Era o hotel mais em conta na data que viajei (janeiro de 2018). Os funcionários eram atenciosos e simpáticos. A área externa do hotel é muito bonita, os jardins eram bem cuidados, as áreas externas bem limpas. Fiquei em dois quartos diferentes, o primeiro era bem simples, com duas camas de solteiro.Estava bem limpo, era pequeno e antigo. Como sou alto pedi para mudar para um com cama de casal, no outro dia eles me mudaram por causa da disponibilidade. Foi muito legal eles terem me mudado de quarto. O segundo quarto que fiquei era muito superior, bem maior e mais aconchegante. A praia em que o hotel é localizado é linda, gostei muito. A localização do hotel é bem boa, fácil de pegar ônibus e de se movimentar em Cancún (fui para outras praias, shoppings e até no Wall Mart - que tem preços incríveis). Recomendo ir na praia Delfines. O café da manhã é incrível, com waffles, uma espécie de panqueca de ovo feita na hora, iogurte, cereais, etc. A única coisa que achei que poderia melhorar são os jantares. Eles mudam o cardápio de acordo com o dia no restaurante buffet mas achava todo dia meio igual. Acho que deveria ter todo dia uma cozinha mais internacional. Comia as vezes mais batata e algum acompanhamento, não gostei da carne de porco nem do peixe do restaurante. Bebida sem açúcar deveriam ser adicionadas, outras opções de refrigerante zero e suco poderiam ser acrescentadas. A comida do restaurante cielito lindo eu achei ruim, nas três vezes que fui. Tem um Thai que você tem que agendar, tem uma sequência mas não é você que escolhe o que quer, vem o cardápio na sequênciauma vez, não deu para repetir. Estava bom, mas não a ponto de querer ir de novo. Durante a tarde tem hambúrguer e cachorro quente, era bem bom. Mas a maioria dos dias eu não aproveitei por não estar no hotel a tarde. Alguns dias tinha pizza a tarde mas não consegui comer, sempre que fui perto do horário de fechar já tinha acabado. Fechava às 19 horas os lanches, horário que estava voltando dos passeios, usualmente. Acho que os lanches deveriam ficar até o horário das 23 horas, como não gostei muito do jantar pelo menos teria essa opção. Por causa da comida e das bebidas não dei 5 estrelas. De uma forma geral o custo benefício valeu. Foi uma viagem incrivelmente abençoada.

La atención de todo el personal del Hotel desde que llegas te hace sentir muy bien. El hotel tiene una muy buena ubicación, cerca de toda la zona hotelera, dentro del hotel encuentras zonas verdes, cancha de tenis piscina grande cerca del restaurante principal y bar de la piscina. La comida de todos los restaurantes super deliciosa.La playa está a unos pasos del mismo de fácil acceso. Tienen sillas para tomar el sol, y una gran vista de todo el mar de aguas turquesas. La verdad el hotel cumplió con todas las expectativas.

Beautiful grounds, make sure do all inclusive trust me you won't regret it. All you can eat and drink all day with great food and verity to select. Staff were great, helpful. They accommodate us very nicely, music and fiesta every night at the hotel. Happy times. PS: Don't forget to tip the staffs they don't expect you to, but it goes a long way.

This place is a dump. We landed here and stayed for one night before we left to another hotel. The hotel processed a refund for the original booking and gave me a receipt and said to "expect the refund in a couple days" and then they would charge me a new charge for the single night stay... well 3 months later, no refund and they ACTUALLY contested my dispute with my credit card company providing all details except the new charge and my refund/checkout receipt. I'll be going to the authorities and likely switching credit card companies if they don't resolve this. Good luck everyone.

