“Hotel staff and location were perfect! Easy walking distance to Michigan Ave. Staff were great at giving us perfect directions as to how to get where we needed to go via walking, bus or red line. They also pass out free ice cream sandwiches and push ups. The only thing we were caught off guard about was how 'choppy' the hotel seemed to be. We were on floor three, but had to go up or down to be able to get to the right elevator to get to the pool on floor four. Fine once we figured it out.”
