“Bad hotel, poor customer service from the staff, lackof services (no hot water during the whole stay), not interest to support or provide solutions for there customers, I saw at least two additional couple complaining about the same situation. Finally a lot of people that doesnt stay at the hotel hace access, and they wonder around the hotel. Worst option in Manhattan”

“Room looked nothing like the photos. It was very small and pretty creepy honestly, interiors are dated. Definitely not worth the $200+ I spent to stay a single evening. Good view of the skyline though.”
