“We stayed in the executive riverside room, which had a great view. The staff was also very nice. However several details of the stay lead me to give it an average rating: 1. The temperature control in the room is way off. We kept putting the temp down to 16 everyday. Yet, everyday, the room would be way too hot and definitely not at 16. We woke up every night to open the window and cool the room, which barely worked since the window didnt say open. This of course led to pretty bad sleep. 2. There was a door connecting to the next room which was closed off. However, it was not sound proofed. So we basically heard our neighbours every time they had a conversation or laughed or used the phone or played music. It was annoying to say the least. 3. Room service could have been better. Used coffee cups were forgotten about. At this price point, the room and service should have been better.”

“Went for Afternoon Tea with 5 Very Good Friends. TO Celebrate Katie's Birthday. We opted for the Champgne with was very Nice. Loved It. Food was excellent. Tried some different flavour teas which also was very nice. The staff were very attentive. Even taken group photo's which makes it that much more special and memorable. 5 stars all round. The location was also very stunning for the views over The River Thames. Highly Recommend. Will visit again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
