“Currently staying here… it’s just ok. I’ve been to many all-inclusive hotels in Mexico. As usual most have pros & cons…pros: all of the staff we encountered is fantastic. From bartenders, to the activities. The servers were nice, however I felt there wasn’t enough of them so it took them forever to get a drink or check up on us at our table. Lots of pools to choose from. Beach is nice and clean. Rooms are neat and clean, as is the whole property. The staff work really hard at keeping it this way day & night and it is appreciated! Buffet food is good.Cons: considering it is Covid, I thought there would be less people. I’ve been to hotels prior to Covid that didn’t have this many people! There isn’t enough staff for this many people. There is lines everywhere.. from bars to restaurants. There are no reservations for dinner, SUCKS! We have tried for multiple nights now to get a table and went at various times, waited OVER waiting time, and still couldn’t get seated. really isn’t fair considering how much we paid for 5 nights, and we’re stuck with the buffet every night. Desserts taste artificial. VERYYY kid friendly. Even though we have a baby, I feel like you couldn’t go into any space or pool without children running into you. Activities during the day are loud in the pool and tend to run very long. Last but not least, the rooms are extremely LOUD. We have a kid and I understand people are here to have a good time, but screaming down the halls at MIDNIGHT? Sounds like our door is open, that’s how much you hear everything.They also lack things to do. The kids show is very late, so for someone who has kids 1. Too late for my kid and 2. The adults show is too late (9:30) for us to stay and watch the whole thing. There is only 2 shops…. No coffee shops, ice cream shops, etc like most resorts have. We asked to leave and walk around outside or to the next resort, they told us we couldn’t. We asked if there was a city nearby, they stated closest was Cancun which is 45+ mins away. It’s also a very far drive from the airport if you booked through Apple and didn’t pay for private transportation… (1 1/2 hours).”

“Went for a friend’s wedding to the 5 star Dunamar.I won’t comment on the catastrophe they endured so I will only speak on what I experienced.Arriving late, the only food option was their 24 sports bar that consisted of day old left overs, something one doesn’t expect from a 5 star resort.The restaurants are good but only open every second day, so if you aren’t in line 15 mins before opening (6:30pm for most) you are waiting 1 hour and a half as they do not take reservations.But there’s always the buffet.I’m paying to stay at a so called 5 star resort, I don’t want to be relegated to the buffet because the restaurants are only open half of the time.We were told that there was room service but there wasn’t.As for the front management staff...If these people are what the Riu Experience is about then shame on the Riu Corporation, as apoints members I will never return to any of your properties based on my experience.The manager Luis Chavez should be removed from his position or severely retrained.Every word we were told were lies and staff tried to extort us at every opportunity.From being told we could have late check outs as we were leaving 5-6 hours after check out.Confirmed all week that was available then the day we leave it is not due to 100 people at first then ended up being more later on making the resort 100% booked.As we were checking out they attempted to extort one couple for money as they “dirtied towels”.Yes folks, beware when you use your towels because they will attempt to charge you for dirtying the towels.Since there was no late checkouts, we were told to place our bags in their “secured room” when we came back hours later, the door was unguarded and wide open so anyone could take our bags.As I said, front desk staff and management was poorly disorganized, dishonest and overall rude.Buffet needs to work on replenishing the food during servicebut overall it was good.Now to the good things about the resort..Cleaning staff was always on point and the resort looked fairly clean the majority of the time.If you are able to get into any of the restaurants, the steakhouse was really good.The beach was beautiful and there was plenty of beach chairs available.In all, the Riu Dunamar has a lot to work to do to actually deserve that 5 star rating they boast.It is really a 3 star at best.I only gave the 2 stars based on the beach and it’s cleanliness.Based on the actions of the front desk staff I will not be returning to any Riu properties in the future.”

Malísima la comida, la habitaciónestaban muy cómodas , la recepción no contestaba a las llamadas solo cuando estaba trabajando un señor llamado Ramón muy amable y servicial, fuimos una familia y ocupamos 4 habitaciones a cuatro de los ocupantes de dos habitaciones le dio positivo el COVID incluso con.niños en cada habitación y el servicio muy malo pedían el desayuno a las 7 y llegaba a las 11 y así viceversa con todas las comidas llegaban tarde y frías realmente tan entusiasmada que estábamos aquí todo el grupo por pasar unos días felices en familia ha sido una pesadilla jamás volveremos a ese hotel incluso ayer 31 todavía estaban allá y unos de los niños es alérgicos a los mariscos pidió carne para el y mariscos para los mayores y le trajeron las dos cosas juntas o sea contactadas no se le pudo dar la comida y volvieron a llamar y entonces le trajeron un pollo como a las 10 de la noche realmente deja mucho que desear pues desde Miami hemos llamado a la recepción para poder decirle la situación jamás cogen el teléfono si van a can cun no escojan ese hotel de 5 estrella no llega ni a una realmente los peores días del 2021 y sin embargo hemos ido a otro RIU y ha sido maravilloso por eso quisimos ir a ese que también es RIU pero de verdad están desprestígienlo a la cadena RIU

La comida de mala calidad y fria ! la comida no se mantiene caliente , y muy poco sabor . El unico entretenimiento en el hotel aparte del parque de agua son unas mesas de billar y para colmo no estan incluidas , tienes que pagar por cada juego ni siquiera por hora si no por cada juego!Los empleados si son muy amables y muyyy trabajadores.No volvería

Atendimento é sensacional. As comidas, limpeza, atividades, as acomodações e os funcionários realmente são muito bons. Me arrependo de não ter me programado para ficar mais tempo aproveitando o hotel. Entretanto, assim como muitos hotéis, esse também fica distante de muitos passeios.

A great resort with wonderful service. The rooms were cleaned daily and everything else was always clean. The food was good in the restaurants and the main buffet but not in the sports bar and we got sick from the wraps. The beach was clean and lots of tanning beds to lie on. Covid precautions were good since masks were required and dining tables were a good distance apart.

Our family of 4 visited this resort December 16-23rd. This was our first trip in a couple years and didn’t know what to expect with all things Covid. The staff were very friendly and the service was great. Plenty of stuff to do for the kids with the pools and water park (kids 6 and 8).Only complaint would be the room we received upon check in. It had 2 double beds and a love seat, it was a tough first evening of sleep but Brandon at the front desk gave us a free upgrade for the rest of the stay with a king bed and they rolled in a single cott for us. Change for American money was very hard to come by so make sure you grab a stack of singles before you go.We would definitely stay here again.

