“Ubicación perfecta, cerca del Mercado de la Paz y todas las tiendas principales de la calle Serrano. Atención estupenda y muy amables.”

“Esta vez nos alojamos en una habitación mejor que la vez anterior, con vistas a la calle. Las habitaciones interiores son más sombrías y creo que más pequeñas. La cama y las ventanas garantizan un buen descanso. Las habitaciones también cuentan con una puerta que divide el dormitorio del vestíbulo, lo cual proporciona mayor aislamiento acústico respecto a los pasillos. La ducha es fantástica, con buena presión y variedad de chorros de agua. El secador de pelo es de los pocos realmente funcionales que he encontrado en hoteles. El hotel cuenta con un pequeño gimnasio en el sótano. La atención por parte de los trabajadores fue excelente.En cuanto a mejoras, creo que las habitaciones podrían tener más luz artificial y echo en falta más cajoneras. También podrían dejar pantuflas de cortesía.”
