“Llegué a las 3:15 pm y la señora del frente dijo que no tenía habitaciones disponibles. Le pregunté si el check in era a las 3 y me dijo que sí. Agarré una botella de agua y ella rápidamente dijo que son $ 4, dije que pagaré cuando me registres, a lo que ella murmura: No parece que eso vaya a suceder. I am writing this review as a cry for help for not only the patrons of this hotel, but the employees that are left to try to explain the poor circumstances of this hotel. We arrived and checked in at 3pm, we were checked in by someone who does not work the front desk, but is hired to handle laundry. Upon entering our room, we discovered that the rooms were poorly cleaned, not up to Hilton's guaranteed standards. There was hair on the carpet and in the shower, there were NO towels, and no toilet paper and the carpet was so damp. We had to go down to the front desk and ask for towels and toilet paper, which unfortunately we never received fresh towels because we were told that they did not have any clean. The person working the front desk asked us to follow him for the toilet paper and surprisingly got toilet paper rolls from another room, not a utility closet! We had to go to Walmart and purchase towels because none were ever provided.We had plans on the day we checked in so we quickly showered and left, to find out that the room we were given keys for was not the room we were entered into the system to stay in. So we had to move rooms. While the new room did have toilet paper, there were still NO towels in the new room. Later that evening I went down to the lobby to try to purchase a drink. There was no one at the front desk, despite waiting for nearly 30 minutes for assistance so I was unable to do so.On the morning of checkout, we had an early flight so we were checking out at 5:30 am. There was another family in the lobby attempting to do the same and had been waiting for someone who worked the front desk. There was only one person in the front, which was the person preparing the breakfast, and she did not know how to check us out. She informed us that the person who was scheduled to work the front desk was working two hotels at one time, this Home2 location and another hotel, owned by the Franchise Owner, which is not a Hilton Hotel. So basically, the front desk receptionist is leaving the property unattended for hours to go to another Hotel. This is so unsafe for patrons and the hotel as a whole.I am a Hilton Honors member and have been for several years and this is by far the worst experience that I have encountered and I firmly believe that something must be done to reimburse patrons of this hotel, and a complete overhaul of the way this hotel is being managed.

We have stayed in Home2suites all over the US and they are always so nice....however not this one. I booked a king suite in advance, and got a queen. The door knob was messed up and hard to lock. The window shade was broken. The one bed looked as though it had been slept in (see pic). And the TV appeared to have been stolen. Dishwasher was full of yucky dishes that smelled. Mold was in 2 corners of the shower and the doors had not been cleaned due to the film on them. (See pics) Almost no hand towels. I think house keeping could do a much better job especially since we are still in the middle of a pandemic. We called the front desk and they took money off our stay but this puts a very bad taste in my mouth. My husband and I travel a lot for his job and we love to stay in the Hilton brand because a lot are pet friendly but will be really watching reviews going forward because this one is terrible.

I booked here because they had the best rate in the area and a shuttle to the airport. When I arrived I was told the shuttle wasn’t running. My room had no window shade and they didn’t have any others to give me. So much light from the parking lot flowed into the room I had to wear an eye mask you use on an airplane.No phone in the room. No soap anywhere to be found. Only one towel provided and it was dirty. To add to all of this, there was some bug in the bathroom when I woke up in the morning.I’m not sure what other Home2 Suites are like but avoid this property at all cost.

I booked here because they had the best rate in the area and a shuttle to the airport. When I arrived I was told the shuttle wasn’t running. My room had no window shade and they didn’t have any others to give me. So much light from the parking lot flowed into the room I had to wear an eye mask you use on an airplane.
No phone in the room. No soap anywhere to be found. Only one towel provided and it was dirty. To add to all of this, there was some bug in the bathroom when I woke up in the morning.
I’m not sure what other Home2 Suites are like but avoid this property at all cost.

