“The staff at HI were so kind, welcoming, warm, and nice - they made my stay feel like I was staying with family. Except that I had access to a pool and a small gym! The room was comfortable, and so was the bed. I have medical issues and upon my request, they provided a microwave (in addition to the already existing mini-fridge) so I could take care of my meals. The microwave arrived within minutes of me checking in. Every morning, the staff greeted me with a "Buenos Dias" when I went down for coffee and breakfast; the front desk staff was very nice too. The hotel itself is accessible right off the Turnpike in Doral; there are nearby coffee joints, stores, pharmacies and a variety of restaurants, which is a plus when I am traveling. It is only a 15 minute drive to Miami International Airport too! I will definitely return!”

“Horrible experience!! The staff is very rude, they don’t speak English and charged my personal card, after my company provided with theirs. When I called them to resolve the issue, they told me it was going to take 5-7 business days after the 7 days the funds were not there and they stated it was a mistake but it was fixed and it was going to take additional 5 business days! When I asked to speak to a manager they hung up on me. Avoid this place!!”
