“Nossa estadia foi boa e poderia ter sido melhor por 5 estrelas Aqui estão algumas coisas que podem ser melhoradas: - nenhum serviço de quarto é feito mesmo após a solicitação com um dia de antecedência. Foi feito mais tarde, quando voltamos e tivemos que ligar para a recepção várias vezes - após o serviço de quarto, os suprimentos de café não foram reabastecidos - óculos usados não foram substituídos - o lixo da lixeira não foi removido - sem cadeiras na varanda - por último, não é um disjuntor, mas uma banheira de hidromassagem ao redor da piscina estava faltando”
