“Su atención directamente relacionada con el estándar de servicio de Sofitel. No son mis preferidos pues siguen ese manual distante y poco personalizado de los pequeños hoteles. Sus instalaciones están a mi criterio, fuera de una experiencia contemporánea del diseño interior.”

“Update: please confirm and reconfirm with the staff that breakfast is included in your reservation or not. We had been told it is included and we enjoyed it daily. We got charges later on!

Location is perfect. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is served is the newly renovated restaurant. Overall a great experience. Rooms are small, so you might be better to leave the stroller with the reception if you are travelling with kids.”
