Do acolhimento da equipe amigável aos waffles do Mickey Mouse, meus filhos e eu adoramos este hotel. Os quartos são espaçosos, a piscina e a banheira de hidromassagem eram muito relaxantes. Meu filho até amou a academia no local.

I was kinda happy with my stay. Cleanliness is an issue since I have to inform the front desk to clean my room.

From the welcoming of the Friendly staff to the Mickey Mouse waffles my kids and i loved this hotel. The rooms are spacious, The pool and hot tub were very relaxing. My son even loved the onsite gym.

Seriously one of the best hotel staff I’ve ever had the experience to do business with. I will be returning every time I’m in Orlando! Rooms were clean, breakfast great and staff just amazing!

O hotel é datado. O exterior do hotel, bem como a entrada da frente e os funcionários foram muito convidativos. A localização é perto da Disney e eles têm um serviço de transporte e o pequeno-almoço típico do Hilton.No entanto, uma vez no quarto, rapidamente percebemos que talvez devêssemos fazer uma escolha diferente para acomodações.A primeira suíte em que entramos tinha uma enorme mancha de urina nos lençóis. Tirei uma foto e a mostrei para a recepção, que informou o supervisor de arrumação para quem eu mostrei a foto e ela não ficou nem um pouco surpresa. (Foi a atitude indiferente dela para mim) Acho que é um achado comum ..Uma nova suíte foi solicitada.O novo quarto tinha cabelo em todos os lençóis, cortinas de janela e piso do banheiro (estilo de erva daninha).Manchas pretas em todos os edredons superiores. Não tenho certeza se foi limpo antes do check-in.Pulverizei lysol em tudo e alvejante limpou as superfícies e ainda acabei coçando a noite toda embaixo das cobertas. O colchão e travesseiros precisam ser atualizados.O rolo de papel higiênico estava danificado, o chuveiro estava sem o suporte de parede de canto e um contorno óbvio foi deixado na parede, a banheira precisava de calafetagem, a rolha da banheira estava quebrada e teve que ser retirada para drenar a água do chuveiro porque estava quebrada , as toalhas eram ásperas, bem como os lençóis. Fui secar minhas mãos e o anel do chuveiro caiu.A unidade de CA fez um ruído de clique estridente de carga a noite toda e a temperatura se ajustou constantemente para 82.O elevador da esquerda não gosta do 4º andar. Entrei no 4º e nada aconteceu várias vezes. Tive que subir um andar e descer as escadas com as malas.Há uma opção de piscina externa, mas não foi usada. .Não foram dadas garrafas de água no check-in, mas me ofereceram lanches como membro Diamond da caixa de lanches. A seleção não foi tão extensa como outras opções do Hampton Inn.Não posso dizer que voltaria a este local até que as alterações sejam feitas.

No geral, hotel decente. Bom café da manhã, bom agente de recepção. Menos de 10 minutos de carro para Walt Disney. As camas eram um pouco duras para o meu gosto e os travesseiros afundavam na cama com quase nenhuma almofada. Achamos que era melhor colocar 2 travesseiros dentro de 1 capa e ficou perfeito. Jardim e interior era muito limpo. Área da piscina limpa. Nice grande banheira de hidromassagem foi nice após cada dia com ninguém. Viajamos muito e estamos felizes com isso, no geral foi uma boa propriedade de 3 estrelas para a classificação geral de estadia em hotel de 1 estrela sendo um motel 6 e 5 estrelas sendo um resort ritz Carlton.

Great room size.We asked for room service given the current policy of non daily service and returned to our room not serviced twice.Also, we were on the first floor and every time someone above us flushed the toilet,it was so loud.