Don’t recommend it. The food is just OK not great always line up. The sports bar it’s horrible they have disgusting burger I wouldn’t even feed it to my animals. It’s not worth the money there’s way better hotel than this we have been in many other resort and it’s way better than this. The only good Riu is the palace. If you’d like to go out of the resort this is the wrong hotel for you. Don’t waste time and complain to the manager because he can do anything. If you arrive late you must eat wherever you’re coming from because there will be no food available. Good luck all!

From the moment we arrived, everything has been pretty much exceptionally well. Josè checked us in and it went so smoothly.All the staff are so incredibly friendly and they work hard! They are willing to go above and beyond for you. If I ever have an issue, they address it and rectify it immediately.Our room is very beautiful and we have the most beautiful view of the ocean and pools! It is seriously breath-taking! Housekeeping comes daily and they always do a great job. We’ve also been here three days now and they’ve restocked our mini bar without asking.I’m going to list some cons, but overall it has not impacted our stay, and we’d probably stay again!Cons:Due to COVID I really didn’t expect it to be so packed. It’s pool and beach areas are always so busy and loud.The restaurants are HARD to get into. They have a buffet for everyone, but also four specialty restaurants. We tried two nights in a row to get in for dinner but we waited for nothing.The buffet food is OK, but nothing to write home about. I really enjoy the breakfast options, but lunch and dinner are just mediocre; hence, it would be nice to be able to eat at one of the restaurants without fighting for a table.That’s about the only issues we’ve faced so far, so overall it’s been pretty great!I would recommend!

Nice hotel. I could tell the staff were very protective of the foreigners. The same as a passionate farmer would care for their fruit trees. Everyone was trying to please.
The pillows could be better. The building design is very noise amplifying. But overall it's a nice place to.spend a week or so.

Bastante malo para lo que cuesta. Todo el mérito lo cumple el paisaje. Con la excusa de la pandemia: Si no comes en horario deberás conformarte con recalentado en microondas, previo espera de 15 o 20 minutos (hay 1 para todos los huespedes). La animación regularona. Mal gesto de la mayoría del personal. A veces ni saludaban. Disco cerrada, sauna cerrado. No volvería. El servicio es muy importante y no se destacan para nada.

I’m very disappointed at the Riu Dunamar which is supposedly a 5-star hotel. Not coming back here again and do not recommend. It’s more like a 3 star hotel.Positives: - water park is nice for kids (no life guard) - Clean common areas -pools well maintained - rooms are cleanish (some rust in bathroom)Negatives: - no basic amenities like conditioner or body lotion. Just very bad quality shampoo and shower gel all in one. No tooth brushes or tooth paste. - rooms are not impressive and out of date - staff are not nice - wait times to get into restaurants is around 45-50 min that’s if you get there before opening. I just stood inline at 6 for the bamboo restaurant which opens at 6:30 and they told me the waiting list is full and there are no spots. - food does not taste good. Seriously, many of the people staying have also expressed that. Burgers and guacamole are ok. - the 24/7 sports bar keeps the food in the fridge and you have to heat it in the microwave. Very bad quality sandwiches. - to change the room you need to tell them the day before. The first room I stayed in was facing a tree so I asked for a better view so I got the jungle and no sun for my second room. Jungle is pretty but no sun is hard.

Bom hotel mas, nesta fase, localizado numa zona isolada. Apenas existe o Riu dunamar e o riu palace ao lado e saindo do hotel existe apenas a estrada e mato. Toda a zona circundante onde está inserido o hotel está a ser alvo de um grande investimento turístico com a elevada quantidade de hotéis que estão a ser construídos.

This is not a resort it is just more like hotel with amenities This hotel is very plain and boring no Mexican flair My room with obstructive view facing the roof ( pictures attached) which is really far from everything The room is super noisy you can hear noise from out side and the hallway. I asked to change my room but the front staff was not accommodative Food is horrible, drinks are splashy, no premium alcoholic. Beach is nice if you like big waves. Common Toiletries like lotion, hand sanitizer, toothbrush/toothpaste is not included. The only thing they have is shampoo . Just surprising that an all inclusive “5 star hotel” doesn’t provide these basic amenities. Forget the slippers and robes. No room service, they simply don’t pick up the phone on you. All furniture is old and damaged, pictures attached No reservations neededfor the restaurants so be prepared to stay on line to be sited for good 30/40 minutes We are party of 20 people won’t ever stay at a Riu again. I would give this hotel *** stars I will write a complaint letter to Riu headquarters upon arrival

CommonToiletries like lotion, hand sanitizer, toothbrush/toothpaste is not included. The only thing they have is shampoo… trying to get some conditioner but not sure if they provide that . You have to purchase at the store for way too expensive. Just surprising that an all inclusive “5 star hotel” doesn’t provide these basic amenities. Forget the slippers and robes. I know I won’t ever stay at a Riu again.

Probably the best holiday I’ve ever had! The hotel is so beautiful the staff are always friendly and helpful the food was fabulous and the hotel is spotlessly clean. Although not in the centre of Cancun itself it’s only a short taxi 🚕 ride to the town. The beach 🏖 is just stunning and the spa at the hotel has a huge amount of treatments and pamper services for you to choose from, I used the salon and they were superb, the gym etc is awesome 😎. I would definitely recommend the Riu Dunamar 💯 all in all, I will definitely be going back again for sure ☀️🏄🏻🧘🏽♂️⛱🏖🏜🏩🌅🛍💛👙👒🧢🩴👗🩱🐠🐬🦀🌴🌵☀️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

En primera instancia la persona que nos recogió no traía cubrebocas y venía todo fachoso. Al llegar al hotel no tuvieron la habitación lista hasta las 4 pm. Los restaurantes dejan mucho que desear , una comida desabrida , fría, de muy mala calidad. El recepcionista del restaurante italiano extremadamente grosero y solo te daba entrada si le caiste bien. Las habitaciones no las limpiaban hasta pasada las 3 de la tarde. Uno de los recepcionista fue muy grosero y con 0 disposición ayudar con lo del transporte. Me he quedado en otros RIU y este es peor que un MOTEL.

