“I stay at this hotel all the time for business, and I'm always satisfied with how the front desk people treat me. I forgot my laptop charger and Ms. Irina Minicozzi came to my rescue in lending me one she had. Going above and beyond makes people feel appreciated, and I enjoyed that feeling!

“Horrible experience!! The staff is very rude, they don’t speak English and charged my personal card, after my company provided with theirs. When I called them to resolve the issue, they told me it was going to take 5-7 business days after the 7 days the funds were not there and they stated it was a mistake but it was fixed and it was going to take additional 5 business days! When I asked to speak to a manager they hung up on me. Avoid this place!!”
