“Great place to stay close to Universal! Enjoyed a quiet and clean room, nice updated kitchen. Free shuttle service to parks is a bonus! Front desk staff were nice, helpful and accommodating. Will stay here again!”

“Our ROOM smelled awful. Microwave had crusty food left in it.. Office chair had something splattered on it. Sitting on toliet looks like boogies on wall.... Never AGAIN would i book here. Staff serving food were great can't say the same about the ladies at front desk... This is a 2 Star hotel at BEST”