Es un cinco estrellas con servicios de tres. Apatía de sus empleados, sin controles jerárquicos, que aseguren la provisión de servicios acordes a lo edilicio. Ejemplos, 9 horas para que te hagan la habitación, cantidad limitada de toallas de playa y de 12:30 a 15 hs. sin reposición... Los amenities de la habitación, solo después de cada reclamo, como disculpas, No como servicio. Realmente NO está a la altura del renombre de la marca. Una pena

Un lugar muy bueno para pasar con los niños los toboganes increíbles si no son usuarios muy frecuentes empieza por el verde con blanco!! Luego por el azul...Muchísima comida para todos los gustos la pasamos muy bien!!! Creo q los cuartos podrían estar mejor y con el tiempo cuidando la vegetación de la selva y la jardinería se pondrá aún más bonito la arquitectura masiva me recordó a una institución para el ingreso a los cuartos muchísima gente!! Los meseros muy amables!! Lleva cambio para las propinas para los más chidos!!!! 🌴😃💯👌👍

1. Hotel muy alejado de la zona centro o de la zona hotelera, literal es el último hotel. 2. La comida es malísima, muy poco restaurante para tanta gente, todos los días los mismos menús, la calidad de la comida malísima no es Gourmet. 3. Faltan elevadores y restaurantes 4. Hace un par de meses que fuí. Y todo fue muy bueno a excepción del restaurante Italiano. Mucho tiempo de espera, un aparato que no sonaba y mala organización en el orden para pasar. Además, hubo un plástico en la comida. Si llegan a ir, no pidan la Lasaña; no es como uno se imagina (con boloñesa), realmente es lo opuesto. Vayan mejor a los buffets. Gracias :)

La comida es abundante pero no muy buena. Los horarios de servicio de alimentos no están muy bien organizados. Hay momentos que solamente puedes elegir sandwich, hotdog, o hamburguesa calentada en un microondas. Esta lejos de todo y cerca de nada. Transporte público inexistente y solo queda rentar auto. Lo más cercano queda a una hora de camin9.

Riu Dunamar feels like a low-grade hotel that got stuck in the 2000s. It doesn't feel modern. The furniture is damaged, sheets and towels have mystery stains, light switch covers coming off the wall, stinky shower... I've eaten better food at fast food restaurants. Drinks just taste artificial. Admins don't pay much attention to guests. Only 2 devices allowed for WiFi per reservation. No toiletries other than shampoo/body wash. Pools are small and loud, beach is beautiful. Not everything is bad, but after experiencing this resort, I wouldn't choose the Riu brand again.

Two happy Canadians with our Riu Dunamar experience! My husband and I decided to try Mexico’s Caribbean side, knowing that even through a pandemic, we would follow all protocols and enjoy the opportunity. We chose Riu Dunamar, only by reading some reviews and looking at the pictures. We love Mexico and have never been to Cancun. We read up on all necessary documents and tests needing to be done to get there, and to leave. It was pretty effortless. Arriving to the airport, there was a significant wait, and we paid a little extra to have private transportation take us to the resort, as it’s about 45 minutes from the airport. Upon arriving, we were welcomed and check in was prompt and easy. This resort….what a lovely surprise! Just like the photos! Our room was fresh and clean. The resort offers so much. But what is important to mention, are the staff! Everyone was kind and accommodating. The rooms were cleaned every day! If we needed something, staff arrived quickly and were happy to assist. The front desk, so helpful. Even the young lady booking Covid tests was efficient and nice. The food was excellent. Many restaurants to choose from and our favourites were The Bamboo, The Steakhouse and the regular Buffett….always stocked up with a plethora of fresh food, always changing it up. The service everywhere was wonderful. The entertainment staff full of energy and fun! A shout out to Haide, our lounge sever who made us smile, to Geguardo on the beach and the bar, Manolo, Max, Martha and Eva. Great people, great service! And to the other staff that we were fortunate to run into, apologies for not remembering all of their names…..we truly enjoyed everyone. The resort worked hard to keep things sanitary and safe to protect their guests. There were some guests who complained about wearing masks but staff was professional in maintaining safety and rules being followed. We always ask ourselves, would we ever go back? The answer is a definite yes, and we will be sure to share our experience with friends.

The hotel room itself was really clean and comfortable. There were minor issues like the white sheets had stains but no major issues. The food from the buffet was decent but the one from the Italian sit down was really a letdown. I ordered the lasagna and it was not good. Definitely recommend the buffet. The bar tenders at the pool were 10/10 great customer service and were patient and kind to explain the different drinks and offer suggestions. The beach was also beautiful. Employees were kind and attentive. Only suggestion would be to offer some kind of screen in the shower window. Especially since its supposed to be a kid friendly room

Our experience was fantastic. The place was clean and well maintained. Staff was super professional and nice. They had lots of fun activities for adults and kids. Lots of variety of food available for all tastes. Special cheers to Karla - fitness instructor.

My kiddos and i stayed here for 5 nights. It was just amazing!! The hotel is beautiful the food is grate the food and drinks are amazing. There’s not one thing I didn’t like. The personal are so kind and welcoming. The beach and the hotel are also very clean. Am so grateful we got a chance to go. Am looking forward to go back!🙏

I was a little nervous reading previous reviews as our trip got closer, but Riu Dunamar was exactly what you'd expect with an all-inclusive resort. They had a great staff, pool drink service, a great entertainment team (both for pool activities & night time) & good food. The buffet is open for breakfast, lunch & dinner, there is a snack bar at the pool for lunch (hot dogs, burgers, fries, chips, guac). There are 4 restaurants to dine at for dinner if you don't want to go to the buffet, they are first come first serve, no reservation needed & no limit to how many times you can go per nights of your stay. The food is good, not great. I know we don't travel to an all-inclusive for 5 star food, but it was still really good. The beach is not a far walk from the hotel & there are plenty of chairs there too. I think this hotel is not at full capacity, we never had an issue in our group of 6 getting chairs at the pool next to one another. The rooms are super spacious & I believe every room has a balcony. If I had to be critical, the only downsides I can think of is that this hotel is located at the very end of the "strip" (not in the hotel zone, about 40 min from airport) & there is really only a quarter mile you can walk on the beach before you're not on the resort anymore. Also, there wasn't much food available after 10pm, only the sports bar which has hot dogs, burgers and sandwiches that you heat up in a microwave. So if you need late night food, consider bringing a bunch of snacks!

Muy buen hotel, la comida con buen sabor solo algo repetitiva. Los espacios totalmente sanitizados y muy limpios al igual que las habitaciones. La playa súper linda ❤️ solo estaría mejor si incluyeran actividades nocturnas para adultos ya que por lo general las que realizan se terminan muy temprano.

