“The rooms and the furniture is old gloomy dirty chipped and has a bad smell. The staff are not bothered with the guest experience and just going by the day. The only good thing about the hotel is the location but as there are many other hotels in the area i dont think they earn any points for that. Very very expensive compared to the quality of rooms and service”

“It's funny I just left a detailed negative feedback on the hotel's booking service and it directed me to write some more on Google. So here you go. The only two good things about the hotel are the location and the friendly staff. Other than that, I really regret staying in this hotel. If my booking was refundable, I would have moved out in a second. When I first entered my room, I was welcomed with a strong odor, something that smelled like heavy coconut with an oriental scent. I thought it would go with time, but I was wrong. I picked up the phone to make a call and was shocked with the amount of dirt covering it. I had to put the phone on speaker because there was no way I was putting that thing on my ear. When I ordered dinner, I told my roommate that we would wake up with the food tray still outside our room, and that was what exactly happened. I wish I chose another hotel even if it costed me more.”
