“I expected more I guess. The rooms were okay beds were comfy but they said my room came with breakfast and they later told me I couldn’t get it. Double trees usually give their guest free cookies but everytime we asked they were out (kinda a reason we picked it).I’ve stayed at other double trees in the past and had a lot of better experiences. Plus the hotel stunk!”

“I stayed here pre-COVID for a family reunion. It was great. Stayed here this weekend and checked out after 1 day. My room had a weird smell. There was a half bottle of water that I’m guessing the previous guest drank out of. It was left on the table with the other bottle of water and still had the $2.00 Hilton tag on it like nothing was wrong. There were brown spots in my bathroom sink. Maybe makeup? Not sure. Hair in my tub that wasn’t mine. There is a maintenance guy who I guess checks the pool periodically. A lot of kids were in the pool, he seemed to hyper fixate on the black kids when all the children were just playing and being kids. He seemed to pick them out. I hate to say that, but I observed it twice. And that’s what it was giving. Won’t be staying here again.”
