“Great hotel in the heart of Minneapolis.
Great service during the check-in process.
The room was somewhat disappointing. The location let me to believe the rooms would be really posh, but honestly, it was just ok.
The view from the 18th floor room was a good one though and the room was very quiet.
One quirk I noticed in the room, was the location of the television. It was on the side of the bed which makes watching TV if you're in bed a bit awkward.
I cannot say enough on the check-in process. The attendant at the desk was friendly l, courteous, and informed. She made the process very easy.”

“Overall the hotel is quite nice, the location is super convenient and the rooms are quite comfy.

Cons
- AC in my room didn't work. I suffer from Hyperhydrosis and couldn't get my room cooled down.
- I took advantage of the "Park and Stay" but there was a ton of confusion as to how it worked. The garage attendant told me to go to the front desk, front desk said to go down to talk to the garage attendant.
- Customer service at the desk was lacking (other than Eugene) - they made me seem like I was annoying them.
- When you order food to be delivered, they make you come down to get it rather than having the delivery person bring it to your door. Defeats the safety purpose because you have to come into contact with even more people that way.”
