“Staying at the Willard Hotel is a sublime experience! This is my second time (08/22) staying here. The last time was back in 07/08. Nevertheless, the Willard’s standards of excellence have not slipped! We stayed in a standard room which was clean and well-stocked with Nespresso coffees and tees. The bed was firm yet comfortable. The linens and pillows were soft, and there were plenty of deluxe towels. The magnificent lobby and first level are filled with plenty of history. The hotel even has its own museum. The historical Round Robin bar still serves excellent cocktails. Don’t forget to look up at the gold leaf ceiling lobby to find your state’s emblem. Very impressive to see all 50 states represented! We will certainly stay at The Willard when we return to Washington. You are centrally located to all major sites and are 1,500 feet from The White House.”

“We spent the night here before the Easter egg roll at the white house. It was exceptional. Easy to get in everything was right up front. You do pay for a premium but due to the location it was well worth it. The room was clean and nice. We had the high tea and that was quite the experience. If you go during the Cherry blossom festival we have the option of drinking tea with the Cherry blossom cuttings and that was quite the experience. I would highly recommend this. We only had pastries and coffee from the cafe and they were good. It is a five-star hotel.”
