“I went there for my 5 days stay. Really great location and service. All staff is really really polite and helpfulness. You just have to tell them what you need even when you are not near your room and it will reach to your room automatically. Food is really good. Pool is very good. We met Kishor at pool. Really nice guys. Overall very great experience.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, in a 2 bedroom apartment. The front desk and all service provided was top notch right from the moment we stepped in and asked for an early check-in, to our midnight check-out. The extra we paid for the morning breakfast was definitely worth it. The proximity to the Dubai Mall is the best! Based on some of the customer comments, I was worried our room would be lacking some maintenance and slightly dated, but that was not at all our experience. We were very happy with the entire stay! Thank you Swissotel!”
