“If I could give this hotel a 0 star I would! The supervisor for the hotel is super rude and needs to take a course in customer service! My husband and I were there celebrating our 10 year anniversary and was told the roof top bar was the best so we get into the hotel and we are waiting to go up and literally we let some other guests go in front of us and so then the bar got to capacity and the supervisor said that we had to wait in a line so we sat in the lobby by the front door where the line starts and so my husband asked when are we going to know if we can go up and she tells us oh well you have to go to the back of the line now. So then she had to go outside to valet to make sure the valet people saw us come into the lobby like really!! Could’ve been handled a lot better than it was.”

“Just checked into the hotel so this is a preliminary review but right off the bat the staff was pretty rude and short at the front desk. We excitedly shared that it’s our first time in Savannah and we’re celebrating our first anniversary and would love some recs. They couldn’t be bothered, barely told us about the hotel/amenities/dining or surrounding areas, restaurants. Not even a smile and congrats. Wasn’t like there was a rush at the front desk, no line behind us. The moment we walked off, the lady was on her cell phone. You’d think they’d treat Gold members a little nicer but I guess too much to ask. First impressions are lasting but really hope the rest of our trip goes better 🤷🏻♀️”