We (family of 4 with two children aged 5 and 8) stayed for 4 nights in April 2022 and had a great time. Our room, the lobby, pool, beach, restaurants/bars were immaculately clean and attended by eager staff. The food at the daily buffets was fresh and always changing. Kids and adults can find great food for breakfast, lunch and dinner there. The two specialty restaurants were also good but young children might have trouble finding foods they will always prefer but the waiters/waitresses were able to make accommodations for their young palates. The bartenders are fast and ready with a cocktail or beer/wine and the kids' club staff pay attention to the children and have fun things planned for them daily (even rain days). Our room was spacious and had a great view of the ocean and beach. Not at all loud at night. Easy to meet other travelers and a good mix of young and old and different nationalities.

Overall a pleasant stay which we enjoyed to the fullest almost till the end. Lovely staff throughout and especially the staff at Hakka and in the poolside bar did a fantastic job, not to mention the kind service every morning at the buffet restaurant. Warning! Be cautious of the hotel policy where they cut you off from pretty much everything at check out at 12pm. Without your all inclusive band you feel less worth. With my Expedia Gold status I opted for late check-out. Most hotels would give me till 2pm. I got 12.30pm. By the time I got to my room five minutes after the hour my bracelet to open the door had stopped working. We left the room just before 12.30 and sent my family to order lunch while I checked out. The staff instantly asked where my family were as they were removing their all inclusive bracelets. The person from the front desk actually walked into the restaurants with me to remove all bracelets. The staff would then not accept our order and the hotel demanded US$10 per person for the meal that would have been included 30 minutes later. The way they handled this was humiliating to me and my family and extremely poor service not informing me about this when asking for later check-out. Happening right there at check out gave a bitter taste to what was about to become an almost flawless stay.

Este hotel es una excelentísima opción con gran balance calidad - precio.El hotel está en la zona Hotelera de Cancún, céntrico, tiene restaurantes, piscina, bar, y lo más importante: acceso privado a la playa.Todos los días hicieron el aseo durante mi estadía.El personal es muy presto a ayudar, muy amables.Las instalaciones un poco desgastadas, pero por el costo está perfecto.

Excelente atención hacia los huéspedes. Solo tuvimos inconveniente con nuestra habitación no estaba disponible (utilizamos una temporal, pero la asignada nunca estuvo disponible), y después de varias horas y diferencias de opinión nos entregaron una solución (de las 12 del día a las 16.00 aprox. estuvimos sin habitación el segundo día). Por el lado de atención del personal es muy bueno, se nota la preocupación y buena respuesta en todo momento, los 3 restaurantes tiene muy buena presentación y rico en general todos los menús (probamos los 3 restaurantes). La piscina y servicios asociados excelente, si falta desarrollar la entretención (sobre todo para los niños).

Everyone that helped us at Oleo was very kind. The service staff were beyond sweet. I would say that the restaurant food was not great. Best food I had at Oleo was the snacks! Tacos were amazing - at the pool and outside during breakfast. Guacamole was very good, but only got it upon request. Again - the staff were outstanding. Our room smelled so bad sometimes, like sewage scent was pumping in from the air vents. I also would have preferred if the outdoor amenities were offered later. We had to leave the pool area early and the "hot tub" was not hot. It would have been nice to enjoy a hot tub and a drink after the sun went down. Not TOO late, but at least until 10-1030.

Really nice hotel, perfect place on a decent budget while still having the full resort feel. We got the all inclusive - I don't think it was worth it (we were only there one night, so didn't get to take advantage of a lot). I'm a top 10% google reviewer, and I was a little freaked at some of the reviews.... This place is cool, down to earth, normal. I think the Karen's of the world posted some crazy reviews! Lol. Tips for you: Get the room, pay as you go. No all inclusive. Towels for the pool at the front desk (wish they had told us at check in!) Whole property easy to walk in 5-10 minutes - looks huge on the map they give you, it's very manageable. Pools are great! Enjoy! Folks here are friendly - tip your bartenders very well - they are good - a big tip at the first order, make it seen - and a little tip every time you order = they and you are both very happy!