Estuvimos 6 dias ahí para pasar vacaciones en familia, lamentablemente nos toco pasar el huracan Delta, y nos trasladaron al hotel RIU Lupita para resguardarnos (pasamos 2 dias en contingencia por huracan), algunas incomodidades pero es comprensible dado la situación de emergencia. Fuera de ello la atención en RIU Dunamar fue excelente, las instalaciones muy modernas y funcionales, las albercas muy bonitas, y sobre todo la atención del personal muy amable. La comida muy rica, pudimos probar el restaurante italiano pompeya y el de comida asiatica bamboo de mis preferidos

Las instalaciones muy buenas, limpieza excelente fuera de recepción todo su personal muy atento derestaurantes y bebidas deja mucho que desear,.entiendo lo de la contingencia pero es mucho tiempo de espera para pasar específico (las brasas) solo utilizan 1/4 de su inmenso restaurante por qué cada que se retira alguien limpian todo y es más tardado pero sacrifican nuestro tiempo al no utilizar más mesas de lunes a jueves el bufet era otro de primera calidad ahora no y la fila larga y eso que no están al máxima capacidad los postres eran buenísimos aquí y ahora no saben a nada al igual que las bebidas malisimas (coctelería) muy artificial sus concentrados en la comida solo te ofrecen vino y refrescos que x cierto saben a agua con hielo de verdad me recuerdan a hoteles de otro nivel los horarios de restaurant muy inaccesibles siempre te toca comer hamburguesas, nachos y papas tengo años visitando sus hoteles y este ha sido el peor en cuanto a lo mencionado y perdón pero no tiene nada que ver la contingencia por qué sus costos de hospedaje son altos en eso no le bajaron

I decide to stay in this place for the enormous great reviews and startsbut I really regret it.The grounds are beautiful and is really clean but the stuff and the poor attention is really noticeable is no life in this place is like a dead place no music no entertainment for the kids nothing to do.The food very disgusting was always the same cold and with a old taste almost on everything.I was really surprised and sad my expectations and my experience and other places was way better than this hotel is apparently one of the most top at this moment.

Recién salí el día de ayer. Instalaciones, comida, albercas, animación todo muy bien. Ignoro si el clima laboral no es bueno porque desde intendentes, meseros, barman de lobby, personas que llevan las bebidas a las albercas la mayoría con una pésima actitud. No saludan, no responden al darles las gracias, pides una bebida y te sirven o llevan las que ellos quieren. Malencarados. Meseras cuestionando cuando comes poco. En fin. Nada que ver en cuanto a actitud con los Riu de Vallarta y nuevo Vallarta.

Our family keep talking about how nice was at Riu Dunamar and convinced us to book our vacation there. I loved it so much! It was like a big family. The place was extremely clean indoors and outdoors. I loved the beech waiters Ismail and Hector. They would make sure your drinks were refilled every ten minutes and always kept a smile on their face, regardless how hot and tired they were. The food was amazing too. They had all kind of seafood, beef, lamb and vegetarian choices. The sweet table was amazing too. I can’t wait to go back 🙏🏻😍

The second night that I couldn’t sleep and my baby was crying i called at 3 am and spoke to chirstian at the reception who just lied to me multiple times telling me that the ac was going to get fix at 5 am that someone was already working on it when that was a lied because when i called the day before the technician told me that it was fine he straight to my face told that their ac were set up only to maintain the rooms fresh no more. I do not recommend this hotel it is not save during cobid 19 either people at the restaurant clean tables with windex that does not kill any virus and the I particularly saw a waitress prepare a table for me and my baby he took the placemats used on the table went to the back and jus shaked it a bit and come back with the same dirty placemats and put them on my table, that is unacceptable during a world pandemic. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS RIU

The food is terrible and is always the same , the “specialty” restaurants serve the same food as the you can get from the Buffet ......staff is not pleasant , welcoming or helpful. You’ll find ONE or TWO decent employeeswho want to help and are actually pleasant but not many more .... Had we not purchased a $15 can of bug spray we would haven been eaten alive by the mosquitoes that made for a miserable first evening anywhere we were outside , at the beach , walking around the resort, watching the nightly show or even having a drink in the open air bar in the lobby . There were no citronella cndes or any attempt to mitigate this issue . Everyone was walking around scratching their bodies miserably . The hotel is a 45 min ride from the airport , but very remote.Unless you pay literally over a hundred $ to get to/from town by taxi since public transportation doesn’t come out this far . The entertainment team tried hard in the evenings but were mediocre at best during the day , very strange for a resort at least From what I’ve experienced at multiple locations over the past 12 years. The 24 hr sports bar has disgusting “food” for snacks . Gross stale sandwiches and hamburgers and hot dogs that you have to warm in a MICROWAVE !!!!!! The gym although had nice , new equipment is only open from 7-6 daily which is crazy ! The massage on the moya was perfect, the grilled food outside for lunch was actually the best meal we ate here on ourlast day. I’d like to blame all of this on covid but great hospitality can overcome a mask , hand sanitizer and temp checks . By far this is the worst RIU I’ve ever stayed at and I’ve been to many . Stay away unless none of this would bother you on your vacation in beautiful Cancún .

I will never book Riu resorts again! I checked in to the hotel with a brother and a friend, so there was 3 of us and they give us a room with two double beds like there is 3 of us how are we going to sleep on two beds?. The first night our AC stoped working in the middle of night we couldn't sleep, we complained to front desk the said they were doing maintenance on it that's why it stopped working again why would you do maintenance while we were sleeping? Do that during the day when we're out. The 3rd night our Ac stopped working again at that point we knew they were lying about maintenance and there was something wrong with ac. We went to the front desk to demand a different room and the personnel wasn't even apologetic about the issues we had, like nothing. This is second time i had issues with ac in riu hotels the first time was at riu playacar a year ago i woke up at middle of night with burning smell coming from ac i was with my 3 kids, we could have died that night if i didn't wake up. And if they see that you are young they will always put you on the top floor and that's 4th floor of the building good luck walking. My recommendation is stay away from riu hotels.

