“Fui a un evento con un Grupo y se portaron muy inflexibles con un tema que sucedió con mi reservación. No regresaría ni haría eventos empresariales aquí. El hotel muy lindo, habitaciones muy bien, el servicio de los meseros excelente pero lástima de que no fueron accesibles.”

“Cuando te ven con pulsera blanca ( que no tiene todo incluido) el servicio se vuelve discriminatorio aunque lleves dinero para pagar todo aparte, te sientan enfrente de la cámara, constantemente te hacen ver qué tú servicio no incluye nada. En el restaurante me fueron a cobrar la cuenta con el argumento de que la cajera ya se quería ir a su casa. Y en la piscina principal el mesero Mariano se molestó por qué mi esposa me dió a probar de su hamburguesa ya que ella tenía un plan todo incluido. En general fue una mala experiencia, no deberían tener planes en los que discriminen al cliente. Sumamente elitistas. La mejor atención del mesero Jesús, Orlando y de las hostess Iris.”
