“Great hotel and friendly staff. I loved the bar, and the restaurant was fantastic.
The only complaint I would have has to do with the parking. I used the Hilton app like I always do when I made the reservation. It did not indicate that there's a "mandatory" charge for parking ($22cad per night) I feel there should have been some sort of notification that there's a separate charge to park. Other than that, my stay was great.”

“The hotel has a nice vibe with the stone interior in the lobby, has a cabin feel.
Staff was friendly.
The room view faced mostly other buildings, more like a “city view” but we could see the river/Falls in the distance. Fireworks were visible from our room. The hotel is walking distance to Clifton Hill and the Falls so the location was good.
The price was reasonable in comparison to other hotels. Everything in Niagara Falls is expensive so the location fee and parking charge isn’t a surprise. The room was clean and comfortable.
There is a coffee shop in the lobby which was very handy. We had breakfast in the restaurant, it was very good and very reasonable pricing.”
