Obrigado a Axel por nos tratar como realeza e garantir que desfrutamos nossa experiência. Embora este Ritz possa não gritar luxo a cada esquina, está em um edifício incrível que o torna uma aventura diferente da vibração normal do Ritz. Escondido e ainda no meio da ação, do jeito que um hotel relaxante deve ser. E como sempre o serviço é inigualável. Até o porteiro foi além para ser memorável e mostrar que era atencioso e gentil.

Thank you to Axel for treating us like royalty and ensuring we enjoyed our experience. While this Ritz may not scream luxury at every turn, it's in an incredible building that makes it a different adventure from the normal Ritz vibe. Tucked away and yet right in the action, the way a relaxing hotel should be. And as always the service is second to none. Even the doorman went above and beyond to be memorable and show he was caring and kind.

Tenho que concordar com alguns dos posts mais recentes. Algum tempo atrás, este hotel pode ter cumprido o padrão Ritz. No entanto, agora na melhor das hipóteses, é um hotel Marriott padrão e muito caro. Por onde eu começo? Molde ao longo do piso de cerâmica do chuveiro, 2/3 pedidos de serviço de quarto errados, bandejas deixadas no quarto após o serviço de abertura de cama, quatro produtos de banho diferentes de qualidade baixa a moderada, roupa de serviço de quarto manchada, móveis de banho de madeira que vieram ou estão no caminho para uma loja de 3ª ou 4ª mão (trocadilho intencional), e um roupão de banho que começou preto e agora tem vários tons de cinza manchados. As pessoas são bem legais. No entanto, você não pode anunciar esse tipo de instalação por US$ 700 por diária. Infelizmente, não parece que eles estão fazendo muito esforço para se tornar um Ritz novamente em um futuro próximo. Como membro do Marriott Ambassador, estou envergonhado pela marca.

I have to agree with some of the more recent posts. Sometime long ago this hotel may have met the Ritz standard. However, now at best, it is a standard Marriott hotel and severely overpriced. Where do I start? Mold along the shower tile floor, 2/3 room service orders wrong, trays left in the room after turndown service, four different bath amenities of low to moderate quality, stained room service linen, wooden bath furnishings that either came from or are on the way to a 3rd or 4th hand store (pun intended), and a bath robe that started out black and is now several splotchy shades of grey. The people are quite nice. However you can’t advertise this type of facility at $700 per night rack rate. Sadly it does not look like they are making much effort to become a Ritz again anytime in the near future. As a Marriott Ambassador member, I’m embarrassed for the brand.

Tive o prazer de trabalhar com a diretora de catering, Liliana Klein, em um lindo casamento no último final de semana. Eu era a planejadora do casal e fiquei emocionada por poder produzir um casamento no Ritz Carlton Georgetown. Durante todo o processo, Liliana foi a profissional perfeita: calorosa e acolhedora, comunicativa, respondeu a todas e quaisquer perguntas, acompanhou prontamente após todas as reuniões e no dia foi FANTÁSTICO de se trabalhar. Eu poderia dizer que era uma alta prioridade de Liliana ir além para o casal, tornando seu fim de semana de casamento uma experiência de sonho para eles e uma celebração sem esforço para seus convidados. Trabalharia aqui para todos os casamentos, se pudesse! Além disso, os encontros de 70-90 são os meus favoritos!! Obrigado, Liliana e equipe RC.

Eu absolutamente amei minha estadia aqui! O serviço foi incrível o tempo todo! I hospedado em um dos "quartos de bem-estar" e realmente Entes estar no corredor do spa como que foi meu principal motivo para se hospedar. Se você não estiver indo para o spa, não tenho certeza se vale a pena o upgrade, mas meu quarto era muito confortável. Fui avisado no check-in que os quartos de bem-estar estavam mais próximos da construção em um prédio vizinho, mas o barulho era mínimo e não me incomodou. A comida era cara, mas de alta qualidade e generosamente repartida.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The service was amazing the entire time! I stayed in one of the "Wellness rooms" and really loved being down the hall from the spa as that was my primary reason for staying. If you're not going to the spa I'm not sure it's worth the upgrade but my room was very comfortable. I was advised at check-in that the wellness rooms were closer to construction on a neighboring building but the noise was minimal and didn't bother me at all. The food was expensive but high quality and generously portioned.

I had the pleasure of working with the director of catering, Liliana Klein, on a gorgeous wedding this past weekend. I was the couple's planner and was thrilled to be able to produce a wedding at Ritz Carlton Georgetown. Throughout the process, Liliana was the consummate professional: warm and welcoming, communicative, addressed any and all questions, followed up after any meetings promptly, and on the day was FANTASTIC to work with. I could tell it was a high priority of Liliana to go above and beyond for the couple in making their wedding weekend a dream experience for them and an effortless celebration for their guests. Would work here for every wedding if I could! Plus, gatherings of 70-90 are my favorite!! Thank you, Liliana and RC staff.

Decepcionante. Pode ouvir a estrada do quarto, e eles supostamente não tinham outros quartos para nos oferecer. Definitivamente não vale o preço. Os quartos deveriam ser mais insonorizados. Disappointing. Can hear the highway from the room, and they supposedly didn’t have any other rooms to offer us. Definitely not worth the price. Rooms should be soundproofed better. Mediocre— nice Marriott at best. Probably could have spent $200 less and stayed at a hotel just as nice, and way quieter. The lobby is adorable and homey feeling. Service was great. Location is great.

