el hotel y sus instalaciones están ambientadas con motivos marinos, me parece espectacular.

Todo me parecio genial, la variedad de restaurantes, la decoración e instalaciones, el parque acuatico una maravilla, y un personal muy amable; solo una apreciación en cuanto al servicio de agua para los huéspedes, ya que por lo general siempre te dan una o dos botellaa gratis por persona en los hoteles y si quieres más algunos ya suelen vender, pero en este caso no te dan nada y el precio por botella de 250 ml sonde casi 8 dólares me parece excesivo.

True to its name and fame. Extraordinary unique. Waterpark and aquarium make it cost effective too.Grand. Awesome. Words are short to describe the amazing views. But last moment at the time of checkout,had to wait for an hour for the bell to pick luggage. According to the crowds need to have more manpower may be. But alertness of the staff to ensure all guests are wearing masks is worth mentioning. No where else in Dubai there were so much alertness for masks. Worth staying once in a lifetime.

We only stayed here for three nights, but got some of the best service we’ve ever gotten at a hotel. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating, trying to help you in any way possible. The whole resort is gorgeous, the room was clean and spacious. We had a beautiful ocean view. The attention to detail by the housekeeping was remarkable, they organized and tidied every little thing. The pool areas are very nice, as well as the beach area, with equally prompt service and delicious drinks. We loved being able to take the buggy to the aqua park. The medical clinic was also super helpful. If you have kids, this is an amazing place to bring them as well. Eating breakfast while watching the sharks swim by at Poseidon Cafe is an amazing experience. Would definitely return here again! We didn’t want to leave!

From thrill-seekers to foodies, sun lovers to explorers, there is an unforgettable experience for everyone. The Restaurants, beach and the water park were great, Room Cleaning Staff was good. The staff, the room, the cleanliness, the service, overall the hotel.. I've enjoyed and loved literally every minute during my stay in the hotel. In my opinion, for kids or couples, young or old, for everyone a promise to have a great stay. You'll definitely see me back & I will highly recommend Atlantis to anyone who asks.

Luego de una semana maravillosa, con mucho entretenimiento y diversión. Nos ha dado pcr positivo para regresar a casa…. Actualmente estamos confinados en la habitación con una niña de 5 años. Quiero destacar la Excelente atención de todo el personal, incluido la gente de limpieza, para que nuestra situación la llevemos lo mejor posible! Sin duda, volveremos a este Maravilloso hotel .

Algo como chegar a um portal que pode te levar a um mundo paralelo. Lugar fenomenal, visual estonteante desde o mar ou desde o outro lado da The Palm. Hotel de luxo localizado na ponta da “palmeira “aterrada” sob o mar. Tem ótimos restaurantes e também um shopping. Um grande aquário também faz parte do complexo.

Já conhecia o Atlantis Bahamas e agora estive no Atlantis Dubai. Hotel SENSACIONAL MESMO, só não ganhou cinco estrelas porque os preços são exageradamente elevados da comida. Ex. 45AED uma long neck de Stela ou 40AED um coco na praia. 75AED um prato de sopa de cogumelo no quarto. O bom é que o tram aéreo leva direto para o Nakheel Mall e você pode ir ao supermercado, porque no Atlantis não tem nada parecido. Pelo valor da diária você ainda acessa o Aquário, nota 10!! E o Aquadventure, nota 11!!! Detalhe, se você quiser ir ao JBR Walk, vá de táxi, mais barato que Uber e que o tram. Aos finais de semana há shows de fogos às 21h, lindo.

