I stayed here during last week and we were very grateful for the overnight worker. So polite and respectful! He was great and I wish every hotel had a gentlemen like him. He helped us figure out a rooming situation when we came in very late from a long flight and made our stressful night a lot easier for us.Great experience. Thank you!

One of the finest hotels I have ever stayed at. The room was very large. Nice kitchen. Very large shower. Nicely clean and no smells. Good location. Very helpful staff. Can not say anything bad about the place.

Beautiful accommodations & great complimentary breakfast including 2 types of omelets & waffles.Three of us stayed in a one bedroom suite which was great for us to have privacy from our young adult travel partner, who had the couch & pretended she was in her own apartment. Separate entrances allowed us to share the spacious bathroom. We were 20 minutes from everywhere we needed to go, but chose it because it was the best value for our privacy need. Complaints: The sheet on the couch bed was filthy & a sock was under the couch. We had to fetch new sheets & a blanket & a set of towels.This was entirely preventable, especially since we reserved for 3 people. By the way, the rate for 3 was a little higher than for 2. This was the first time we had a creaky mattress. It wasn't terrible, but the center was starting to dip so hopefully they replace it soon (room 519). On Saturday morning. no one was answering the phone at the front desk. I had to wave a housekeeper down to get someone for the front desk. It took about 15 minutes. They need to invest in a cordless phone for the front desk if the Saturday staff is on double-duty for housekeeping.

In the end we had a room not fully cleaned and a lot of noise. This has to be the worst experience I have had at a hotel will not be back. The garbage was not emptied and found litter on the floor really ruined my stay. i think the overnight staff did the best they could the fact we had to move at 1am to another room to get away from the noise is unacceptable. Have replied to you with more details, in the end this is in the top 3 of worst nights stay of 1500+ nights of both business and personnel travel. This is not a hotel I wish to return to...

Everything was honestly perfect!! The room was just right for our visit and every single encounter with every single employee was great!!!! I have nothing negative I could even think of and now will probably try to go to Home 2 Hotels over other hotels due to this visit!!
