“When I requested a room, there was none available. Fortunately your wonderful receptionists worked with me to find a room at a good rate. However, the spa was closed on the days I was going to be there (Tuesday/Wednesday) and the pool/hot tub was closed, the food at the turquoise restaurant was awful diner food. Payed casino prices for Denny's quality food. Absolutely disappointed. It took 10 minutes to wait to be seated even though there was plenty of seating. Absolutely disappointed for spending over $200 for the one night and not having any type of "spa" available or even good food. The only good thing was the service I got at the front reception and the service/food I got at the iguana cafe. Even then, that was on top. This "Hilton/spa/resort" had nothing going for it when I was there. Absolutely disappointed.”

“Everyone was nice and welcoming. Loved the large rooms, though the cleanliness & maintenance could be improved. Bathrooms could also be improved. Our room had a balcony, which was refreshing. Our last night got pretty loud in the hall and next door. Over all we would go again!”