Minha esposa e eu tivemos nosso casamento no Ritz em seu salão de baile Fahrenheit, e que linda noite foi! Tivemos cerca de 60 convidados e esse é o maior número de pessoas que eu pessoalmente recomendo para o salão de baile. Liliana Klein é a pessoa com quem conversar quando você quiser planejar um casamento lá e é um prazer trabalhar com ela. Ela nos acompanhou em tudo desde o primeiro dia. A comida estava excelente, os vendedores preferidos também foram uma alegria para trabalhar. Sério, nunca experimentei um serviço melhor em um hotel. Facilmente um dos melhores hotéis em que eu já fiquei nos EUA. Foi a nossa terceira localização Ritz-Carlton diferente e superou os outros dois em termos de serviço e sensação.Vamos começar com os pontos negativos: o estacionamento fica no lado oposto do mesmo quarteirão e descendo uma colina. Então, se você planeja estacionar sozinho, descarregue suas coisas e sua família primeiro (embora fosse barato, isso é uma vantagem). Além disso, há muitos sinais de desgaste nos móveis e acabamentos de nossa suíte.Mas, honestamente, não nos importamos com nada disso. Fomos recebidos por três porteiros que nos acompanharam até os assentos do concierge e, mais tarde, até nossa suíte. O concierge foi extremamente acolhedor, atualizando nosso quarto e oferecendo check-out tardio sem que precisemos dizer nada. Os copos de champanhe de cortesia são um toque muito bom. A suíte era gigantesca e eu realmente não queria sair. Cama era super confortável, a banheira era incrível, e o chuveiro era enorme. O banheiro também era muito grande, com um toalete / bidê separado. Oh, e o quarto de pó extra era bom.O serviço de quarto trouxe o café da manhã no exato minuto em que foi solicitado, e foi muito bom. A garrafinha mais fofa de molho picante também.Eu entendo que estou entusiasmado com este espaço em grande parte devido à suíte atualizada, e que nunca mais terei isso de novo, mas eu realmente não posso esperar para visitar aqui novamente.

My wife and I had our wedding at the Ritz in their Fahrenheit Ballroom, and what a beautiful night it was! We had ~60 guests and that is about the most people I’d personally recommend for the ballroom. Liliana Klein is the person to talk to when you want to plan a wedding there and she’s such a pleasure to work with. She walked us through everything from day 1. The food was excellent, the preferred vendors were also a joy to work with. Seriously, I’ve never experienced better service at a hotel. If you’re considering having your wedding here, do it! If you’re coming here for a night or two, or just to enjoy some dinner and cocktails, you also won’t regret it. We’ll be back!

Easily one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at in the US. It was our third different Ritz-Carlton location, and it surpassed the other two in terms of service and feel.Let's start with the negatives: parking garage is on the opposite side of the same block and down a hill. So if you plan to self park, unload your stuff and family first (it was cheap though, so that's a plus). Also, there's plenty signs of wear on the furniture and trims in our suite.But honestly, we didn't care about any of that. We were greeted by three door men who escorted us to seats at the concierge, and then later to our suite. The concierge was extremely welcoming, upgrading our room and offering late checkout without us having to say a thing. The complimentary glasses of champagne are a really nice touch. The suite was gigantic and I really didn't want to leave. Bed was super comfortable, the tub was awesome, and the shower was huge. The bathroom was also very large with a separate toilet/bidet station. Oh, and the extra powder room was nice.Room service brought breakfast at the exact minute it was requested, and it was really good. Cutest little bottle of hot sauce, too.I understand that I'm glowing about this space largely due to the upgraded suite, and that I'll never get that again, but I seriously cannot wait to visit here again.

Absolutely fantastic experience! The hotel is just a few minutes walk into M street and the rest of Georgetown or to the waterfront behind the hotel. The staff was extremely attentive and accommodating. The hotel itself is beautiful and truly makes you feel that you are in a historic area.

I am writing this review a year later, after our amazing stay at the Ritz Carlton Georgetown. I have meant to do it, however life got in the way. My sister, mother and I had a 3 day stay last November and are still talking about it. Not only was the hotel exceptional, the service was immaculate too. There was delicious Coffee in the lobby each morning, a personal greeting from front desk staff, housekeeping, and valet, each and every time we made contact, and even a hotel car was provided to my birthday dinner. Kenneth ( I think that’s his name), was the king of little touches to make this stay so special. He offered champagne to us when we crossed paths Saturday evening, and he left us a personal card and gift the day we left outside of our door. We felt so special all weekend long, and it truly felt like a 5 star event!!!

Really enjoy what they did with the place. The location can't be beat and its a wonderful place to meet colleagues and conduct informal meetings. Love being able to get out and go to Georgetown so easily. The beds are terrific too!

The Ritz-Carlton in Georgetown is located right off bustling M Street. The main entrance and lobby building is done up in a chic, modern, rustic/industrial design and decor. It feels great to relax and enjoy a drink during happy hour here on a cool, gray, gloomy day. Past the lobby, you'll find the restaurant for the hotel. There is an outdoor garden patio for those nice weather happy hour days. Upstairs, you'll find a large event space with large windows. Downstairs, you'll find some small meeting rooms. Staff members were very friendly and attentive. During happy hour in the lobby, you'll find a trendy crowd and good food and drink specials.