The hotel is beautiful but 40 minutes from city so taxi which is 30 dollars one way is needed. The food is terrible. The customer service is amazing and front desk especially Xavier went out of his way to have a pharmacy brings some medicine for ear ache and had a wireless charger when my phone got wet. Overall good experience. If u plan on staying only in hotel I recommend this place, but if not stay closer to the city

A great place to vacation as a couple or with chrildren.The propertyhas 4 pool areas plus a water park. Rooms are spacious and the minibar is a plus.My wife and I visited this property during the Pandemic of 2020.We felt very safe and comfortable, the staff was always cleaning.Only cons; the food.It was cleary not up to Riu standards.We went in July and the black flies were a problem as well,the property is so isolated. Bring insect repellent.Have safe travels.

Staff by the pools and in restaurants super friendly. Front desk was ok but not the best. So I booked this hotel specifically because there was a promotion for a 1660 resort credit per room. Do not book here if that is one of the selling points that catches your eye. You will be highly disappointed. My reservations also stated I would have 2 full size beds. My room was 2 TWIN size beds. May not seem like a big deal but I have not slept on a twin size bed since I was a kid and it was not a pleasant sleeping experience at all. Rooms are clean and neat. Property well maintained. Beaches ok.

Pros: the hotel/ grounds were beautiful. The staff was so polite & really nice people. The drinks were strong & amazing. The pools were fun and clean. I felt safe coming during a pandemic. There was hand sanitizer everywhere and masks were required. The rooms were amazing and I loved the view from our hotel. I loved all of the staff at the pool. I think their names were Ozzy, Paco, & someone else.Cons: the food I would rate a 1/5 stars. The 5 day of my stay I couldn’t eat any more food because my body couldn’t physically take it. I don’t think it’s the resorts fault, I just think they cook probably in different oil or something then I’m used to in the USA. Not sure on that part but please from some thing from the US have chips and snacks.. in the sports bar such as Doritos or something. The snacks in there were uneatable.A con too is the seaweed in the ocean. I didn’t even want to swim in the ocean because it was so much seaweed. If you’re a beach person & not so much pool I would suggest coming to a different resort or RIU but in a different country.Tip: pack snacks to bring in your suitcase. Candy.. chips etc. BRING bug spray too.

I have to say I was worried after reading all the poor reviews lately.This place is AMAZING!The lay out is perfect, easy to navigate, staff are all very friendly and accommodating.Freddie greatest is at the pool every day, Max kept our cups full, Manuel, Charly and all of the restaurant staff were great!These people make a fraction of what us Americans make and probably work twice as hard!Why on earth wouldn’t you tip them all for their great service???Anyone that expects a gourmet meal at an all inclusive buffet is nuts!It was all fresh and edible. You should be able to find SOMETHING you like!The Asian restaurant was delicious!They had bands and entertainment every night as well as at the pool all day.They all tried to get everyone involved best they could with Covid.Ozzy played a perfect Michael Jackson!The hotel was very clean and everyone did their part in trying to keep us all safe during this time.My daughter has never been to Mexico and thank you to all for making this a memory we won’t ever forget together.We would come back in a heart beat . Muchos gracias to all !!!

Not the best. No room service, the "snacks" are stale sandwiches in a cooler in one of the bars. Our "mini bar"(just soda, water, and one beer) was not refilled, like the information provided claims. The food is AWFUL...everything tasted old! All of the alcohol is well-level. Most of the bartenders made terrible drinks. I needed peroxide while I was there and NO ONE knew what it was or even bothered to attempt to understand me. Even the onsite Dr wanted to send me to the hospital rather than google what I could be talking about. The last night I found some in the gift shop! I feel like most did not understand anything we were asking so they just said yes to everything and then we had to figure out things on our own (what was open, what is that food item, etc.) They told our travel agent that everything on the resort was open, it definitely was not. The spa was decent for massages and I will say that there were people scrubbing and cleaning EVERYTHING the entire time we were there.

My son knocked out his teeth on kids water slide. I ran with him to the reception so they could take us to the doctor which they said it was available 24/7 . When we came there they told us that doctor wasnt there and thatwe had to wait for her to come back from a different resort. My son was bleeding so bad and they were so calm and unhelpful just saying we had to wait. She showed up after 25 minutes and after she looked at him they were only worried about our insurance, the hotel manager and the doctor. When i kept telling them we need to get to the dentist quick to try to save his teeth she told me yes i know and kept asking about his insurance again. On top of this they didnt have any car to take us there and we were told we would have to wait for an ambulance 15 minutes. I asked the doctor coupleof times to make sure we go to dentist and that there is dentist available she told me there was. In the mean time we took a taxi to the hospital and when we got there we found out there was no dentist at that hospital. I had to google to find one in the area. Please people with kids stay away from them or anyone who has any medical condition because you wont be taken care of. It is 12:40 am and i went to check if the doctor was there to get a report from today and of course there is no one there. The door is locked! If i could give them less than 0 stars i would.

Perfect Mexican Resort!!! We just got back from Riu Dunamar and had a fabulous vacation. It truly is the best Mexican resort we have stayed at. The location, rooms, food and service were outstanding! We really enjoyed the entertainment team, they worked so hard to keep us all happy,fit and professionally entertained with their amazing performances. Definitely will return for another visit. Feb 23-29 2020. My family and I got here at around 1 pm on the 23. Are room was not ready till 3 but that is typical. So pack a swim suit in your carry on. The food was GOOD but not magnificent but that is typical of all inclusive. The beach was kept clean the pools looked clean. The rooms are nice (no alarm clock but the outlets will except US plugs.) We had a partial ocean view on the 4th floor but could see the ocean from the balcony. Beach is a bit of a walk. The entertainment was good. As of now it is the last hotel on this strip. The beach is very big. I would recommend it.

Their chocolate ice cream is the best!! be Check in and out simple and courteous.Night time shows were outstanding!Best shows I've ever seen at any resort.Resort is impeccably clean!Rooms were outstanding.I read some negative reviews about this place all were very untrue with our stay.I would recommend to anyone to go.

Atalia in the buffet is extremely rude! During our entire stay here everyone has been so pleasant but when we came across her she was not nice at all. We asked her we’re we can get a coffee cup and she seemed bothered that she had to go grab us one and then while we were still eating and drinking our coffee she kept just taking stuff off the table without asking if we were done. She even grabbed my coffee! I had to say excuse me I’m still drinking that. She literally did that with everything on the table at least 3 times and was saying in Spanish “come on let’s go it’s late already!” I seriously can’t believe how she was acting with us!