Com exceção da localização (ao lado do pier para Isla Mujeres) e atendimento do chef do restaurante mexicano nossa experiencia foi muito ruim, tememos mesmo pela saude nossa e das crianças. O local precisa de manutenção e gestão e treinamento funcionários). Funcionários tiravam a mascara se alimentavam e serviam aos hospedes ao mesmo tempo no buffet do restaurante principal, limpeza precária dos ambientes externos,permitia sempre acumulo de lixo nas mesas e animais se alimentavam dos restos , cadeiras sempre sujas de fezes de animais, quarto pequeno, banheiro a agua voltava do ralo e tinha cortina, o que deixava o banheiro sempre muito molhado, presencei situação muito desconfortavel entre funcionario e hospede, enfim, nao recomendo e nem retornaria.

Servicio muy amable pero nada que ver con las fotos. Cuarto muy viejo, ruidoso y falta mucho mantenimiento. La verdad NADA de lo que muestran las fotos. Sábanas manchadas , toallas viejas. No muy agradable sorpresa cuando llegamos a la habitación. Sin detector de humo . Se supone era una habitación con vista... Y fue a la calle y al muelle.

A pesar de tener todo pagado, estaba a punto de irme de este hotel.La habitación no era lo que esperábamos, muebles muy viejos que no dan confianza utilizarlos. Nos cambiaron la habitación a la noche siguiente.En la recepción…la amabilidad no es su fuerte. Hasta da miedo preguntar algo a su personal. Solo uno de los botones era amable y los ambientadores (ya sería el colmo)Es amplio y con vegetación. Los jardines bien cuidados, buenas vistas al mar. Las albercas son heladas, excepto la que dice: “dos playas”. Tiene buena ubicación.Mala relación costo/beneficio

We had a fabulous stay with you. The staff are amazing. They work so hard andalways with a smile. We had a great room that was so big and airy. The bed was huge. The only constructive critism we would say is the indoor areas are too cold. In all the restaurants and bar area the air con is on too low and it is freezing. Thank you for such a great stay and for making us feel so safe during covid.

El hotel fue de lo mejor de último minuto en mostrador escogimos añadir el todo incluido y fue muy buena decisión, la comida es variada y rica salvo al jugo de naranja que no era natural y respecto a la bebidas alcolicas no son muy buenas. Las instalaciones de áreas verdes y piscinas muy lindas la verdad, habitación más o menos, pero quien quiere estar en la habitación si tienes un buen paisaje tan lindo afuera.Definitivamente volvería a ir muy recomendando precio y calidad

They don't follow covid rules, don't make people wear masks, even some of their employees aren't wearing masks. On Tuesdays they shut down all restaurants to have fiesta in the garden which seems cool except you wait 2+ hours to get tacos, and once you finally get to the front of the line they say you can only have two tacos even though there is plenty of meat. When I asked to speak to manager they instructed me to go to the front desk, which closes by 8.

El hotel tiene buena relación calidad precio, es de los más económicos.. es familiar, tipo campestre, muy tranquilo, todos están siempre muy pendientes y atentos a colaborar con lo que uno necesite, la comida muy rica y de todo para escoger!!! Por mejorar un poco el deterioro de las instalaciones... ojo! son muy puntuales con los horarios de los tours, si no quieren pagar extras en taxis ni perder tiempo en retrasos,estén 10 minutos antes de la hora que les indican... Me gustó mucho, espero volver pronto

The hotel is nice, quiet and clean. There were many things I wish they would have changed. The staff hardly spoke English that was a little frustrating however, the staff was great they made my experience better. The room I stayed in 3610 seemed like it was still under construction. We were missing our coffee maker and our couch. No headboards, the walls were blank. No pictures no decorations. The channels on the TV were all in Spanish. I wish they had more activities for the guests. They only had 3 restaurants.I paid for inspira benefits which is supposed to give you extra services. I was expecting a butler, it was no butler. They did give me a person named Julia who was supposed to be the person to help me have a better experience and answer all our questions. I wish we would have received the butler experience like I expected. So that was disappointing. The food was great. At the pool bar we had Rey and Rodriguez who both spoke excellent English and they both were amazing and provided us excellent service. They went above and beyond. My housekeeper was Andrea she kept our room clean everyday. One night we could not get a hold of room service. We kept calling for 2 hours with no answer. That was disappointing. I think they need more staff. We did pay for the Spa. That was amazing.Definitely recommend using the spa services. They have package deals. Location is perfect right on the beach. The view from our room was amazing. Love hearing the waves every night. Loved that it was close to the airport.

