We stayed from Oct 21-28. Everything was amazing. Cleanliness was impeccable, they tiddied the room 3+ times a day and all of the common areas were perfectly up-kept. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Specifically Raul the concierge, Marilin & Andre at the buffet, and Antonio & Jackson behind the bar all went above and beyond. They really made us feel like family. We will be back year and year again, with our families next time. The food was also 10/10. Restaurants were great and very easy to get reservations. Our favourite was Mina (the steakhouse). We went three times and could have gone more. The buffet had a huge selection and the food was always great and fresh. The traditional Dominican food was super tasty and flavourful. I cannot say enough good things about this resort. It is definitely worth the steep price.

From the moment we entered the resort, to the moment we left, the trip was extraordinary. The resort itself is beautiful, the biggest pool we’ve ever seen in person, and excellent service. Highly recommend the swim-up suites, as they are very elegant for night swimming and peaceful without people swimming with you. There is a kids club with plenty of activities for your children, and a video-game area. The water-park is great for the whole family with an outdoor restaurant, There is also a swim-up bar in the main pool. Plenty of restaurants with amazing food, and there are also events throughout the day ranging from pool parties to Yoga on paddle boards in the pool. We are mainly writing this review for Raúl, our very helpful concierge that made sure our vacation was at its highest. He always went out of his way to make sure we had an incredible time. HIGHLY recommend this resort for your next family vacation!

The time we stayed at the Paradisus Grand Cana was amazing! The resort was very clean, had so many amenities and food was really good as well. The service we received by our concierge Harold was the best, he was very attentive and responded to my questions on a timely manner and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Everyone we encounter with at the resort was very pleasant and willing to help. We met some really nice people during our stay.

This hotel is beautiful everywhere you look. As an all inclusive resort I was shocked that the food is exceptional. From the buffet to the fancy dinner places, service and taste is top notch. I have to mention that Juan and Andy provided concierge service for us that facilitated last minute changes, swimming with the dolphins, a special honeymoon candlelit dinner for us and travel arrangements for all 17 people we were with. The wait staff at the buffet were also amazing especially Marilyn and Andres. Ask for them:-) Highly recommend

My husband and I celebrated our one year anniversary June 9-June 15 at Grand Cana. We had the most amazing time. Our concierge Gustavo was impeccable!! He made our stay amazing from with the service to making our reservations to his guidance, decor for our anniversary day etc. We are already talking about planning another trip here with friends and family. I hope we get Gustavo again! Also, Carmen and Alexander were also super awesome! They hosted two workshops. Mama Juana making and Rum tasting. Whew so good and fun! To sum it up.. Grand Cana is a must.. ask for Gustavo.. and visit Carmen at the bar! 💓
