“Reservamos este hotel no final de fevereiro pelo Booking.com e, quando chegamos, nosso quarto de alguma forma foi cancelado por eles. Depois de um telefonema para Booking.com e permanecendo em espera por uma hora, eu ainda não tinha um quarto. Por qualquer motivo, eles não foram capazes de resolver seu erro. Eventualmente, eles simplesmente desligaram na minha cara. Minha família inteira reservou este hotel e meu marido e eu estávamos no lobby sem quarto. Pudemos juntar nossos outros membros da família e aproveitar a nossa estadia!!! Também se o serviço na área de jantar do lobby de manhã e à noite. Muito simpática e acolhedora. Obrigado!!!”