We really enjoyed our vacation at the Riu Dunamar in February. The beach was long and beautiful - never a shortage of chairs on the beach or at any of the pools. We always felt safe and were not approached by people trying to sell things but once (they were not pushy). The water slides were so much fun and there was never any wait.There was a wide variety of food at the buffet and this was by far the best resort buffet I've ever eaten at. The ice cream and Mexican stations were me favorite. After reading lots of reviews, we didn't try all the specialty restaurants. However, I highly recommend the Kulinarium. Drinks everywhere were strong and delicious. Get a mojito with coconut rum!All the workers were friendly and hard working. The resort was spotless and was always being cleaned. Would 100% go back to this resort or another Riu in the future.

When checking in late at night the food options was horrible and actually disgusting in the sports bar especially when they advertised it’s a five star resort(it is not even close), no room service And the food in the sports bar is like left over food from the day, how sad is that. I was part of a group of 46 people that came down for a wedding and anytime we asked anything or special requests the front desk would say no, the look on their faces shows clearly that they don’t care at all.They would tell us things like we can have late check or we can have a spare room for the groom the night before the wedding( they did have spare rooms) which is not true they are a bunch of liars. Luis and Xavier should be fired from their job and not work there stay away from them if u see them at the front desk.During the wedding reception the bride didn’t even have a bite of her cake and they where suppose to bring the wedding cake back to her room and that never happened and the hotels response to where the cake is ... I’m sorry but I don’t know and there is nothing I can do. Which they say to us all the time ... THE RUI DOES NOT CARE.The restaurants are not always open so your fighting or waiting for at least an 1-1.5 hours to get a seat. I came to a 5 star to be pampered and served not just to eat a buffet 3 times a day for my meals.In conclusion please understand I’m not a complainer like this especially online however I need to warn everyone before u book what your purchasing because I don’t want other people to get screwed and being lied too.If there is anything positive I can say is that the resort is beautiful and the sand and beach and pools are fantastic, but the overall service is horrible like they don’t care you can see it in the faces or responses, however there are some good servers we had like Becky at the buffet was amazing and Felipe at the theatre bar was fast and funny and always feeding u your drink before u ask and my room cleaner Veronica was fantastic. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESORT IF ITS ADVERTISED AS A 5 star.

Don’t get a room in the building with the after hours dance venue, music is loud and goes until 0230 every night! If your a light sleeper bring ear plugs. Max was great for pool service. Italian restaurant was best. Fish was dry everywhere we ate. No reservations needed to eat, but expect to wait an hour or more if you’re not in line before they open. Only 2 ala carts open every night besides the buffet. Surf is rough but sand is nice for long walks. Mosquitoes at night too! Visit was 2/7-2/11

Amazing resort. I have not a single complain. The food is outstanding, delicious; the speciality restaurants are super good. The sea has an incredible blue-green-turquoise color, the sand is almost white, and it was clean. The bartenders were very friendly, and the drinks tasted great. Our room was cozy, great view. They have 4-5 pools, with bars there. The show at night was fun too; the disco had great music to dance. What else can I say, I would definitely go back.

Went for a friend’s wedding to the 5 star Dunamar.I won’t comment on the catastrophe they endured so I will only speak on what I experienced.Arriving late, the only food option was their 24 sports bar that consisted of day old left overs, something one doesn’t expect from a 5 star resort.The restaurants are good but only open every second day, so if you aren’t in line 15 mins before opening (6:30pm for most) you are waiting 1 hour and a half as they do not take reservations.But there’s always the buffet.I’m paying to stay at a so called 5 star resort, I don’t want to be relegated to the buffet because the restaurants are only open half of the time.We were told that there was room service but there wasn’t.As for the front management staff...If these people are what the Riu Experience is about then shame on the Riu Corporation, as apoints members I will never return to any of your properties based on my experience.The manager Luis Chavez should be removed from his position or severely retrained.Every word we were told were lies and staff tried to extort us at every opportunity.From being told we could have late check outs as we were leaving 5-6 hours after check out.Confirmed all week that was available then the day we leave it is not due to 100 people at first then ended up being more later on making the resort 100% booked.As we were checking out they attempted to extort one couple for money as they “dirtied towels”.Yes folks, beware when you use your towels because they will attempt to charge you for dirtying the towels.Since there was no late checkouts, we were told to place our bags in their “secured room” when we came back hours later, the door was unguarded and wide open so anyone could take our bags.As I said, front desk staff and management was poorly disorganized, dishonest and overall rude.Buffet needs to work on replenishing the food during servicebut overall it was good.Now to the good things about the resort..Cleaning staff was always on point and the resort looked fairly clean the majority of the time.If you are able to get into any of the restaurants, the steakhouse was really good.The beach was beautiful and there was plenty of beach chairs available.In all, the Riu Dunamar has a lot to work to do to actually deserve that 5 star rating they boast.It is really a 3 star at best.I only gave the 2 stars based on the beach and it’s cleanliness.Based on the actions of the front desk staff I will not be returning to any Riu properties in the future.

Stayed a week in this hotel, rooms are nice and everything is really new, territory of the hotel is lovely, beautiful food. But it is not a 5star hotel, food isn’t the best and restaurants weren’t good. We’ve been to Riu Peninsula for another week in Cancun which is much better on restaurants and drinks, that was a 5star but not Dunamar, Dunamar is 4stars.

Riu Dunamar is the most recent addition to Costa Mujeres coast line. Hotel is pretty young and evolving. Best thing here is the Aquatic center and Water park. It is an all inclusive resort with plenty of drink and food choices. Hotel could improve on vegetarian hot food choices though. Every night there is entertainment activity that can be enjoyed with family. Lastly for a change of scenery, there is a club onsite.

Very casual resort, great beach and views. Beware if mosquitos - lots of them. Rooms are not that huge as advertised. Drinks and food is good. Night entertainment is Ok, some nights are professional performance artists, other animation team. Animators try their hardest to keep you busy. Each day pool games - volleyball or water polo, water aerobics.

The rooms in this resort was very nice... got a family room enjoyed that it was 2 rooms with an attached door. The mini bar in the room was great.Had 4 types of bottles that were set up in dispensers for easy pour and access.Did not enjoy the food not very flavorful and did not have a big selection of local or Mexican dishes. The resort had 4 restaurants that didn't require reservations but only 2 restaurants were open at a time and rotated days. This made the wait for the restaurants a bit long... gave us those buzzers and we waited at the bar for drinks until a table was ready. The drive from the airport to the resort was a little longer than expected but the reservation included a hotel transfer.