The hotel is dated. The outside of the hotel as well as the front entrance and staff were very inviting. The location is close to Disney and they do have a shuttle there and the typical Hilton breakfast. However, once up in the room we quickly realized maybe we should made a different choice for accommodations. The first suite we checked into had a huge urine stain on the sheets. I took a picture and showed it to the front desk who informed the housekeeping supervisor who I then showed the picture to and she was not surprised at all. (It was her nonchalant attitude for me) I guess it's a common find.. A new suite was requested. The new room had hair all over the sheets, window curtains, and bathroom floor (tumble weed style). Black spots all over the top comforters. I'm not sure if it was even cleaned prior to check in. I sprayed lysol all over everything and bleach wiped the surfaces and still ending up itching all night under the covers. The mattress and pillows need upgrading. The toilet paper roll was damaged, the shower was missing the corner wall holder and a obvious outline was left on the wall, the tub needed caulking, the tub stopper was broken and had to be taken out to drain the shower water because it was broken, the towels were rough as well as the bed sheets. Went to dry my hands and the shower ring fell off. The AC unit made a load screeching clicking noise all night and the temperature adjusted itself constantly to 82. The elevator on the left does not like floor 4. Got in pushed 4 and nothing happened several times. Had to go up a floor and take the stairs down with suitcases. There is a outside pool option but it was not used.. No water bottles given at check in but I was offered snacks as a Diamond member from the snack box. The selection was not as extensive as other Hampton Inn options. Can't say I would return to this location until changes are made.

Overall, decent hotel. Good breakfast, nice front desk agent. Less then 10min drive to Walt Disney. Beds where a little stiff for my liking and the pillows sank right to the bed with barely to any cushion. We found it was best is to place 2 pillows inside 1 cover and it was perfect. Grounds and inside was very clean. Pool area clean. Nice large hot tub was nice after each day with nobody in it. We travel a lot and we’re happy with it, Overall it was a good 3star property for overall hotel stay ranking from 1 star being a motel 6 and 5 star being a ritz Carlton resort.

A nossa estadia neste hotel foi uma das piores que tive em algum tempo. Embora eu entenda que muitas empresas estão enfrentando problemas na cadeia de suprimentos, eu pessoalmente achei imperdoável não ter os lençóis corretos para os colchões no quarto em que ficamos (410). Isso resultou na primeira noite em que acordamos enrolados no lençol, na capa do colchão e em outras roupas de cama que proporcionaram uma noite de sono ruim para minha esposa e eu. Quando esse problema foi abordado com a recepção e a equipe de arrumação, eles responderam que os lençóis se encaixam na cama se você os puxar bem apertados, o que eles não perceberam é que assim que alguém se senta na cama, eles saem dos cantos. Depois de solicitar arrumação para fazer a cama com dois lençóis planos, como experimentei em outros hotéis, eles disseram que não é assim que este hotel faz as camas e eu teria que lidar com a roupa de cama fornecida. Não foi até que eu desci e pedi duas folhas planas que eles foram fornecidos. Como hóspede, não deveria ter que me esforçar tanto para resolver um problema.O quarto também tinha problemas que deveriam ter sido resolvidos antes de um hóspede fazer o check-in. O primeiro é o que parecia ser mofo preto na parte inferior da porta do chuveiro, que parece ser o resultado de não ser limpo em algum tempo. O próximo problema, apesar de ser cuidado, foi o risco de segurança com o toalheiro ausente deixando um parafuso exposto da base do toalheiro que poderia ter sido catastrófico se um de nós tivesse caído ao sair do chuveiro. Embora a geladeira fornecida no quarto funcione corretamente, as peças que faltam na porta me impedem de utilizar uma comodidade do quarto como deveria. Novamente, enquanto a tentativa de oferta de corrigi-lo foi feita enquanto conversava com o gerente geral, a pessoa de manutenção que estava conosco deixou claro que não seria capaz de fazê-lo.O evento mais frustrante aconteceu depois que fiz o check-out do hotel, quando liguei de volta para falar sobre a bolsa Nomatic Garment (NOMATIC Garment Bag | NOMATIC) e as duas camisas deixadas nela. Embora o hotel tenha sido capaz de fornecer as duas camisas da bolsa de roupas para uma pessoa que as pegou para mim, eles não conseguiram produzir a bolsa. Quando a pessoa com quem falei ao telefone foi perguntada como eles poderiam produzir as duas camisas e não a bolsa, sua resposta foi que não encontraram a bolsa em que as camisas estavam. O que estou achando difícil de acreditar é como você encontrou a camisas na bolsa, mas não na bolsa. Isso é extremamente perturbador para mim, pois deve haver um nível de confiança na equipe do hotel, pois realmente não há como proteger o quarto, pois a limpeza e os outros membros da equipe têm as chaves do quarto. Além disso, como não há cofre no quarto de qualquer tamanho, a única opção é empacotar tudo todos os dias e colocá-lo em seu carro, o que apresenta um tipo diferente de risco à propriedade.Apesar de ser um membro Diamond e fiel à marca Hilton há anos quando viajo para Orlando, não ficarei mais no Hilton Properties, pois esta não é a única propriedade, experimentei um serviço ruim nas inúmeras viagens que fizemos. À medida que viajamos para o Walt Disney World para cada um dos fins de semana da Maratona, juntamente com visitas adicionais, se eu for investir em uma das propriedades de seus concorrentes, provavelmente transferirei todas as minhas necessidades de viagem para eles

