“La habitación era pequeña. Literalmente diminuto. El primer día tuvimos que ducharnos con agua fría porque no había agua caliente. Tuve que pedir explícitamente que me cambiaran la manta, solo hacían la cama (incluso después de 8 días). La parte salada del desayuno es pobre y de baja calidad, todo autoservicio, sin fruta fresca y ubicado bajo tierra. La vista de la habitación era de otros palacios y pagué 500 € por noche. Buen servicio y ubicación.”

“O quarto era minúsculo. Literalmente minúsculo. No primeiro dia tivemos que tomar banho frio porque não havia água quente. Eu tive que pedir explicitamente para trocar meu cobertor, eles só fariam a cama (mesmo depois de 8 dias). A parte salgada do café da manhã é ruim e de baixa qualidade, tudo self-service, sem frutas frescas e localizado no subsolo. A vista do quarto era em outros palácios e paguei 500 € por noite. Bom atendimento e localização.”