A mí me gustó mucho el hotel, creo que es un hotel muy digno por el precio, bonito y limpio por lo que se está pagando, la comida la verdad está muy bien y te dan toda la que quieras, hay varias opciones. Esta muy limpio, la gente es la que a veces es muy sucia. Pero a mí me gustó mucho el hotel, lo tiene todo y a un excelente precio.

The resort itself was nice, beautiful place to stay. Most of the staff were very nice and helpful. The food was decent tasting, but it was never hot. The drinks were amazing. They only had one elevator working, so that was a hassle getting in and out. I had a pair of shoes stolen out of my room and the management response was very disappointing. Their logic was, they didn’t see the shoes on camera, so there was no way they could have been stolen even though I explained that the shoes were in the suitcase. They requested that I sign something stating that I was dropping my claim once they weren’t able to show that the shoes were in the room. Like the title says, I’m on the fence. I wouldn’t go back after having my shoes stolen, but the atmosphere itself was great.

O hotel, mesmo com grande número de hóspedes, possui uma ótima estrutura para atender e superar a expectativa de todos! Dependendo do horário, por volta de 08:00 AM, há filas para entrada no café da manhã. Mas o horário vai até às 11:30 AM e, se você conseguir segurar a fome, consegue entrar sem fila a partir de 09:30 AM. A estrutura de piscinas e bares é muito boa, o atendimento é bom e rápido. Apenas dois pontos negativos: os bares fecham muito cedo (10:30 PM), e os garçons demoram muito (tanto para passarem nas mesas, quanto para trazerem os pedidos). Se você for até o bar, o atendimento é bem mais rápido. No geral, uma ótima experiência para a família, amigos ou mesmo para casais. Os restaurantes são ótimos, possuem cardápios variados com muitas opções. TIvemos a sorte de pegar duas noites temáticas, Thanksgiving e Noite Mexicana, que também foram experiências incríveis.

Nos quedamos en la suite con vista al mar y la vista es realmente hermosa. Buscábamos un hotel all inclusive que no fuera tan grande/con tanta gente y este cumplió al 100% nuestras expectativas. Tiene 2 restaurantes abiertos para la cena donde en general la comida es bastante buena, un sector de playa y piscina preciso para la cantidad de gente que está en el hotel. Every staff member I encountered, from the check- in (Andres & Joshua) to the restaurant staff ( Carlos, Luis, Janybeth, Brenda, Jairo, Adelina & many more) were delightful and eager to help. They were very friendly and always welcoming.The amazing entertaintment team (Esteban, Martín, Montse, Hannia, & Gerry). Not a dull moment with these lovely people. Spacious hotel with a very cozy atmosphere. If you’re not into the extreme luxury posh Cancun big hotel chains, this is the place to be. All inclusive food is decent, cold 2XX beer and friendly staff. Beautiful view to the sea, the beach is very quiet. Would recommend to backpackers on a budget as well.

The staff was really good and accommodating to those who don’t speak Spanish. The food is terrible in all honesty, however it reflects the price. The price to stay there is overall cheap especially through travel agents. They don’t communicate that they have airport transfer/what to look for at the airport and don’t reply to emails so we had to pay for our own transfer sadly! We were told when we got there that the phone number for WhatsApp on their website wasn’t actually them. The beds are uncomfortable. The drinks are great and the bartenders are super nice, as were all of the staff. The hotels store is cheap and has a good selection as well. The hot water didn’t stay on for long either which kind of sucked. But for the price, you get what you get and it could be worse. The peacocks are so cute too!!

