“Bath room drain sound is AMAZINGLY noisy. There must be a serious plumbing problem.Door is not sound proof at all. When someone is passing by talking in the corridor , it makes you feel like they're very next to you with clear noise. You'll be very surprised as it sounds like it talks to you.Double bed is actually not a double bed size. It seems rather single one.Window is blurry, obviously must have not been cleaned for years, and things you can see through it is unclear.Wear and tear is in every part of the hotel and it seems hardly they keep the building not to fall down.Bath is amazingly tired. Unprofessional painting is found easily and it looks like a temporary repairment. Shower booth is flooded when you use it and shower head water stream goes to unpredictable way as it is tired.Just moved from Pre*** inn, a 3 star hotel, and I found that was better, meaning this should be 2 stars hotel or lower.Obviously not a Hilton class.Staff are lovely though. Breakfast is also nice. Professional and friendly staff are only reason not rating 1 star”

“A special thanks to the General Manager, Anthony Barrett and his breakfast staff. Anthony was very kind and helpful to us, 5 ladies/girls visiting London for the first time. The breakfast and restaurant staff were very attentive and provided excellent customer service. The hotel is in a very good area, a minute walk to the train and bus station. The breakfast buffet was excellent, well worth the money spent staying at this hotel. I would definitely consider staying here again.”
