“Deveriam se responsabilizar quando some pertences do cliente. Pagamos caro por um quarto e some parte do nosso dinheiro. Absurdo isso, o Hotel tem sim responsabilidade sobre o que acontece com seus hóspedes.Tomem cuido com seus pertences pessoal... povo maravilhoso e pessoas muito simpáticas mas tomem cuidado.”

“I was pretty Disappointed. Our bathroom was leaking and the mirror had mold on it. The whold bathroom floor was constantly wet and it made the floor very slippery. We told the hotel and they didnt do anything about it sadly. The room was freezing the whole time. When we got there our room had the fan on and we tried turning it off but relaized that the attachments for the fan had been broken off and we could not turn it off. It wouldnt have been so bad if they would have fixed the bathroom or changed our room. I would recommend staying somewhere else if you can.”
