“We had a great experience the rooms were very clean the food in the hotel restaurant was delicious the breakfast buffet that was included in the package was delicious. the staff were very helpful and generous. my mother loved the view of the Inside of hotel I loved the view of the mountain. mi hermoso Monterrey. the gentleman mario in the restaurant gave us a great service very respectful.”

“Horrible staff! I was asking for information and they just tell you "over there" and that's all you get. The workers do not seem to want to work and help new people. I was told the wrong information twice! The security guards need to be retrained and informed on what goes on in their own work place! Horribe workers.”
