“First day was great, but the management is HORRIBLE. It’s been 7 days and I’m still waiting for a call back. My room was cleaned even though I put on the door not to, the receptionist told me it’s because my stay is over. I had to show proof of my itinerary from Expedia that I had an extra day. I lost my keys there and it’s been over 7 days that no one has called me back.”