Com uma criança de 6 meses em nosso grupo, isso simplesmente não seria suficiente. Além disso, nosso quarto tinha apenas uma toalhas (para uma festa de 4), 2 travesseiros e sem roupa de cama para o nosso sofá-cama. Voltei para a recepção e esperei 15 minutos para obter assistência. O cavalheiro que administrava a frente me informou que era o único funcionário trabalhando e era responsável pela limpeza dos quartos e pela administração da recepção por não ter funcionários. Isso é incrivelmente inseguro e desrespeitoso com esse cavalheiro, pois ele estava claramente trabalhando o máximo que podia para administrar um hotel inteiro. Al llegar a nuestra habitación, noté que la temperatura era bastante cálida. Bajamos el termostato a 60 pero nunca pasó de una temperatura interior de 76. Con un niño de 6 meses en nuestro grupo, esto simplemente no iba a ser suficiente. Además, nuestra habitación solo tenía una toalla (para un grupo de 4), 2 almohadas y no sábanas para nuestro sofá cama. Regresé a la recepción y esperé 15 minutos para que me ayudaran. El caballero que dirigía el frente me informó que él era el único empleado que trabajaba y era responsable de limpiar las habitaciones y administrar la recepción debido a que no tenía personal. Esto es increíblemente inseguro e irrespetuoso con este caballero, ya que claramente estaba trabajando tan duro como podía para administrar él mismo un hotel completo. I’m only filling this review out as a cry for help for the employees that work at this property.
To say this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had would be an understatement. Upon arriving in our room, I noticed that the temperature was rather warm. We moved the thermostat down to 60 but it never moved past an indoor temp of 76. With a 6 month year old in our party, this just wasn’t going to cut it. In addition, our room only had one towels (for a party of 4), 2 pillows, and no linens for our pull out sofa. I returned to the front desk and waited for 15 minutes for assistance. The gentleman who was running the front informed me that he was the only employee working and was responsible for cleaning rooms and running the front desk due to having no staff. This is incredibly unsafe and disrespectful to this gentleman as he was clearly working as hard as he could to run an entire hotel himself. No offense to him, but in a world where sanitary standards should be higher than ever, it didn’t look like he had the time to handle a deep clean of multiple rooms. My 10 year old son said it best: “He deserves to be paid $1,000,000 for the work he’s putting in.”
How someone higher up hasn’t tried to fix this situation after all these google reviews from the past month is insane. It’s my fault for not reading prior reviews and making a better decision for myself and my family. As a diamond member, I hope my opinion and review can hopefully bring more staffing and better leadership to this property.

Voou à meia-noite, foi informado que o ônibus estava funcionando. Não era. Flew in at midnight, was told the shuttle was running. It was not. Finally get to the hotel and couldn’t find a glass in the room…they were all in the dishwasher, but at least they were clean. However, the toilet seat was broken and the toilet was dirty. Next morning I see the shower has pink human bacteria growing in it, there was no soap or conditioner in the bathroom at all, and the mirror in the room was dirty, the hallway carpet is filthy, the trash by the elevator which was overflowing at 1 am when I arrived is even worse the next morning, they had no Coke Zero or Diet Coke available. Then the next day when I called the front desk no one answered the phone. I called for thirty minutes. I’m a Hilton diamond member and this was my worst experience ever. I will be following up with Hilton and I will never stay here again.