Muy bonito y excelente locación. Lo único que no me gustó mucho fue la manera en que algunos cantineros respondían de manera grosera en cuanto a los vasos o la información que se les preguntaba. Hace falta Aclarar con algún tipo de menú las bebidas que se ofrecen. Fuera de eso, excelente, muy limpio.

El servicio del hotel es muy bueno, las personas que trabajan son muy atentas, amables, respetuosas. la comida es tipo bufet muy rica, entonces tú escoges que quieres comer, mucha variedad de comida se puede repetir sin que te coloquen problema. La persona que animaba muy genial, buena música. Los lugares dentro del hotel muy organizados y limpios. baños, restaurantes, habitaciones, psicinas, la playa entre otros. Quedamos muy contentos con el hotel dos playas y el servicio.

La relación calidad precio si vale la pena, la comida es buena, tiene muchas áreas verdes que le dan un toque muy placentero al hotel. La playa es realmente fabulosa, la limpieza es buena. Se entiende que no es un hotel nuevo ni de lujo pero mantiene en muy buen estado sus instalaciones.

The staff is helpful and nice but the front desk is difficult in explaining things such as food times and until what time you can actually eat. The bartenders are horrible though and the food as well. Our room was extremely hot even with the AC on blast. The beach view is nice though and overall the hotel is also nice.

This was a surprise birthday trip for my partner and I think Oleo was the best choice. One of the best hotels I have visited till now. The staff was really helpful and friendly. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the balcony, we could view the sea and feel the cool breeze. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relief to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The view of the sunset view from our room was breathtaking. I also booked a romantic dinner and it also exceeded my expectations, the setup was done perfectly, the dinner was delicious, our butler "JOB", was amazing. Thank you Srta, Julia for all your help. We'll definitely go back next year.

Estuve en este hotel en agosto 6, 2021. Para empezar el servicio al cliente no fue muy grato. La comida no fue buena y no tiene mucha variedad. De los empleados el único que fue amable es Luis. Este hotel no lo recomiendo para sus vacaciones.

Buena relación calidad - precio. Lo único que le falta a las instalaciones es más palapas o sombrillas a los camastros ya que no alcanza para todos los huéspedes. Me refiero a los camastros en el área de playa, puesto que los que tienen sombra se ocupan muy rápido y en las mañanas el sol es bastante intenso. Mas allá de eso, si regresaría porque la comida es buena, el personal es amable y la playa tiene bajo oleaje.

I would recommend this stay to anyone! This place is so great, the people are wonderful from the lobby all the way to the cooks and servers, it’s so clean too. The bathrooms smell good, it truly paradise when you have a great view from your room, and 24 hour room service! We will be back once a year for sure! AMAZING!!!!

Very nice 3-star hotel. Its services are as good as some 4-star hotels. Its location at Tortuga beach is one the best things. And it's not as expensive as a lot of other hotels.

Muy atentos desde la recepción hasta los meseros. La atención en el spa de primera, la mejor masajista Valeria. La comida deliciosa, siempre fresca. Las habitaciones siempre ordenadas y muy limpias. Lo único que mejoraría es más espacios de sombra en la playa, ya que toca madrugar mucho para tener un lugar con sombra.

Ar condicionado gelando bem. Quarto com bom espaço, camas e travesseiros ok. Hotel grande, com diversos restaurantes, piscina, mini mercado, e caixa eletrônico. Dá tranquilamente para ficar no hotel sem precisar sair para comprar ou procurar algo.Não curtiu · Infelizmente tivemos problemas com a parte da higiene do quarto. Nos dias em que tivemos no Hotel Dos Playas tivemos que matar 4 baratas (2 grandes e 2 pequenas) que estavam no banheiro ou próximos a cama. A higiene vai muito além de arrumar os quartos, camas e trocar toalhas... Certamente a dedetização da hospedagem está atrasa.Chuveiro com pouca vazão de água e alternando quente / frio sem misturá-las.Para Brasileiros.... A acomodação, por cobrar em dólar, fica muito caro, porém é ainda assim uma das mais baratas da região. Se for fazer muitos passeios durante seu turismo. Procure opções com café incluso somente. Não há muitos restaurantes próximos ao Dos Playas, então para comer, o deslocamento será necessário.Quarto 2602.

