O Tryp Madrid Atocha Hotel, quatro estrelas, em excelente localização, próximo dos principais pontos turísticos em Madrid. Seus apartamentos são espaçosos e confortáveis. Com serviços eficientes e um ótimo café da manhã. Seus arredores são servidos de lojas, principalmente de souveniers e, com bons restaurantes. Bem próximo da Estação Atocha, táxis e metrô, em frente ao hotel. Recomendo!

Minha casa em Madrid é um bom quarto neste hotel. Boas infraestruturas, ótimo staff e localização excelente. Uma tríade difícil de igualar, eu não conheço outro em Madrid.

Habíamos alojado en otras ocasiones en hoteles de esta cadena y no nos ha decepcionado. Es nuestra primera vez en concreto en este hotel en la calle Atocha y nos ha parecido una ubicación extraordinaria. Además no sabíamos que alrededor del hotel había tantas opciones de restauración y desayunos y de tanta calidad. Sin duda una ubicación extraordinaria y muy bien comunicado con metro a todos los lugares. Por supuesto las habitaciones del hotel muy limpias y muy cuidadas y el personal muy amable

O hotel é bom e muito bem localizado. O atendimento é ruim, profissionais pouco atenciosos e sempre de cara fechada. Limpeza éboa. Apesar de não ter gostado da falta de atenção e simpatia dos profissionais índico o hotel, é uma boa opção para ficar em Madrid.

Hotel de 4 estrellas muy buen situado y cerca de la estación de Atocha . El servicio y recepción muy atentos . Las habitaciones clásicas, están bien aunque no destacan en nada . La cama muy grande y cómoda con varias almohadas . El baño bien y la limpieza muy buena . Nos dieron una habitación a patio interior y bastante silenciosa. Como punto negativo hacia un calor tremendo en la habitación ya que la calefacción no podíamos gestionarla nosotros y estaba altísima .

Mi habitación estaba muy lejos de recepción, teniendo que atravesar varios pasillos hasta llegar a ella. Había que subir un escalón para entrar al baño, algo que resulta incómodo y hasta peligroso, sobre todo al salir hacia la habitación. Sin embargo, la cama era muy cómoda y la situación del hotel es fabulosa

Muy buen hotel ubicado a 10 min andando de Retiro y Puerta del Sol. Buen servicio y buen bar restaurante con comida de calidad. La única pega que le puedo poner es la ducha de la habitación que salia poca agua. Por lo demás todo perfecto

Totally absurdly poor reception. First they cannot find the booking. Then they wanted to make a new booking at a higher price. After this welcome: excellent location, spotlessly clean, very poor interior soundproofing. My rating represents value for money for the premium room.

La habitación correcta,nada especial para ser un 4*. Lo malo es el ruido de la calle. Lo peor,y algo que molesta mucho,es que el servicio de habitaciones se ponga con aspiradora a limpiar,en la habitación contigua,a mover muebles, a cerrar puertas... o bien se hace a otra hora o bien se les dice que lo hagan con un poquito más de tacto, que dormir un poquito más el día que puedes,y lo mereces,también gusta.Por lo demás ninguna queja.

It's definitely one of the quietest hotels we've ever stayed in. A bit tight for our liking but hey, it's pristine clean and smells clean. There's only one hiccup though. We checked out early to catch our train and end up waiting for extra 20min+ just for the check out! Oh dear....good thing we didn't missed our train.

The hotel itself is nice but the owners have decided to close the bar for no reason as it was quite full when stayed over there 1st week-end of October. This kind of hotel needs some life in the lobby to be an hotel and I think this is a very short view to close the bar in order to save a bit of staff cost...

Not too bad, as long as you have a room on the side of the main street entrance. I was first shown a room in a maze at the back of the hotel. I really disliked it. Finding it terribly claustrophobic. Thankfully, when I returned to the reception, they changed my room. The hotel's bar /cafe is small but very pleasant. The hotel staff were very professional. The hotel is very well situated for tourism.

Not quite what I expected after receiving the key to one of the premium rooms. Very small and functional. The biggest issue is the noise, you can hear everyone walking down the hallway or your neighbors having conversations. Location's good and the breakfast (11 Euros) is decent, though.

Perfect situation for seeing Madrid or further afield, right outside Anton Martin Metro station. Lovely clean and no fuss hotel, great staff , great breakfast choice , safe. Would stay here again
