“the hotel in and of itself was pretty clean, however the primary reason i’m giving a 1 star rating is PURELY because of the staff working at the front counter. They were completely rude and disrespectful the entire time I was there. I asked for a luggage cart and they told me “it’s not my problem, you can go find it yourself”. Then we went to the casino, called for the shuttle back, and waited outside for 30 minutes even though they said the shuttle was only 10-15 minutes away. We waited outside for a long time, when we called we explained the situation and they made us seem like we were going crazy by telling us the shuttle was waiting for us when we were outside looking for us. 0/10 customer service. Please train your staff properly. Thank you :)”