O hotel é datado. Precisa de pintura. O tapete do corredor está sujo. Eles precisam de toalhas novas. A roupa de cama é antiga ... não colchões típicos de Hampton Inn. Toda vez que íamos tomar o café da manhã, uma das três bandejas principais estava completamente vazia. Fiquei lá três vezes, mas foi a minha última. Há um aspersor no lado oeste da propriedade que vazou, pelas três vezes que ficamos lá. Que é uma vez por ano, durante uma semana, durante 3 anos consecutivos. A equipe é simpática o suficiente.

Muy buen servicio y todo muy agradable

Our stay in this hotel was one of the worst I have had in some time.While I understand many businesses are experiencing supply chain issue, I personally found not having the correct sheets for the mattresses in the room we stayed in (410) to be inexcusable. This resulted in the first night waking up to being tangled in the fitted sheet, mattress cover and other bedding which provided my wife and I poor night’s sleep. When this issue was addressed with the front desk and housekeeping staff, they responded the sheets fit the bed if you pull on them real tight, what they failed to realize is as soon as somebody sits on the bed, they come off the corners. After requesting housekeeping to make the bed with two flat sheets as I have experienced in other hotels, they said that is not how this hotel makes beds and I would have to deal with the bedding provided.It was not until I went down and asked for two flat sheets they were provided. As a guest I should not have to put this much effort into resolving a problem.The room had additionally problems which should have been taken care of prior to a guest checking in. The first is what appeared to be black mold on the bottom of the shower door which appears to be a result of it not being cleaned in some time. The next issue, despite being taken care of, was the safety hazard with the missing towel rack leaving a bolt exposed from the base of the towel rack which could have been catastrophic had one of us fallen coming out of the shower. While the refrigerator provided in the room operated correctly the missing parts on the door prevent me from being able to utilize a room amenity as I should have. Again, while the offer attempt to fix it was made while talking to the General Manager the maintenance person standing with us made it clear they would be unable to do so.The most frustrating event happened after I check out of the hotel when I called back regarding the Nomatic Garment bag (NOMATIC Garment Bag | NOMATIC) and the two shirts left in it. While the hotel was able to provide the two shirts from the garment bag to a person who picked them up for me, they were unable to produce the bag.When the individual I spoke to on the phone was asked how they could produce the two shirts and not the bag her response was they didn’t find the bag the shirts were in. The thing I am finding hard to believe is how you found the shirts in the bag but not the bag. This is extremely disturbing to me since there must be a level of trust in the hotel staff since there is really no way to secure the room as housekeeping and other staff members have keys to the room. Additionally, since there is not in room safe of any size the only option is to pack everything up each day and place it in your car which introduces a different type of risk to the property.Despite being a Diamond member and loyal to the Hilton brand for years when I travel to Orlando, I will no longer be staying on Hilton Properties as this is not the only property, I have experienced poor service in the numerous trips we have made.As we travel to Walt Disney World for each of the Marathon weekends along with additional visits if I am going to invest in one of your competitors’ properties most likely I will move all my travel needs to them