The relation price quality is awesome. Installations are beautiful and clean. The room was very nice and the service staff is too friendly and nice. Highly recommended. Upgrade your room to "Sea View" It definitely worths

Simpática e simples Pousada, que não exatamente oferece nada do que anuncia. Quartos aconchegantes, porém muito simples. Restaurante com comida farta, porém muito básica, sem frutos do mar. As opções são bastante limitadas. A higiene é duvidosa. O espaço está em reconstrução, com muita coisa a fazer ainda. A praia do lado esquerdo é melhor. O único ponto que realmente merece elogiar, foi a simpatia e educação dos funcionários da pousada, que conseguiram melhorar meu humor após tamanha decepção. A diária deveria ser muito mais em conta...

Na chegada as 21:00, fui pouco orientado sobre o funcionamento do hotel. Depois de reclamar de mofo, fui transferido para um ótimo quarto, limpo e arejado. Bebidas e comida a vontade, porém apenas nos horários pré-determinados. Comida sempre muito condimentada, no sabor mexicano. Funcionários trabalhando exaustivamente e por consequência muitos cansados, sem educação em sua maioria. Principalmente o responsável pelo restaurante principal, um senhor agressivo, sem educação e arrogante. Incompatível com o hotel. Acostumados a pedir fartas gorgetas (incomum para os padrões brasileiros). Durante minha estadia, notei que os hóspedes eram compostos em sua maioria por aproximadamente 30% mexicanos, 40% colombianos, 10% russos e alguns uns 5% brasileiros. Hotel rodeado por lindas praias, arborizado, 5 piscinas, 4 restaurantes, academia de ginástica, entretenimento e shows a noite. (Aparentemente típico da região).

Myabe it was just bad luck but: Remote control for A/C was not working Room was under construction upon arrival: they mounted a sort of cupboard the day after. No trash basket available at the beginning. A/C was extremely noisy and not strong enough. Stuff at snack bar was extremely unpolited. They ignored me for 10 minutes, serving just women. The quality of food and beverage was awful, in my opinion it would have been better less quantity and more quality (I didn't choose the hotel, it was tour operator's choice). One member of our group needed to go to hospital, hotel's help for than was poor or null. Good points: pools, beach access, floating beach games and people at reception very professional and polite. But it's not enough to give more than 1 star.

I spend 4 days here for my birthday. The staff was wonderful, the atmosphere was wonderful, the views were breathtaking, and I had the time of my life. The day after I got there, while I was out on an excursion, they put balloons and a cake in my room for my birthday. I was very surprised, and it’s something I will never forget. I recommend this resort to any and everyone. I will definitely be going back.

THIS WAS THE 3RD RESORT THAT THE TRAVEL QUEENS & I STAYED IN & IT WAS PRETTY DOPE. AMAZING OCEAN VIEWS, 4 POOLS ON DA PROPERTY, ALL-INCLUSIVE FOOD & DRINK PACKAGES, LIVE BANDS & EVENTS ON THE PROPERTY, WATER ACTIVITIES, BOAT TOURS, & AWESOME SERVICE FROM ALL THE STAFF. THEY DO HAVE A TIME SHARE PRESENTATION IN THE LOBBY, BUT IT IS OPTIONAL SO U DO NOT HAVE TO PARTICIPATE IN IT. HOTEL DOS PLAYAS IS IN A GR8T LOCATION 2 HOP ON A BUS & GO DOWNTOWN 2 THE LOCAL SHOPS & ENTERTAINMENT.

Great little hotel! Very clean and an amazing beach. My only complaint is the good. Buffet wasn't all that great, variety of food was minimal and only had 1 restuarant in the facility. Only 3 bars. 2 small pools. The staff were very friendly and accommodating