Assim que chegamos ao hotel tivemos uma péssima experiência no chek-in, onde o recepcionista não nos dava atenção e não sabia nos informar nada do que perguntávamos sobre os quartos e benefícios que adquirirmos. Logo em seguida, tivemos que esperar por mais 1 hora por que o quarto não estava pronto ainda. No dia 7 de janeiro, fizemos o teste de COVID na clínica médica do hotel para podermos viajar, testando positivo e meu pai NEGATIVO, nos colocaram em quarentena dentro do quarto sem limpeza alguma durante o período, e ele teve que ficar conosco, em seguida, ele fez outro teste e novamente deu NEGATIVO, mas ele foi obrigado a ficar no mesmo quarto até o final da nossa quarentena que foi dia 17, ou seja, 10 dias trancados e vigiados por câmeras, com meu paipreso no quarto injustamente, com dois teste negativos, não podendo sair ou trocar de quarto em momento algum, e ainda pagando por toda estadia, sem poder usufruir de nenhum dos nossos benefícios. e graças a Deus que não tivemos sintomas poisse fosse a clínica teríamos morrido naquele quarto, que sequer se importou em enviar remédios ou perguntar se precisávamos de um médico, e nem colocou as pessoas com quem tivemos contanto no hotel de quarentena tbm ou os mandaram fazer o teste PCR. Pra mim que tenho 15 anos foi uma experiência terrível e nunca vou esquecer o tempo que passei trancada e vigiada aqui e sem qualquer tipo de limpeza no quarto durante 9 dias e com toda essa injustiça, em nenhum hotel em que já estive fui tratada dessa maneira, não recomendo. E em nenhum momento o hotel deve a decência de pedir desculpas. Porém, tenho certeza q isso não reflete no povo de Dubai, que sempre nos tratou muito bem.

Pior experiência da minha vida! Não façam a família de vocês passar por isso. Atlantis talvez seja um grande hotel, mas definitivamente não se importa com o hóspede. Nosso tempo em Dubai era para ser de férias masque o Atlantis fez um pesadelo. Eu e minha família estamos muito tristes com toda essa situação, e principalmente como a Atlantis lidoucom isso. Fizemos o teste de PCR na Clínica do Hotel antes de nossa viagem de volta ao Brasil. E para a nossa surpresa 4 de nós 5 testaram positivo, mas todos foram obrigados a ficar presos no quarto. Mas comonão tínhamos sintomas nenhum começamos a procurar mais informações por conta própria sobre a lei de Dubai. Mas o Hotel e a Clínica começaram a colocar medo na gente, dizendo que não podíamos sair, que estávamos sob vigilância e precisávamos obedecer. O Atlantis Hotel e a Clínica apenas tentaram ganhar dinheiro conosco, sentimos um pleno descaso pois como não sentimos Nada, prova de que não recebemos nenhum apoio médico do da Clínica ou do Hotel, simplesmente nos deixaram no maior tempo que podiam presos no quarto.E todas as pessoas que tivemos contato antes de ir para a quarentena soltas andando pelo hotel. Sem a menor preocupação com os outros clientes. Quanto a nós, nos mantiveram trancados em um quarto sem limpeza e precisando pedir comida no Serviço de Hotelaria de um único restaurante por 10 dias. E um de nós com 2 resultados negativos teve que ficar pelo mesmo tempo preso no quarto. Então pagando pela estadia do Imperial Club e usando o pior serviço de todos os tempos. Toda esta situação é apenas para ganhar dinheiro com o hóspede, não respondendo e tirando a sua responsabilidade da Clínica do Hotel! Sempre viajo com minha família e está foi a pior experiência que já tivemos, o pior serviço ao cliente que eu já vi na minha vida, e de um grande hotel! Aqui a opinião e felicidade do cliente não importa se eles podem ganhar dinheiro com isso. Lamentável! Lucilla Venancio

Hotel que supostamente é de 5 estrelas, mas uma ou duas já " caíram " com o tempo, a desorganização, a falta de simpatia... Cheguei às 4 da manhã e a minha reserva já tinha sido cancelada porque não apareci, quando paguei um dia " a mais" para poder chegar às 4 da manhãe ter o quarto disponível! Não só não tinha quarto, como o que me arranjaram foi um para pessoas com necessidades específicas no res do chão! A culpa não é deles no entanto. É minha em ter ignorado as críticas que os outros utilizadores colocaram on line. O aquário é giro. E é isso... mas não têm de dormir cá para o visitar.
