O hotel é bom, mas a área é apenas comercial e fica deserta a noite. Há uma obra na frente e a janela fica de frente para ela, com vista para os porteiros. Na chegada não há nem água no frigobar. Mas o quarto é bom, localização boa para se deslocar pela cidade e o atendimento bom.

There hotel is superbly located. Rooms are clean and with all necessary amenities for a comfort stay although they are quite small. I was staying alone in a double room and was fine but I thinking of 2 people in this room would not be comfortable. Staff is great, always there and very kind and keen to help with anything. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to London. O hotel está soberbamente localizado. Os quartos são limpos e com todas as comodidades necessárias para uma estadia confortável, embora sejam bastante pequenos. Eu estava sozinho em um quarto duplo e estava bem, mas pensar em 2 pessoas neste quarto não seria confortável. A equipe é ótima, sempre lá e muito gentil e disposta a ajudar com qualquer coisa. Eu definitivamente consideraria ficar aqui novamente na minha próxima viagem a Londres.

The staff were very welcoming and polite. The rooms were very comfortable. I enjoyed the interior design and lighting of the rooms. The location of the hotel is perfect, most of the sites and neighborhoods to see are just a short walk away, and the tube station is just a couple of blocks down the street. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in London! A equipe foi muito acolhedora e educada. Os quartos eram muito confortáveis. Gostei do design de interiores e iluminação dos quartos. A localização do hotel é perfeita, a maioria dos locais e bairros a serem visitados fica a uma curta caminhada, e a estação de metrô fica a apenas alguns quarteirões da rua. Com certeza ficarei aqui novamente na próxima vez que estiver em Londres!

Perfect getaway! This is an amazing hotel with top notch staff and rooms. Perfect location, immaculate rooms, the most friendly staff in London, and extremely quiet. We loved our stay here and will definitely be back. Thank you to the Resident Victoria for the wonderful birthday surprises in the room. We can’t wait to stay here again!

This was our favorite place to stay on our trip. It is located next to Buckingham and Victoria station. You can walk or tube anywhere from here- easily! Staff was super helpful, the room was clean and had everything you would need. There was tons of storage in the closet so I’m not sure what some people were saying in other reviews about needing more space. My husband and I spent 5/17 days of our holiday here and I had some pretty big bags. All fit and we never felt cramped. This gives you some of the luxury feel without the insane price tag. Meu marido e eu passamos 5/17 dias de nossas férias aqui e eu tinha algumas malas bem grandes. Todos se encaixam e nunca nos sentimos apertados. Isso lhe dá uma sensação de luxo sem o preço insano. Altamente recomendado!

Adorei meus dias em Londres e graças ao hotel conseguiu deixar ainda mais especial, recepcionistas totalmente cordiais, disse que era meu aniversário no dia e fui surpreendido com um vinho e um chocolate, ja estava feliz demais e além de tudo recebi também um chapanhe, isso que é um hotel atencioso e que de fato faz questão de agradar o cliente, um grande abraço para a Raquel, recepcionista que fala português e sempre tratou minha família da melhor maneira!

Modern, clean room. Good lighting. Well-equipped with a small kitchenette. Nice, clean bathroom. Comfy bed, nice linens. Great location near Buckingham Palace and Victoria.Excellent little Cafe round the corner.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel!I stayed for 4 nights in August. The location is so centrally located to be able to move around the city easily-either by foot, Tube, or bus.The front of house staff are ALL exceptional (shout out, Jason!), always greeting you with a smile as you come in, and ever ready to answer any question you may have or address any issue that comes up.I had a standard double room, which was plenty big for myself and the air conditioner worked great (very important for the heatwaves)!! I have found my go to hotel while in London!I also highly recommend Le Signore cafe right around the corner for a quick breakfast and wonderful coffee to start your day!The owners make you feel very welcome, and it is a hot spot for thelocals in the morning (always a good sign!). Não posso dizer coisas boas o suficiente sobre este hotel! Fiquei por 4 noites em agosto. A localização é tão central para poder se deslocar facilmente pela cidade, seja a pé, de metrô ou de ônibus. A equipe da frente da casa é TODA excepcional (grite, Jason!), Sempre o cumprimentando com um sorriso quando você entra, e sempre pronto para responder a qualquer pergunta que você possa ter ou resolver qualquer problema que surja. Eu tinha um quarto duplo padrão, que era muito grande para mim e o ar condicionado funcionou bem (muito importante para as ondas de calor)!! Encontrei meu hotel enquanto estiver em Londres! Eu também recomendo o café Le Signore ao virar da esquina para um café da manhã rápido e um café maravilhoso para começar o dia! Os proprietários fazem você se sentir muito bem-vindo, e é um ponto quente para os moradores locais pela manhã (sempre um bom sinal!).

