“It is not same quality as it used to be. This is worst Residence Inn property I have been. Breakfast options are quite limited here. Room quality is below average . Fridge was not working on day 1 of my stay, turned out it was unplugged. In other room that we had for my family had problems with flush in bathroom. Biggest letdown is housekeeping, it turns out they now do housekeeping once in a WEEK. Yes, once in a WEEK. The good old days of everyday housekeeping now seems like luxury. In pretext of covid regulations, they are practically not doing housekeeping for most guests. For towel change, trash clean is on request. The prices have almost doubled than 3 years ago. The quality of service has degraded significantly. Disappointing experience. Here is one picture of roach sharing same room as us.”
