Nice hotel. The room was clean. Breakfast was good. The app-based self Check in and Digital Key worked flawlessly. Only complaint is the limited closet space, especially for the large studio room we were in. It's not enough to take a star away though. Would definitely stay again!

Hotel buenísimo, al entrar tienes una minitienda donde puedes comprar refrescos, snacks, etc. El hotel está cerca de la parada de autobús del Miami Trolley, el cual es gratuito. Habitaciones grandes y cómodas, cargadores de móviles internacionales (por usb). Sofá cama fácil de montar. Gran variedad de oferta televisiva. Desayuno variado y completa. Piscina refrescante y perfecta para el verano.

I stay in Hilton properties 2-3 times per month.This was my first visit here.Hands down, this was my best experience ever thanks to one individual- Jose, the young man at the front desk.He was the most pleasant, personal, professional, courteous, and helpful attendant I've ever encountered.Management- Give this gentleman a raise.Thank you, Jose.

Me robaron el pasaporte y visa + USD4500, entraron 2PM a mi habitación para robarme la cartera, que luego apareció tirada en el segundo piso de las escaleras de emergencia sin mis pertenencias. No se hicieron cargo de absolutamente NADA. Ni si quiera fueron tan empaticos de ofrecerme más dias sin pagar, ya que me tendría que haber ido hace 2 días a Argentina y me quedé varada por negligencia del hotel. ES INSEGURO PARA LO QUE SALE.

Hotel is very well maintained and staff was EXCELLENT. The room was very nice and the morning breakfast was great. Location was good for walkable needs like groceries or Rx. Highly recommended for a stay! Only lost a star because the rooms on the front of the hotel can be loud with extremely busy street traffic. These same rooms can have very little view. If you want a nice view aim for floor 5 or higher on the front of the hotel. If you don't care about a view, aim for the side of the hotel on floors 3 and up.

Great place to stay prior to a cruise. Every member of the staff we had the pleasure of meeting gave great customer service, especially at the front desk. The room was updated and clean, and there was a good breakfast included in the morning. The hotel is within walking distance of several fast food restaurants and a pharmacy, but there are plenty of restaurants for delivery nearby. The gentleman at the front desk, I believe his name was Jose, gave a great recommendation for us for dinner, and was overall great to work with. It's about 25 minutes from the airport and just a short drive to the cruise port . We would highly recommend staying here before cruise.

FUI ROUBADA DENTRO DO HOTEL!! comprei um iPhone e um AirPod na Apple. Deixei as compras dentro da mochila dentro do quarto e saí para jantar. Fiquei duas horas fora e quando voltei minha porta estava arrombada!!!!!! Alguém conseguiu entrar no quarto e roubar as minhas compras!!!! O hotel não tem câmera nos corredores e nem nos elevadores. Chamei a polícia e fiz a ocorrência. O hotel está investigando mas até agora nada, já faz uma semana!! Ainda fui super hostilizada por um dos funcionários muito mal educado Mike! COMO ALGUÉM ENTRA NO SEU QUARTO DE HOTEL ROUBA SUAS COISAS E NÃO É FEITO NADA A RESPEITO??? Não tem nenhuma segurança!!! Não recomendo!!I WAS STOLEN INSIDE THE HOTEL I bought an iPhone and an AirPod from Apple and I left in the backpack inside the room and went out to dinner. I was out for two hours and when I came back my door was broken down!!!!!! Someone managed to break into the room and steal my iphone and my airpods!!!! The hotel does not have cameras in the hallways or elevators. I called the police and made the report. The hotel is investigating but so far nothing, it's been a week!! I was even harassed by one of the staff named Mike! HOW SOMEONE ENTERS YOUR HOTEL ROOM STEALS YOUR THINGS AND NOTHING IS DONE ABOUT IT??? It has no security!!! I do not recommend!!

Beautifully renovated hotel close to the airport and cruise terminals. Rooms are spacious (especially the suites) and I'm loving the fact that there's no nasty carpet! They could use a little insulating between rooms and the halls but otherwise we'd definitely stay here again!

Muy acojedor, la.habitacion muy limpia, amplia, la.camamuy rica , buena vista desde ella ventana, ambiente muy bueno el personal te atiende muy bien buenos precios , tiene piscina.,lavanderia Ginnasio. Bar cafeteria , te dan ricos desayuno.cafe a cualquier hora. Y tienes estacionamiento la pase muy rico con mis hijos y mi esposo. Very cozy, the room very clean, spacious, the bed very rich, good view from the window, very good atmosphere, the staff attends you very well, good prices, it has a swimming pool, Ginnasio laundry.Bar cafeteria, they give you rich breakfast. coffee at any time.And you have parking. I had a great time with my children and my husband.

