“If I could give no stars I would do just that. This place is not a hotel it's a motel. I was so disappointed. We had no towels or bath rags. We reached out for them and the house keeper and front desk had none. We had to shower with a pool towel. I will never stay here again.”

“The room was decent but even though I paid for the room for two nights before I even got there, I was charged an additional $75 deposit that I was told would be released upon checkout. I never received the deposit back and they are recharging me the deposit again nearly a month later. I’ve tried calling several times and they never pick up the phone. This trip was for my birthday weekend how are you recharging something you were intentionally supposed to send back?”