Me and my beautiful wife, are here on our honeymoon as I write this review. What a fantastic place, with excellent views of the sea and with the beach being less than a minute walk you feel surrounded with the tranquility, calm and excitement that is Mexico. The bars are open all day, the availability and choice of food is massive, from local culinary examples, to Chinese, to American style BBQ meats. There are a plethora of pools to choose from, some with water bars some with relaxing, tiled, water loungers and even a water park for all ages. The staff are incredibly attentive and I'm very pleased to be spending my honeymoon here.There is a huge range of ages and types of people with young families and aged couples but as there are so many different areas of this resort suited perfectly to all ages you never feel like you are in the wrong crowd. There is a gym and outside daily step glasses, yoga sessions and all sorts of fitness opportunities for whatever you are into and so is also incredibly varied. Forget any reservations you may have and book this resort now and I guarantee you will have an awesome time.All our thanks to everyone at the Riu Dunamar,Mr & Mrs Parker.

We stayed here for a family vacation the end of June. We had an ocean facing room and the room was clean, updated and very nice. The only downside and odd thing about the room was the bathroom. The bathroom wall thats facing the bedroom/living room is a full length glass with a blurry overlay. Even though it looks blurry, you can see full figures taking a shower. With us having kids, we had to have them go on the balcony while others were taking showers.There were shows every night, which they were all great. A Michael Jackson show, a rock and roll show, a Mr. Riu pageant contest and more.We went to all the restaurants and can't complain about any of them. We did go to the buffet more than others but that was just because it was the only option for breakfast and lunch. If I could change anything, it would be more options for at least lunch.The beaches are great and beautiful. There is some seaweed, but the employees do a great job of cleaning it off the beach.This part of Cancun/Mexico is growing quickly, so this may not be an issue for long, but staying here you are far away (30-45 minutes) from excursions, shopping, other restaurants, etc.

I love this place. The activity staff do an amazing job keeping this place lively morning, noon and night. There is a kids club. Bar staff also amazing getting served on the beach. The pool bars close a bit early. And the hotel staff are a bit to eager to make sure you're getting your fridge refilled. We got 5 calls in 5 minutes and when you're trying to get ready its a bit of a pain. Loved every bit of staying here. There is every kind of "clicks" you can imagine all getting along and also with a place for them to go to feel comfortable. Quiet relaxing pool, big slides and little slides, party pool, activity pool and then the beach.

Here on our honeymoon the property is beautiful and very clean. The staff is super nice always helpful and always cleaning the food is also very good the nightly entertainment is fun and different every night. The down side to this place the sea is full of seaweed. Bathrooms are scarce 1 in lobby 2 at pool even in restaurants if you need to go you will have to leave and walk to other side of property to go 5 to 6 min walk round trip with all the alcohol served you would think they would have thought that through. The menu never changes in restaurants and hope you like Pepsi because pepsi 7up water and fruit juice and alcohol is all they have. Oh one last thing only one elevator and it's on front side of lobby and like our room it's on top floor above the restaurants at farthest corner it's nearly 1/2 mile walk from room to pools and back. But over all we got home 2 days ago already planning another trip

Stayed her back in September 2018. Oh where do I begin.Ocean was amazing. Warm tropical water natural wave pool, so much fun.Food choices were incredible. All kinds of meat, seafood, ceviche, burrito, avocado salad, fruits, omelette, okay basically anything you can imagine they pretty much either have it or something close.Hotel room was very clean.There were plenty of pool and swim up bar, lots of shows at night, and there is a disco bar.Truly an out of this world experience.

Let me first start by saying this resort is beautiful and the staff is welcoming and very pleasant. This is a great place for family vacation/holiday. The rooms are clean. The grounds are well kept. There are plenty of options for food, however, I have a few critiques about the food- the guacamole could be fresher no brown, there could be more native Mexican food options, all though the sports bar is 24 hours the food options are minimal and left in a refrigerator, I think there should be more options especially after drinking at minimum bar food should be offered with more vegetarian options. The club is a good option after a day of family time. There seems to be plenty of themed things to be a part of in the evenings. Plenty of entertainment at the theater. The aqua fit was very nice to be a part of, it's always important to have the option to stay fit with so many options of food. I would definitely recommend this resort for family, however, in my opinion if I were on a girls'trip or a romantic getaway I would probably stay elsewhere. It was nice to Alamo rental car on the property. The waterslides are nice, but close fairly early as do the pools. I think it would be a nice touch to have the pools remain open to at least 10 or even midnight, 6 pm is just so early.....an evening/night swim after dinner would be a nice offering. The beach is very nice, but the seaweed is a problem. Please understand this resort is at least 45 minutes from the airport and is not close to much so, keep this in mind as you plan your vacation.

My wife and I were looking for an all inclusive place to relax over a long weekend. This place was a perfect choice. The place was very clean and the people very friendly. This was not our first time in an all inclusive resort, but definitively the best one so far. If you are looking for a place to relax, with all the amenities, great food, this is a great choice. We will look for deals to go back to the same place.

This new hotel rocks. I’m a Riu lover and this facility is up there. All the convenience are modern, from the gym, water slides, pools, rooms, restaurants. The management and staff are very friendly and professional. The food is excellent. Entertainment is varied and interesting. This is Mexico. There are more than enough spaces and very clean sun beds around the poolside and sandy beach to accommodate all. Beautiful Sunrise massages you in the mornings so take that camera and get out of bed. iDragon will be back.

Service was great and fast.There were lots of activities and entertainment everyday in this resort.The downside of staying here was getting the most bug bites ever. I don't know from where either. Also, the bed in our ocean view room gave me a backache everynight. There's a few options of drinks to choose from and only one type of beer. Overall, great hotel.

The food is awesome and the service even in the buffet is amazing!The 9 pm shows they do have been really good with dancing, singing, it was very entertaining. The disco is a little small but it is very fun in there and the music they play is just like home 😀the rooms are very nice and clean with your own couch and flat screen tv and the shower is beautiful! Overall i am having an amazing time and i can't wait to come back!

We had the best time at the Riu Dunamar resort! The hotel is all inclusive and has a a mini bar and alcohol in the room, there are 5 restaurants with a great selection of food. There are a few pools with a pool bar that are great for a drink by the pool. There is also a small water park in the hotel, its fun to kill a bit of time. The beach is really nice and close to the hotel. The service was really good, with the staff always smiling and trying to help out. There are different people trying to sell you an excursion so you can always find something to do. The only down side to that resort is that its really far and isolated from the city and the other attractions. Overall, we loved our stay.