I se hospedaram no Home2 Atlanta Airport West e TENHO dizer I foi decepcionado.O quarto tinha apenas dois conjuntos de toalhas e nos disseram que eles só poderiam nos dar um extra. Na cozinha, encontramos o que precisávamos para fazer as refeições, exceto os talheres. Havia uma colher na máquina de lavar louça e uma faca na gaveta. Perguntamos na recepção e nos disseram que eles não tinham nenhum no primeiro dia e no segundo dia nos encontraram um garfo. Havia dois de nós na sala, então isso não foi suficiente.A propriedade parecia falta de pessoal e as áreas comuns não estavam terrivelmente sujas, mas não estavam limpas. Finalmente, os dispensadores de xampu e gel de banho no chuveiro não apenas estavam vazios, como a frente caiu da parede quando eu o empurrei. Tl; Dr. Hilton Honors Diamond Member. Encontre em outro lugar. Esta é de longe a pior propriedade do Hilton em que já fiquei.Sou um membro Hilton Honors Diamond. I stayed at Home2 Atlanta Airport West and I have to say I was disappointed.The room had only two sets of towels and we were told they could only give us one extra. In the kitchen, we found what we needed to make meals except for cutlery. There was one spoon in the dishwasher and a knife in the drawer. We asked at the desk and were told they didn't have any the first day and the second day found us a fork. There were two of us in the room so that was not enough.The property seemed understaffed and common areas weren't terribly dirty but they weren't clean. Finally, the shampoo and shower gel dispensers in the shower not only were empty, the front fell off the wall when I pushed it. The front desk said they didn't have toiletries to give us when we reported that.I mention that they seemed understaffed because they were very polite to us, they just didn't have what we needed. There was no breakfast provided either, and that may be a Covid thing, but it was advertised as having a free breakfast.We have switched upcoming stays there to a different hotel because of our experience this weekend.

Me alojé en Home2 Atlanta Airport West y tengo que decir que me decepcionó.La habitación solo tenía dos juegos de toallas y nos dijeron que solo podían darnos uno extra. Tl;Dr Hilton Honors Diamond Member. Find somewhere else. This is hands down the worst Hilton property I've ever stayed in.
I am a Hilton Honors Diamond Member. This place has some of the rudest staff I've ever met at any Hilton location in the past 10 years. There's this bald gentleman at the front desk that is beyond one of the rudest people I've seen in hospitality. I've also seen this particular gentleman yell at a child. I also haven't had housekeeping in several days. What is going on here?
Post check-out: Turns out if you keep calling corporate about how shoddy the service is at the hotel, the staff will take it personally and force you out. I had the wonderful privilege of having no housekeeping on my entire stay, rarely any "breakfast", and the pleasure of getting yelled at by staff that aren't even in uniform, covered in tattoos, wearing gaudy jewelry, and are wearing bonnets on their head. Some of your building and your STAFF smell like weed. Hilton????

TV remote missing, I ask front desk, they said no remote. Bath room vanity facet loose, toilet seat dancing. Linens are not sure when they were washed. Announced break fast is a 7 AM, Usually all Hilton group they service at 6AM. I was just check in this hotel at 10 pm and check out at 7 am .. I waited for breakfast , its been 7:15 am , staff said that they are waiting for person who cook break fast. If they have any common sense they should announce that break fast would be late. Front desk staff is not friendly and rude. Never ever to there ...

I arrived at 3:15 pm and the lady at the front said she didn’t have rooms available. I asked if Check in was at 3 and she said yes. I grabbed a bottle of water and she quickly said it’s $4, I said I’ll pay when you check me in, to which she mumble: Doesn’t look like that will happen. So I called the Hilton honors line a rep was very nice over the phone but could not help us, he thought perhaps check in was at 4 but the check in and out times were posted on the door, clearly said 3pm, he recommended I downloaded the Hilton’s app, to which I did and was able to check in to a room on my own to room #211. I didn’t want to talk to the rude person so I waited and seenA second ladyat the from desk. She waslot nicer and a she said I could go ahead onto that room. Once in the room we found broken glass and a dish washer full of dirty dishes. Looks like it had been started and left there for idk how long. I called front desk to advise but nothing was done. We were in town for a concert, I called again to ask for an Iron the room did not have one. Again nothing, I saw a male housekeeper vacuuming the hall way and asked to look at the dishwasher. He said it looks broken and he was shocked they checked us in on this room. But still called front desk and nothing was done.

