There are 16 people waiting in line to check in and one person working the desk. Line is not moving. Check in is at 3:00. You would think more people would be working during check in time and especially during the holiday season. Unbelievable.

Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ. ᴄᴏᴍ when booking a resort. This web site will compare hundreds of hotel sites and usually will have prices much cheaper than others! Thank me later! This resort is one of the best in this area. I have been staying here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you for sure won't regret it. One of the top Hilton spots I've been to. Only stayed a night, but Weber grill was great and so was the room. Parking was easy too. Will be in my top 2 for Chicago.

Lamentablemente fue muy mala experiencia la estancia ahy el la calefacción no funcionaba correctamente el cuarto frío los encargados no pudieron hacer nada no tiene estacionamiento propio dos de las toallas no estaban totalmente limpias .......etc esto cambio la imagen de Hilton hotels

Liked the location and the rooms. Staff was nice when I stayed there. At the beginning there was an issue with the credit card on file. I gave them my card (my company was paying the bill with their card) and was assured it could be changed before it was billed. Contacted my company and they verified that their card was added and mine removed. Got a verification from the Hilton email that the needed changes were made. After check out they charged my card and it took three days and multiple calls to get it refunded. I waited on hold for 15 minutes and then got hung up on. Customer Support was a joke.

Excellent! Super clean room. Reasonable price. Friendly desk staff. Comfortable. Well located within walking distance of everything and a Metro stop right out front. I wish there was free breakfast, but we just got some yogurt for the mini fridge and called it good. Otherwise, couldn’t really ask for more from our stay.

Tenía una reserva en ese hotel y al llegar no pudieron pasar el cobro a mi tarjeta de crédito, pero si lo realizaron.Según la recepcionista ella cancelaba la reserva y no había cobro... mentira!, cobraron toda la estadía sin siquiera haber subido a la habitación.Nos tuvimos que ir a otro hotel. Hilton no contesta mensajes, correos, nada!. La reserva la había hecho por booking y a través de ellos tampoco hay respuesta.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. First time was about two years ago and it was great. This time was not. For starters - we got to the city a little early so I requested early check in. It was an additional $20, which really wasn’t a big deal, but I’ve been elsewhere where early check in is no extra cost, especially if you’re a rewards member. The toilet ran and flushed itself ALL NIGHT. Even shutting the bathroom door didn’t mask the sound. Not only that, but the shower wouldn’t drain and I stood in water past my ankles the whole shower. There was also hair all over the walls of the bathroom that was not ours. Furthermore, when we pulled the bed sheets back, there was dried blood in the bed on the sheets. At that point, we had gotten back late and we’re only staying one night, so we laid another sheet over it and went to bed,but it was still super unsettling. Come to find out reading reviews later on, someone had stayed in our exact room two weeks prior and it was infested with bed bugs when they arrived. The only reason I’m giving this place two stars is because the staff was super friendly and the hotel is in a great location. Other than that, there are better hotels you can stay at for the same or lesser of a price. Likely will never be staying here again.

I do not typically write reviews. But everyone at this hotel was just so incredibly helpful, kind, personable, and really went out of their way to make our stay fantastic. As a family of 4- with two young kids (3 and 6) traveling cross country for their first big vacation- our room was exactly what we needed. Two separate rooms, a kitchen, etc. Daily provided breakfasts were awesome- eggs/bacon/breakfast meat/oatmeal/sides/coffee. Any request we had was met quickly. I just cannot say enough about the exceptional staff there!

Wonderful hotel, conveniently located downtown. Had a terrific stay. The room was clean and well sanitized. I felt safe in this hotel. Plus, our view was fantastic! All the people were so nice and friendly. Especially Richard, who took such good care of us and went out of his way to make our stay most enjoyable for my wife's 60th Birthday. We would definitely stay here again. And I highly commend Richard for his professionalism and commitment to the Hilton brand. He sets the bar high!

Fui na virada 19/20 lá e gostei muito, reservei com um mês de antecendência e achei um ótimo custo benefício, ótimo atendimento, localização excelente, quarto limpo e amplo. Linha vermelhado metrô abaixo do hotel. Serviço de valet e estacionamento, mas não usei.