The room was 3hrs until ready and fine with the exception of the AC which was working fine when we got there but we went out and came back to the room the AC was barely keeping the room cool.. the shower pressure left a lot to be desired as it was a little more than just a trickle. Otherwise the staff was great and we had no other issues. 🐻

Really enjoyed our visit to Hampton Inn Wynnewood and the consignor service was exceptional. The breakfast was quite good and clean areas. I was impressed and enjoyed my stay and the rooftop pool area was spectacular.Great choice for my needs.

Very clean and organized. Good location. Great breakfast selections. The pool is small but the kids enjoy it. It has a business center where you can print out anything you may need.

Nunca había visto un staff tan entregado a su labor. Las camareras se esforzaban por dejar el cuarto impecable, incluso recogían los cables del cargador y acomodaban todo, muy amables. El personal de recepción muy cálido. Volvería sólo por el trato que nos dieron.

Hotel com ótima vista e bem localizado. A rua era um pouco escura, mas ficava bem perto de diversos restaurantes que dava para ir a pé. Café da manhã muito gostoso e bem servido com frutas, sucos e diversas coisas para você montar seu waffle, caldas, geléias, e tudo mais. Como não podia faltar, bacon, salsicha e ovos mexidos. O espaço do quarto é bom, tem armário e o banheiro tinha uma banheira.

Hotel novo, lindo, confortável e muito receptivos. Tem academia, piscina, Lan e um espaço lindo pra café da manhã. Realmente superou as expectativas!

Nice big room, very clean, comfy bed, sofa and small table, plus desk, great staff. Close to everything in midtown. Free breakfast which is fine but rememeber it's not a breakfast spread like a hotel would offer but it's good just not fancy. Price was good also unless you come during art Bazel but then the price is crazy everywhere. I would stay here again without a second thought unless you are coming to do the whole southbeach thing, if that's the case then pick a hotel on southbeach.

This place is one of my favorites in this area. I've been staying here for a very long time. If you stay for a few days you definitely won't be disappointed. WOW! When you book a place that looks as beautiful as this online you do wonder if it will be as brilliant as you hope. Well this was even better than my expectations had hoped for! I usually do NOT write reviews to many things I've experienced, mostly due to not having time. If I write a review, then service was REALLY bad or REALLY good - it would be a disservice not to inform others. Day 1: My Room DIRTY & UNSANITARY ! The bed was barely made up, rice grains, hair, dirt on the room floor. The toilet had urine residue on the lid, table with gravy stains from the prior guest meal not cleaned off - gross. I immediately called the reception desk (which is probably the only reason why this review is even getting one star), she apologized, sent an email to the manager that day and UP UNTIL NOW I HAVE NOT HEARD A RESPONSE FROM YET . She sent the cleaner upstairs who PARTIALLY cleaned the room with disdain- which consisted of poor sweeping and moping with a stick that she attached a microfiber cloth to (makeshift mop). She took the same microfiber cloth prior to wet the floor with only water from the sink (to clarify, she had NO mop, NO bucket and NO cleaning agent of any kind to clean) and left puddles of water that we eventually had to dry ourselves in order to make sure no one fell . Our room was located on the side of the pool, which apparently gets VERY NOISY at night until all the way into the morning time with what seems to be with loud industrious machinery; perhaps to wash clothes? Either way, SUPER ANNOYING when trying to sleep. The "cherry on top" of this experience goes out to Mickey, the night time receptionist and the security guard who's in charged of "cleaning the pool" ; who neither has good customer service to clients and doesn't follow hotel protocol as they only bends rules for specific clients versus others. It's wrong, biased and unprofessional. As a word of advise, Mickey the CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. Would I come back? Hell no! I might would possibly reconsider it if they changed or better train their staff and actually give them better cleaning supplies - we're STILL IN A PANDEMIC for crying out loud! The hotel location is good, provides breakfast, around a lot of shops - but the service has been a HORRIFIC experience. If you still choose to come here - good luck!

Estuvimos 6 noches en diciembre de 2020 y NUNCA lo limpiaron, incluso después de que en repetidas ocasiones pidiéramos que lo hicieran, al final la excusa fue que estaban “muy ocupados” en ningún hotel que había estado en mi vida me había pasado algo así.

Buena ubicación, buen desayuno, buena habitación, el personal amable y sonriente, incluso el señor del parqueadero muy amable. Volveré siempre🇨🇴

My husband and I checked in on a very busy weekend, Carolina at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is newer and stylish and everything was clean; breakfast was also good.The only slight inconvenience was that one of the elevators was out of service and with a full house, going up and down took a long time.