The hotel is dated.It needs painting.The hallway carpet is dirty.They need new towels.The bedding is old....not typical Hampton Inn mattresses.Every time we went to breakfast one of the three main trays was completely empty.I have stayed there three times but it was my last.There is a sprinkler on the west side of the property that has leaked, for the three times we have stayed there.Which is once a year, for a week, for 3 consecutive years.Staff is friendly enough.

Exactly the wonderful high standard that Hilton Hotels are known for offering.Great location to so many places and so easy to access.Hampton Inns never let you down.The rooms are large and comfortable.The staff are warm, friendly, and helpful.You will be glad you stayed here.

Os funcionários do hotel foram simpáticos e acolhedores. O quarto era arrumado e limpo. O café da manhã era bom e os funcionários mantinham a área limpa e reabasteciam os alimentos conforme necessário. A sala de jantar era bonita e limpa também. Um dos elevadores estava quebrado, mas isso não causou problemas. O único problema que tive foi que a maçaneta da porta do banheiro estava quebrada por dentro. Havia uma alça para entrar no banheiro. Eu não relatei porque achei que as instalações deveriam ter sabido e consertado antes que qualquer hóspede se hospedasse no quarto.

The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was neat and clean. The breakfast was good and the staff kept the area clean and replenished the food as needed. The dining room was pretty and clean too. One of the elevators was broken, but that did not cause any problems. The only issue I had was that the bathroom door knob was broken on the inside. There was a handle to enter the bathroom. I did not report it because I felt like facilities should have known about it and fixed it before any guests stayed in the room.

Espere algo mejor un lugar maslimpio,mejores servicios en 3 días nunca limpiaron mi habitación,tuve que ir a solicitar papel higiénico, toallas, el desayuno antes de la hora que indican ya están recogiendo todo. Bastante malo.

Al menos en mi habitación un olor a humedad bien fuerte, pague suite con baño para silla de rueda y me lo dieron con bañera y muy pequeño. Limpieza pobre y área sin alfombra necesitaba de barrer y buen mapo.

Bello hotel ideal para descanzar

Ambientes limpios y personal amigable. Deben mejorar comodidad de las camas y almohadas y variar los desayunos.

De terror , pagamos una reserva , llegamos a las 3 am , y dicen que nos vendieron la habitación porque hasta las 2y30 era la espera !! Estamos súper cansados por la ruta , quedamos varados !

El lugar es precioso, muy cómodo y silencioso, ideal para vacaciones y más, la limpieza es muy buena y el desayuno con el área de desayuno es increíble, lo recomiendo, si alguien necesita una opinión de este hotel me pueden preguntar en un email y les ayudo, voy muchas veces a Orlando en el año y este hotel es lo mejor que nos pasó en mucho tiempo.

Excelente hotel para vacacionar, ya sea solo o en familia o para ejecutivos, el hotel incluyedesayuno, wifi y estacionamiento gratis, también cuenta con una pequeña piscina y un jacuzzi en la P.B., pero al ser parte de la cadena de hoteles Hilton se pueden usar las instalaciones y hacer uso de las actividades del hotel Spring Hill Suites Marriott que esta ubicado al lado del hotel Hampton Inn & Suites. Entre estas actividades estan escalada, lanzamiento en tirolesa, canopi o polea, mini golfito, un tobogán inflable y 2 piscina una con tobogan. Esta ubicado a 30 minutos aproximando del parque de Universal.