I had a wonderful time over Christmas break 2018 with my two girls. We enjoyed the ocean, took a snorkeling/city tour excursion to Isla Mujeres (Women Island), took a cab ride into downtown Cancun to the Mall (flea market). They are tentative with getting you drinks even on the beach. The place was clean. The down sides of this location is that it is a 45 minute ride to downtown and airport but it does go by fast. There is an odor on one side of the resort including the bathrooms next to the sports bar. You can get food in the sports bar 24/7 but it would be nice for them to switch up the selection. Christmas Eve diner was a nightmare because we couldn't find a table. We got plates and went back to our room and ate. We ran out of toilet paper, shampoo/body wash, water and sodas in the room. I had to call to get refills. and they didn't clean our room one day. Overall it was a really good experience.

Riu Dunamar overall was amazing! The facility is top notch and very well kept. We stayed July 11 - 16. There are always people cleaning and maintaining the grounds. They are always looking to help and serve you. The water park was a huge plus and kid area. The entertainment was good with something different every night. Beach area is well maintained and plenty of chairs for everyone. Pools are awesome with 5 so never crowded. The only cons were it is away from the city so if we you want to go in town you will pay about $60 round trip. The food was good but not amazing. Buffet always has variety. Don’t waste your time at the steak restaurant, if you do go get ribeye it is the only decent one. Overall I give it a 4+

Great food. The staff is friendly though less interactive than other resorts unless you seek them out. Check-in took entirely too long, over an hour, and that was with no one in front of me. The beach is nice and wide, unlike a lot of resorts which have sandbags for beaches anymore. The rooms are simple but adequate. There are several pools though they lack any personality, all just rectangles filled with water that gets hot too fast. The kids splash area and adult slides are great.

The garden bar was the best part (and the water slides) the rest was nothing special.The beach was nice but it seem Mexico is deal with a bad kind of seaweed coming in that smells bad and is kind of scratchy. Makes you not want to hang in the water (no fault of the Riu).The cocktails were all really sweet and unless you ask they make them with cheap gin etc. They did have tananquary and beefeater if you ask.The service was all great. They were all friendly and tried very hard.The food was overly sweet. We got steak with potatoes one day and the mashed potatoes and the gravy on top seemed to have sugar in them. Which was really disappointing. The steak was cooked perfectly in the potatoes had a lovely texture but to have sugar on top of that was just something that I wasn’t looking for.The buffet is where do you send they had things that anyone could eat. But there was nothing really amazing at any of the alley cart restaurants and many of them were more of a buffet style so that was unfortunate. Silver lining you didn’t have to make reservations so that made your day is a little bit easier not having to worry about getting to a place for a particular time. But I think you paid for that with the quality of the restaurants not being as high as some other rius.Maybe we just got unlucky with the week that we went but we found that there were a lot of children from the age of 1 to 7 and many of them were exceptionally spoiled so they were screaming and yelling and carrying on at the beach and at the pool all day long. This made our “relaxing beach vacation“ not so relaxing. We won’t be staying at it a Riu anytime soon

Didn't like the location it's far from everything and about a 45min drive from Airport.Also the beds are really hard and uncomfortable. Everything else was great tho! Oh and prices to buy something from the store such as sunscreen ridiculously pricey $22 for 1 bottle of regular sunscreen. Pools are great loved that they weren't extremely cold you can just step in without that cold overwhelming feeling of getting use to the water it was a great temperature. Again people who work their are amazing they make that place great!

Great resort! It's brand new on the North end. There is a lot of development going on in this area. The staff is great. There are a lot of restaurant options from dine-in to buffet & lots of food options sure to please anyone. There is entertainment for the whole family. Beachfront & you can easily walk to the beach. Beautiful water & sand but the only complaint is that there is a lot of seaweed. Nonetheless, don't let that stop you. We were told that the seaweed has to do with the time of year. Definitely recommend visiting Riu Dunamar!

Nice new place (12/2017?) the place is very well planned with most rooms catching some ocean view. Largely spread and not too tall it’s perfect for most reasons. In a few months when the landscaping matures it’ll be gorgeous. A few choices for restaurants, buffet with great many choices and a little room for adding more seafood and maybe a few more dishes. Super clean with friendly and polite personnel with a heart for pleasing. Rooms are nice and clean, bathrooms spacious and elegant but they lack air exhaust and when taking a bath, before you dry your hair you have to dry the mirrors from steam. Using the toilet with no exhaust fan, makes you feel like sardines, contained in your own juice... lolBeaches are nice and miles of it to walk in either direction, plenty of beach chairs thou no umbrellas, but service people coming all the time. A few pools with bars and some with chairs in the water, large retractable awnings offers shade away from the sun by the pool. A water park with slides and playground for kids and adults, free wind water crafts and other paid motor sports are available by the beach. Beach side massage as well as hot and cold spa with all the amenities including steam, etc. There is more to say but I’ll settle here and post some pics.i

We have been here for 3 days and so far love it. The staff is super friendly and willing to go above and beyond.The resort is very clean.Staff are always working on the up keep but never in your way.The food has been decent a little better than other resorts I've been to with a wide variety at the Buffett, which is where we have been going since myself and my daughter are traveling with two young children!So much room at the 4 pools with plenty of sun beds to use! We plan to go see the water park and beach later this week with the children.Rooms are nice and big with very cool AC and nice ceiling fans!Plenty of bars to enjoy a nice drink and a huge theater for nightly entertainment with seats for everyone! No real complaints to be told.Truly considering a second return in the future!

The hotel is very nice and its service is the best, I really enjoyed doing the jetski with the boys who are after the massages, they handle a good price, the jetski are in good condition.

We are here in resort, got to the 24 hour emergency room that they have on site, no one was there. Go to the front desk to ask if they have a doctor around. He even didn't ask what happened, just tell me that if I want to see a doctor I have to pay $150 to consult. They not care of their clients.

Out of the way location but well worth the drive from the airport. Excellent service, friendly staff, lots of activities, Splash water park right on the premise, great food, stocked refrigerator,and beautiful views. Clean comfortable rooms with amenities, all rooms have patios and the grounds are well maintained.

Entire resort is clean and well serviced. Staff is very friendly and helpful.Food was quite good however I would have enjoyed more offerings of local flavors. Would definitely book another vaycay here.

Loved it. The hotel opened recently, so everything is brand new. Great food and drinks 24/7. Service is efficient and friendly. A memorable family vacation. Would definitely recommend
