Excelente hotel em Biscayne Bay. Relativamente perto do porto de Miami, onde embarcamos para um cruzeiro MSC de sete dias pelo Caribe. Ótimo atendimento desde o check-in até o check-out.Os funcionários sempre muito prestativos e atenciosos. Quartos espaçosos com linda decoração. Café da manhã muito bom no restaurante do hotel.

I booked a "bay view" room as part of a romantic getaway weekend.First off, due to the way the hotel is angled its really only a partial view and it's primarily overlooking the port, not the bay.Second, for as much as you pay, you'd think they would have some better soundproofing on the doors.The gentleman in the room next to us was doing business and we could here every word.Third, just a note that parking is either $34 if you self park or $39 a night if you valet.That said, the staff here are top notch professionals that really work hard to please.The rooms were very nice and the bed was actually comfortable.Not a bad stay, just not what I expected.

Great staff, fantastic location. They are remodeling and the pool is closed so that was a bummer. Outside of the reconstruction, this is a great place to stay. I would suggest going into the mall/shops located off the main lobby for food, drinks and convenience items. It’s actually less pricey going there than eating on site.

Facility was clean and lobby was nice, that is about all. Rooms were very dated, you might as well throw the pillows off the bed. Put your head on the pillow and it sinks straight to the mattress, zero support. AC was horrible, outside temps of 81 and couldn’t cool our room off enough to not sweat and toss and turn all night long. Pool and hot tub were completely torn up with ZERO notification’s at the time of booking, nothing beats going to Miami and having zero pool access.

I'm going to be the one to leave a positive review, I was intending on staying here for the Formula 1 race, I booked and wasn't aware of the construction. I was able to cancel my reservation and begin processing my refund for my reservation and stay else where. Kevin the property or operations manager was great to work with. I will definitely be staying at this property come next year for the formula 1 race.

I had my wedding in this hotel and all I can say is WOW! If I could do this magical day all over again I would in this venue. The The coordinator for wedding day Albert was absolutely amazing during the whole planning process. The food was even better from the tasting the venue staff were perfect and best of all they really did everything to make my day magical. The hotel was the best service I have ever received, the room service was perfect and punctual, the front desk staff was very nice and professional & the valet staff were super fast and nice! I highly recommend to check this venue out!!!

I came to the hotel for a wedding and stayed the night. Check in was online and very easy. The front desk made it very simple and were helpful. The servers at the venue were efficient for the most part. I found myself asking for water on more than one occasion, though. The room I stayed in was clean. The view was nice, but we couldn't go out on the balcony due to construction. The room had everything you needed, but I noticed that the fridge was placed outside the cabinets which caused me to hear it throughout the night and it interrupted my sleep. Checking out was easy as well. You exit the parking garage and place your keys in the box next to the keypad.

For $500 this was a pretty below average experience. The room was relatively dirty all things considered. Unfortunately I didn't even notice makeup stains all over the comforter I slept in all night until the next morning. Went downstairs and was told they'd give me a 30 dollar parking credit and for me to use my room key to exit the self park, only for my room key not to work and not let me out and had to pay for the parking anyway. Decent views and close to a lot of things but definitely not even close to value. Well below average experience, pretty disappointing.

This hotel is really beautiful and located at best place. Best view from hotel for some room. It has balcony with sea view facing for some rooms. Hotel staff is nice. Right now some construction is going so it becomes little noisy. Rooms are huge and beautiful. I still feel they need to have some more lights in rooms. Quite dark. Swimming pool is preety good.

Bonita vista, buena ubicación, mala atención en front desk, falta de aseo diario en habitación y cobros excesivos por temas administrativos que el huésped desconoce (internet en cuarto). Las camas dobles son pequeñas… no entran dos adultos no las tomen, el desayuno si es bueno y el personal de esa área es amable pero del resto no podría decir lo mismo… Tuvimos q acercarnos hasta 3 veces al front desk para q nos descuenten cargos extra como las 10 noches de cochera por dos noches de parqueo tomadas porque “debimos haber avisado” el personal no fue exactamente amable. La zona si es bonita y con áreas para caminar.

Desastroso... Tienen que tener mucho cuidado porque tratan de cobrarte doble cuando tienen la oportunidad.Esta semana fui y me quedé dos noches porque iba a un evento en el hotel que tenía tarifa preferencial... Cuando hice mi reservación me indicaron que convenientemente solo les quedaba tarifa preferencial para una noche, por lo cual tuve que hacer dos reservas, una para cada noche.Al llegar al hotel me indicaron que como eran reservas diferentes y a tarifas diferentes, tenía que hacer check out y check in al día siguiente aunque fuera a estar en el mismo cuarto (increíble pero cierto). Lo más triste fue que al final me hicieron el cobro de dos noches a tarifa regular y además me cobraron en mi otra tarjeta de crédito la primera noche a tarifa preferencial.Básicamente me aplicaron cobros por $450 de más y ahora quién sabe qué tengo que hacer para recuperar mi dinero.Resumen:Tengan cuidado porque son un desastre y les van a querer cobrar doble por todo lado.Jamás volvería a este hotel y no lo recomiendo para nada.Por cierto, el restaurante The Catch pésimo ysumamente caro para la mala comida que tiene.
