The inside of the hotel is very interesting. It would be awesome if it wasn't for covid closing everything. The staff was friendly. Paid parking that I didn't know about until we got there. The hotel is old, the rooms are very small and kind of smelled funny. The beds were not very comfortable and the air felt like it hardly worked. It was just okay.

How dark it gets. No sunlight! AC didn't work properly Could hear everything through walls Shower didn't work properly Pillows were flat Never got room cleaned No free outlets for charging Fridge never kept anything cold, ice cream melted

The staff was amazing, especially during a deadly pandemic. I got in late and everything was closed. I was starving and the hotel had no food available, not even vending machines. I totally understand with COVID-19, yet this meant me having to search Albuquerque late at night to find any kind of food.

The motel is well maintained & designed.The interior is designed very nice with an open area atrium that goes to top floor.The female iPM staff were great,.The location has easy access to I- 25.Parking lot is well lit with plenty of parking. Upon my arrival I requested a room with a decent view.I was assigned a room with a great view of roof air conditioner.Due to virus the pool, gym,restaurant, daily housekeeping etc.etc.were closed.My last night I could hear music @ 2:00 AM.

Location is good. The rooms are dated. The walls are thin. I could hear everything my neighbor was doing. My air conditioner stopped working for the last 3 days I was there.

Room and motel was nice. Car got broken into in the parking lot right in front of the front door. Window got broken out and had several Christmas presents stolen. Spent half the next day and $150 getting it fixed. Don't leave anything in your car you don't want to keep.

Stayed here several times, great location, comfy beds, oversized rooms, interesting architecture, clean room, & common areas. Great customer service, eager to accommodate us into a quiet room! Glad they got rid of the fees they used to charge for parking! Wouldn't change anything, all is great.

Everything was amazing from checkin to checkout. The staff was friendly and informative and even had a list of recommended restaurants nearby. Our room was perfect for our family as it had a separate living area.

The room was too hot and I could not turn down the air conditioner any more than what it was previously set at. Followed all directions that were posted to set it at a cooler level but none of it worked.

The layout was nice The staff checking us in was very rude. We booked 2 rooms she could only find one when I went to show her the confirmation she said that does not mean anything to me. She was rude to our children while other children were doing cartwheels in the lobby

Very nice staff. Pretty lobby/interior. Nice workout area. Good breakfast in restaurant. The indoor pool was freezing in Dec. due to its split indoor/outdoor nature (with shared water flowing under wall). I booked this hotel largely because of the advertised indoor pool. The water was much too cold for my child to swim & there is no hot tub.