We chose Resident Victoria over another hotel with city views based on location and the picture provided of a decent sized light filled double room with a view. When we arrived we were given great news that we had been upgraded to a queen room then was explained to take the lift down to LG. Unfortunately our lower ground floor room is dark, small and has no light. I feel somewhat there’s misrepresentation of the light filled picture we saw versus the dark room we’re in. Unfortunately had we known we were going to be on the lower level in a dark room, we would have chosen another hotel. It was a higher price than we were looking at too but wanted to treat ourselves… On a positive side, the bed is amazingly comfortable and the facilities in the room are good. I would only stay here again if they assured us that we would be located on an upper level especially considering the price.

Além disso, há mercearias, restaurantes e bares a uma curta distância. Finalmente, a proximidade com o Palácio de Buckingham é conveniente para os turistas que gostariam de caminhar. Com certeza ficarei aqui novamente se voltarmos a Londres.

Simplemente fue perfecto. Tuvimos que retrasar el viaje por motivos familiares, y aunque era una oferta puntual nos guardaron la oferta hasta que pudimos ir. La habitación era pequeña pero perfecta para un fin de semana. zona agradable y muy bien comunicada.

Hotel bien ubicado. Cerca de estación de metro y centro comercial. Habitaciones contemporáneas con kitchenette. No tiene restaurante ni desayuno, pero lo soluciona de manera práctica con servicios de delibery. Excelente atención. 100% recomendable.

La experiencia ha sido muy buena. El hotel es muy nuevo y las habitaciones están muy bien equipadas y son muy cómodas. Está muy bien el detalle de la cafetera Nespresso y algo de menaje por si quieres comer. El wifi funciona muy bien y el registro fue rápido. Tuve un problema con las luces de la habitación y me lo resolvieron en el momento. Mi única pega es que no haya bar ni restaurante en el propio hotel y tengas que salir para desayunar. De todas formas, hay muchos sitios en la zona.

Excelente hotel en una ubicación ideal. Buen descanso, habitación cómoda y excelente wifi. Sin duda repetiria.

Un hotel limpio, moderno y confortable. El personal es muy atento y si tienes alguna duda con el idioma, ahí está Silvia, natural de Santander, para sacarte del apuro y ayudarte en lo que haga falta. Las camas, muy cómodas y las habitaciones perfectamente insonorizadas. Habitaciones no muy grandes pero bien aprovechadas. La minicocina está muy bien equipada y reponen cada día las cápsulas de café, azúcares, leche... La ubicación es excelente: está en una calle tranquila a muy pocos minutos a pie de Buckingham Palace y Saint James Park, que desemboca a pocos pasos del Big Ben, the London Eye... También a pocos pasos de la estación Victoria y Grovesnor Park, desde donde podrás coger cualquier autobús. También casi pegado a zona de restaurantes (os recomiendo el Zizzi) farmacia y un supermercado (Waitrose) donde encontrarás lo necesario para el desayuno o cualquier otra comida. Sin duda, una opción muy recomendable.

Es un hotel que tiene una ubicación perfecta a unos 5 min caminando al palacio, a la estación Victoria y a muchos restaurantes tiene una plaza a dos cuadras que tiene restaurantes muy buenos. La habitación muy limpia, acogedora y todo el personal muy amable.