Não e repito ... NÃO fique aqui se você está contando com serviço de transporte de e para o aeroporto. Eu sou o membro LOYAL do Hilton que se hospeda em hotéis Hilton 1 a 2 vezes por semana (antes da Covid), reservamos este quarto simplesmente porque havia um serviço de traslado e eles ofereciam o pacote “estacione e fique”. Muito conveniente ... pensamos. Na manhã de nossa partida, estávamos programados no ônibus das 6:30. O motorista NUNCA apareceu, após várias tentativas da recepção para alcançá-los, acabamos pegando um Uber para que não nos atrasássemos para o check-in no aeroporto. Isso foi uma viagem de US $ 25 além do que pagamos para obter transporte de graça. Chegamos em um vôo atrasado para Atlanta e ligamos para a recepção no momento em que pousamos (ainda na pista) às 11:30. Após 3 ligações para o hotel, às 12h40 o motorista finalmente apareceu. Sr. Andre Fayne, el Gerente Ética de trabajo impecable, Hizo que todos los huéspedes que se alojaban allí se sintieran como si fuéramos invitados en su casa. Se enorgullece de su trabajo y si había algo que necesitábamos, él estaba allí. No hubo tarea que no hiciera. Reservé 2 habitaciones queen. Si bien una habitación estaba disponible en el momento del check-in, la segunda habitación no estaba disponible debido a problemas de personal en el departamento de limpieza. Me dijeron que la segunda habitación estaría disponible en 30 minutos. Bueno, esos 30 minutos se convirtieron en casi 4 horas ¡Y ni siquiera limpiaron una habitación queen! En cambio, le dieron a mi familia una habitación king. Mi tía estaba tan frustrada y cansada que accedió a la habitación sin mi conocimiento. Pero cuando me comuniqué con la recepción para quejarme del inconveniente general, el representante del hotel fue grosero, poco profesional, descortés Y me colgó. Cuando volví a llamar, colgó de nuevo y luego no contestó el teléfono (tienen identificador de llamadas). Debido a su comportamiento, nunca volveré a reservar en este hotel. Y también planeo ponerme en contacto con Corporate para registrar una queja.

Eu reservei 2 quartos queen. Enquanto um quarto estava disponível no check-in, o segundo quarto não estava disponível devido a problemas de pessoal no departamento de limpeza. Disseram-me que o segundo quarto estaria disponível em 30 minutos. Bem, esses 30 minutos se transformaram em quase 4 horas E eles nem limparam um quarto queen! Em vez disso, deram à minha família um quarto com cama king-size. Minha tia estava tão frustrada e cansada que concordou em ir para o quarto sem meu conhecimento. Mas quando entrei em contato com a recepção para reclamar do inconveniente geral, o representante do hotel foi rude, pouco profissional, descortês E desligou na minha cara. Quando liguei de volta, ela desligou novamente e não atendeu o telefone (eles têm identificador de chamadas). Por causa do comportamento dela, eu nunca irei reservar neste hotel novamente. E pretendo entrar em contato com a Corporação para registrar uma reclamação também.

Do not and I repeat...DO NOT stay here if you are counting on shuttle service to or from the airport. I am LOYAL Hilton honors member who stays in Hilton hotels 1-2 times a week (pre Covid), we booked this room simply because there was a shuttle service and they offered “park and stay” package. Very convenient...we thought. On the morning of our departure, we were scheduled on the 6:30 shuttle. The driver NEVER showed up, after multiple attempts by the front desk to reach them, we ended up getting an Uber so we wouldn’t be late to check in at airport. That was a $25 ride on top of what we paid to get transportation for free. We arrived on a late flight into Atlanta and called the front desk the moment we landed (still on runway) at 11:30. After 3 calls to the hotel, at 12:40 am the driver finally showed up. There were excuses both times and no responsibility taken by the hotel. The manager, Andre, promised to credit my Hilton Honors account with 50,000 points for the trouble the first day, well that never happened. This hotel is full of excuses. You will miss your flight or sit outside the airport if you count on them.The room: the refrigerator was broken and making a terrible noise, so much my husband got up in the middle of the night and unplugged it.The location: decent commute to airport, lots of people loitering at almost 1 am when we got there to pick up our vehicle. I felt unsafe and was thankful my husband made this trip with me.Will never get my money again at this hotel.

