“I stayed at this hotel for a work trip and had an awful experience. First, I found bed bugs on my bed at 4am. Someone came to my room with 2 bottled waters, apologized, and transferred me to another room. The second room appeared ok, but still not up to par. I emailed photos of the bed bugs and never heard back from management staff. Then, I noticed my personal credit card was charged rather than the company card. I’ve called the hotel and the phone goes unanswered. Horrible experience and I will caution you to thoroughly check the rooms.”

“Ideal place to stay! While not being too far away from Miami's attraction's. They accommodated to us on a very high level and were friendly and helpful while I visited. The balconies are lovely and makes the room feel super cozy. Valet was helpful and the place was very clean and smelt fresh as it should. Linen looked brand new and the soaps in the shower were name brand which was awesome. Definitely an option I'd consider again!”
