“Cleanliness is a big issue. Food dropped on the ground poolside that I stepped on, bathroom showers are not suitable (slimy tiles and built up rust and calcium on shower head, handles), bad odor in washroom once during the day, pool walls and floor have dirt buildup and the water has excessive chlorine. The service at the buffet isn't consistent (when I went outside of rush hours I wasn't offered water), lack of towels in the rooms. Bar doesn't have premium spirits so keep in mind. Lack of variety in the food and leftovers used as often as possible. My last lunch had excellent service and the wifi is very good (I used for work), so 2 stars. Glad we were only stopping through. I would not recommend if you are a foreigner or aren't used to thrift resorts.”