I booked 2 queen rooms. While one room was available at check-in, the second room wasn’t available due to staffing issues in the housekeeping department. I was told that the second room would be available within 30 minutes. Well that 30 minutes turned into almost 4 hours AND they didn’t even clean a queen room! Instead they gave my family a king room. My aunt was so frustrated and tired that she agreed to the room without my knowledge. But when I contacted the front desk to complain about the overall inconvenience, the hotel representative was rude, unprofessional, discourteous AND hung up on me. When I called back she hung up again and then would not answer the phone (they have caller ID). Because of her behavior, I will never book at this hotel again. And I plan to contact Corporate to log a complaint as well.

He made all of the guests staying there feel like we were guests at his home.
He takes pride in his work and if there was anything we needed he was there.
There was no task he didn't do. The practically operated/ran that entie hotel all by himself, and did a great job at that.

I hospedado aqui 20 abril a 23 abril e meu quarto e estadia foi Horrível. Não tínhamos toalhas de mão, um pano de lavagem e apenas 2 toalhas regulares. O porta-papel higiênico estava quebrado, a máquina de lavar louça vazava e a louça do quarto estava na máquina de lavar não lavada. Eu estava lá para uma reunião e torneio de golfe e tinha torneio na quarta-feira. Deixei um motorista no quarto porque tinha um novo que estava usando. Sexta-feira carregamos o carro e partimos, mas algumas horas depois lembramos que deixei meu motorista no quarto. Liguei para saber sobre isso para que eu pudesse pegá-lo esta semana, quando estivesse de volta a Atlanta. Bem, ninguém sabia de nada sobre isso e eu liguei de volta mais duas vezes e recebi a mesma coisa. Agora fica difícil ficar em um local Hilton se esta é a forma como os estabelecimentos são administrados. Vou pensar muito antes de ficar em outro estabelecimento Hilton.

Vista incrível de um lago do final do corredor e do estacionamento. Muito espaço para reboques e veículos grandes no estacionamento do AMC. A área de estar externa é confortável e aconchegante, vinda de Minnesota. Gostei de ver os aviões decolando do lado de fora, o som não é perceptível por dentro. Taxa de $ 100 para animais de estimação. 10/10 ficaria novamente.

Me alojé aquí del 20 al 23 de abril y mi habitación y mi estancia fueron horribles. No teníamos toallas de mano, un paño y solo 2 toallas normales. El soporte del papel higiénico estaba roto, el lavavajillas tenía una fuga y los platos de la habitación estaban en el lavavajillas sin lavar. Estuve allí para una reunión y un torneo de golf y tuve un torneo el miércoles. Dejé un conductor en la habitación porque tenía uno nuevo que estaba usando. El viernes cargamos el auto y nos fuimos, pero unas horas después recordé que había dejado a mi conductor en la habitación. Llamé para comprobarlo para poder conseguirlo esta semana cuando estuviera de vuelta en Atlanta. Bueno, nadie sabía nada al respecto y llamé dos veces más y obtuve lo mismo. Hace que sea difícil alojarse en una ubicación Hilton si esta es la forma en que se administran los establecimientos. Pensaré mucho antes de quedarme en otro establecimiento Hilton.

Increíble vista de un lago desde el final del pasillo y el estacionamiento. Mucho espacio para remolques y vehículos grandes en el estacionamiento de AMC. La sala de estar al aire libre es cómoda y cálida y viene de Minnesota. Me gustó ver los aviones despegar desde los asientos exteriores, el sonido no se nota en el interior. Tarifa por mascota de $ 100. 10/10 se quedaría de nuevo.

I stayed here April 20th through April 23rd and my room and stay was horrible. We had no hand towels, one wash cloth and just 2 regular towels. The toilet paper holder was broke, the dishwasher was leaking and the dishes for the room were in the dishwasher not washed.
I was there for a meeting and golf tournament and had tournament on Wednesday. I left a driver in the room because I had a new one I was using. Friday we loaded up the car and left but a few hours later remembered I had left my driver in the room. I called to check about it so I could get it this week when I was back in Atlanta. Well no one knew anything about it and I called back two more times and got the same thing. Makes it hard now about staying in a Hilton location if this is the way the establishments are run. I will think long and hard before staying in another Hilton establishment.

Amazing view of a lake from the end of the hallway and parking lot. Lots of room for trailers and large vehicles in the AMC parking lot. The outside sitting area is comfortable and warm coming from Minnesota. I liked watching the airplanes taking off from the outside seating, the sound is not noticeable inside. 100$ pet fee. 10/10 would stay again.

I was guest at the Home 2 Suites on Princeton Lakes Parkway on 4/10/21- 4/11/21. Let me start by saying I read reviews prior to my stay and I ignored them because everyone can have bad days but most of what I read was true on my recent stay.
I used digital check in the day before our arrival and stated that I would check in at 3pm. We were in the area at a family event and I decided to give the staff time to prepare my room. So we actually arrived for check-in around 5:45p. We went to our room and immediately noticed there was no "Sanitized and Cleaned" Lysol sticker on our door. Anyway we proceeded to enter and inspect as we normally do and began to do our own Microban sanitizing.
My husband opened the fridge and noticed it was off. So he checked to see if it was plugged in and working, etc. He checked the breaker box and it was off there. He turned it on went to the restroom and 5 minutes later smelled an electrical burning smell and began to see light smoke coming from the area of the fridge. So he immediately turned it off and unplugged it. We reported that to the front desk along with the request to have 4 sets of towels for our 2 queen bed suite. There were only 2 washcloths in the bathroom and nothing else.
We requested that the towels be left in our room as we were going to return to our family function and we knew we would probably return to the hotel late.
We returned (myself, my husband and my 2 sons) to the hotel around 10:45pm and Kevin the front desk personnel was having his lunch so in passing we inquired about the issues with our room. His response was "I don't know", "I reported but I don't know ". I was shocked by his once helpful tone now turned to a semi "I don't care" tone.
We entered our room and none of our requests had been fulfilled. Towels are a basic necessity in a hotel stay not an outlandish request.
So my husband returned to the front desk to get towels and Kevin was no where to be found and several guests were there waiting on various needs. My husband went to the desk again about 15 min later and he was there and requested towels again and Kevin stated he would have to wash some because housekeeping was gone home. My husband told him to do whatever he needed to do because my kids had been playing all day and needed a shower. My husband returned to the desk for a 3rd time and was able to get 2 blue body towels, 1 white body towel, 3 hand towels and 3 washcloths, still not the needed amount but we made due with it. At this time, a guest waiting in the lobby stated they had been there since Friday and had not had any towels, completely unacceptable.
So we get our sons showered and ready to go to bed around 1am only to discover that our bed was not properly made. We only had a fitted sheet on mattress, the down middle quilt that should be sandwiched by 2 clean sheets (that are missing) and a light summer bed cover. I pushed through and tried my best not to touch my face with that down quilt piece. I did not have a good night sleep.
I made it my point to do face to face check out so someone else would know everything we went through. I let Darius P. know everything and he was very understanding and apologetic. He decided to exercise the Hilton pledge and "Make It Right" by comping our room for the night. I absolutely appreciate his acknowledgement of the issue and giving us a solution however no guest should have to go through so many issues in their stay. I am a longtime Hilton Honors member as well as a travel agent and I've never experienced so many issues in one stay at such a reputable chain of hotels. I had clients booked here too and they canceled their stay before their arrival and I told them how glad I was that they did that and I apologized for even considering this hotel despite prior review warnings.
I really hope they make sure the issues we had are taken care of especially the refrigerator electrical issue for the safety of all travelers at the hotel.

The worst hotel I have ever been in! I am a diamond member and have stayed in home2 across America and this hotel is by far the worst. The owner is CHEAP!!!! They charge for service dogs (against the law), they unplug the A/C in the room to save money so when you come in it’s 90 degrees, there phones are unplugged so if you wanna talk to front desk you have to go down stairs. Do not waste your money here.

Pretty good. Spacious rooms. Every room has a microwave, kitchen sink with disposal, full dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer. You may want to bring your own hotplate, pans, scissors, and knives. The bathroom is good sized. Lots of counter/table space. Staff is friendly, but you may have to follow up on requests from one shift to the other.
